Added to her all qualities today I found a new one! Her presence of mind!⭐️
Despite the panic she had, despite seeing no one coming for aid, she found a way out! Mostly at times when people panic they mess up with things but her mind worked perfectly, she found the cart, helped him in, took picture of his wound, hid him behind boxes, seek help from doc in clinic! Tried her best in mending his wound!
The place they are in is no safe place, so the amount of fear she must be having, yet with great care she is treating him!! hats off!!!👏
I bow down before this awesome character!!!👏

This update it was El who stole the show!
I love the way you wrote about the emotions going through her!!!

Now coming to Ryan!
Even if I feel El stole the show, without speaking about Ryan things are incomplete!😃
Firstly even i was surprised to see him pout! I could visualise that scene where Ryan would be pouting!
So coming to the update! Gosh this guy is so awesome!
What is he composed of? He can be cool, calm, caring, stern, angry and deadly all at the same time!
The way he fooled her when he was in such a pain, the way he got angry when the goons said she is their bait, the way he was concerned for her! OMG!!! I can go on and on!!! He is a mystery himself, decoding it will indeed be thrilling !!!😉
And now me started wondering about Spike! About Ryan's past, about Ryan!...About everything surrounding him!

Those goons! Will that place be ever safe?OMG..i felt my heart beat rising as i was reading through the chasing part... I could feel the pain of El and also imagine the physical pain which Ryan would have faced! The way they got hid inside! It was such a thrilling update!!!! So much was in this update!!!! Loved it to core!!!! 🤗

Am waiting eagerly for next update after reading the precap! Fire Scene! So its gonna be action packed !🥳

PS: I thought when Ryan pulled El near him, he was about to kiss her!😆

Recap:

They all began counting in chorus "ONE" "TWO" "THREE". "well, well I guess we have to take extreme measures now. Rocky all because of you the girl will die too" the goon said with amusement in his voice and disappointment I don't know why though. "what you have in mind, pal" another one said. There was complete silence for a long agonizing moment and the next words made me gulp hard and look at Ryan

"burn the place down."

Chapter 9

||~Ella's POV~||

I gulped and looked at Ryan "burn the place down." I found him looking back at me. His hold on my hand tightens. The next second I am against him as he pulls me to him making me gasp. His hand quickly covers my mouth not allowing any other sound to escape from my mouth. He looks into my eyes as his' darken with emotions indescribable. With his hand still on my mouth he leans down closer to my ear. "We are going to run towards the exit. When I give you a signal you better run and run fast with me. I will lead you. Nod if you are following my words." He finishes and pulls away removing his hand from my mouth as well waiting for me to nod. I release the breath I was holding God his breath was doing tickling inside me I thought as I nod to him. He nods back and starts peeking around through the space between the boxes and barrels. I was shivering now not out of cold but out of fear as I hold myself with my arms around me. Another set of arms were added when I looked up I met his eyes. He was looking at me with concern as he slowly pulls me into a warm hug. I smiled and quickly hugged him hiding my face in his chest as he soothes me by rubbing his hands up and down my back. I instantly felt this strange sense of security as a result my body relaxed.

He pulled away must to my dismay and looked at me with his oh so famous poker face that shows no emotion. Ugghhh! I groaned mentally. He started looking around again frowning every now and then. He then sniffed the air. Dog much! I thought. He stiffens and takes my hand and gives it a quick squeeze as if signaling me to be ready. I looked at him and nodded at him telling him that I am ready. He looked around once more before he mouthed RUN' and we both sprinted in the direction he was leading me too. "THERE! LIGHT THE PLACE. THEY ARE TRYING TO RUN" I heard someone yell to our right as we increased our speed. Soon the place got hotter as we ran through barrels and boxes. I knew the place was being burned but Ryan never stopped so didn't I as we ran. The flames were spreading faster than us. I knew we won't be able to make it as the exit was still further away and the flames were catching up on us.

It was hard to run in such speed with smoke and warmth of flames surrounding us. "Ryan" I called out breathless for he gave me a quickly glance before focusing ahead and continued running taking me along with him. His eyes in that moment said it all. He was thinking the same the fear in his eyes was evident. I don't know why but it felt like it wasn't for himself. It was for... me? I shrug it off as I was too worried about us getting out of there alive. The chances were getting slimmer and slimmer as I felt flames burning my right arm.

I winced a little and looked at Ryan whose left backside of the jacket was set on fire. "RYAN" I scream making him stop as he looked at me worried. "fyyy...yerrr (fire) " I manage to say as I pointed at his jacket. He quickly shrugged it off of his body throwing it somewhere. He took my wrist and pulls me to him as we got surrounded by fire. His body was shielding me from the blazes of fire. I smiled at his protective side hugging him back. "I am going to make sure you make it out" his voice determined making my body go stiff. Me? What about him? I broke the hug looking at him with fear of losing him for the first time. "Don't worry, I will not let you get hurt because of me" he assured me mistaking my fear for myself instead. I shook my head and was about to clear his thoughts when I was stopped by a loud voice BAM. Something just exploded making the flames go wilder. I gulped and look at him. His eyes were already on me. He took my hand again in his and ran towards exit dodging the flames and stuffs falling from everywhere.

"Fu*k" he cussed and hissed at the same time as a box fell on his shoulder. "Ryan" I gasped trying to see the damage but he shook his head at me as he now walked us to the blocked exit. "I am going to lift that thing and you going to bend down and walked to that side from under it" he explained pointing at the long wood plank that was reclining in a way that blocked the exit. I gulped holding his hand tight. "What about you?" I asked worried for him as he was too determined to save me forgetting about himself in the process. Another box fell beside me as he pulled me out of the way in mere seconds before it fell on the place I was standing earlier. "Let's focus on what I am saying for now" he said angrily as he ignored my question completely.

He went to the wood plank and took his shirt off giving me a nice view of his bare back that now had a huge red tint of the left side due to that box. He tore it into two pieces wrapping around his hands. I shivered at the realization of his actions. I rushed to him but his quick glanced at me stopped me from my advances. Damn him and his eyes I thought. They were freaking scary I thought to myself. He bends down and pushed the wood plank flames so close to his face. The breath got caught in my throat as I watched him struggling with the plank that was burning in the fire. He grunted and pushed the wood upwards as he stood straight with the plank of wood in his hands barely holding its weight. It was like a fudging movie where heroes hold something burning and saves the girl in dismal. "Now" he said with great difficulty bringing me out of my thoughts. I quickly nod and carefully passed him and the wood bending down. I crossed the area and was now by the door away from fire. I turned and looked at him. He bends a little as he took a step towards me when another BAM resounded in the warehouse making me scream "AAAHHH" as I cover my face cause of the flames increased tenfold. I finally peeked from the safety of my arm and find nothing but flames everywhere. "Ryan" I call out barely above a whisper. Fudge no please I thought as I screamed his name this time "RYAN."

I felt a hand on my shoulder I jumped out of my spot as I quickly turned to attack the intruder. I swing my fist fast but it was stopped mid air. I frowned and opened my eyes yup they were close. Hey don't judge I was scared so back to the problem at hand. I looked to find Ryan staring down at me his hand holding my punch. "First why are you screaming my name like this and second why in the world you want to punch me" he asked frowning confused at the last part. I smiled big at him as I pull my hand back to me and threw myself at him. He stumbled backwards but still caught me. "Woh-ho" he mutters as he holds me by my waist. I hide my face in the crook of his neck mumbling "you are alive." I smiled in his neck and then was pushed away quickly. "Done with the reunion?" he asked pausing and then continued "so we can go now" he added. I nodded blushing a little at my actions then I frowned at the realization. He pushed me away I thought. This guy is so moody some time back he hugged me himself and now I can't hug him out of happiness. I shook my head pushing away all the thoughts. I hugged myself and started following him who didn't bother on checking if I was following behind or not. I sighed heavily catching up to him. Again he gave me slide glance but continued walking not saying a word.

Why is he so confusing I thought and stopped walking seeing him stop too. I looked at his amused face confused I ask "what?" he folded his hands on his chest facing me completely smirking he asked "I am confusing hah?" I gulped did I said that out loud I thought making him chuckle. "Yup you did and this one too" he said chuckling deep from his throat. A smiled involuntarily formed on my face to see him chuckling. His eyes fall on my face and realization hit him making him go in the poker face mode again. I sighed and said frustrated "see this is what I am talking about one second you are chuckling so beautifully and the next second you are back to your poker face." "Beautiful?" he asked his eyes had mischief in them back making me blush. He shakes his head and start walking ahead quickly hiding his smile from me. But he doesn't know I saw it anyways I smirk mentally doing a happy dance at the accomplishment of making him smile and continued following him.

After about an hour of walking we reached a place. It looked more like a ruin from moen jo daro time. It looked more than a century old. It had to be a mansion or something which now barely had roof on some parts of it. "We will have to stay here until the danger is gone or decreased then I can drop you off at the bus stop and you can go back home" he said no more liked told me his decision looking around. I fumed in anger at his words as I stomped up to him and hold his arm making him turn and face him. He looked taken aback but I ignored him and said "you won't decide that. I am here to find my brother, Ev, and I am not going anywhere without him. Not alive at least" I mutter the last part slowly shrugging. He took a step to me looking dangerously down at me as our chests graced each others. To be more precise his bare chest graced mine letting a shiver go down my spine. I gulped as I tried not to cower away from his gaze. He let out through his gritted teeth "I don't care what you think. You are going and that's final. As far as your brother is concerned I will find him and bring him back to you. You just have to trust me on that." He said the last word with a tinge of desperateness. I sighed not saying a word not wanting to talk to him more on this topic but I knew two things I will have to go now that he has declared it and second that he will find my brother for me no matter what.

"I am going to go arrange food and stuff. Do me a favor stay here and don't attract unwanted attention" he said sternly making me nod quickly. He sighed and with one last glance he left me in the ruins alone. My shoulders slump while I go and sat there on a rock not knowing what else to do. Time passed by and I must have dozed off because the next thing I know I am being picked up. It must be Ryan I thought sleepily but the person is stumbling with me in his arms which Ryan wouldn't do because for him I weigh nothing. I frowned and peered open my eyes to find myself in the arms of very stinking and dirty looking man. I screamed in his arms which definitely was unexpected by him. The next second, I was out of his hold with my butt kissing the floor gracefully. "Aooo" I say cupping my butt gently. "She is up, get her" the guy who held me earlier order someone else beside him. I gulped and jumped on my foot running. I ran avoiding rocks and the guys behind me. I must have miscalculated my steps as I once again gracefully landed on the ground this time face first. I grunted as my palms got scratched taking the impact of the fall. Someone held me by hair pulling me up. I winced and let the guy pull me up by my hairs taking me God knows where. The guy who was holding me came in my view smirking evilly as he slapped me hard busting my lips and I tasted blood. "Bit*h don't try to run again or else..." he trailed out eyeing me hungrily up and down. What's wrong with these guys and their hunger I thought scared.

"Else?" another familiar voice came from behind making us look at the person it belonged too. "You know I think you have a thing of saving me and appearing at the right moment" I said smiling and then wincing as my busted lips ached in protest. His eyes narrowed on my lips as his body went stiff and only emotion that could be seen was anger. I gulped not scared for myself but these goons who haven't took bath in ages. I scrunched my nose thinking about the fact.

He took big strides towards us as the guys got ready to fight him though they don't stand a chance in front of an angry Ryan no I mean Rocky. I smiled inwardly as he reached us and elbowed the closest guy and punched the guy straight on his front teeth I bet breaking some in the process who held me by my hairs. I flinched at the impact making his eyes go soft for a second then they returned back to his angry ones. He holds my wrist and tugged me behind him as he covered me from the goons. Then he left me there still hiding me from their view as he approached them, punching, kicking and elbowing the goons. He even breaks the hand of the guy who held my hairs. I gulped hard at the brutal sight and painful screams. In mere minutes they were running away for their lives.

Ryan came to me as he looked at me cautiously as if I am going to break. "Are you ok?" he finally asked as he stood right in front of inches away from me. I nodded but didn't say a word. His calloused hands cupped my face oh so gently as he lean closer to me inspecting my lip causing our breaths to mingle and our noses to slightly touch each others. His thumb traced the wounded area softly making me whimper a little in pain. His thumb stopped and his face showed pain for a mere second if we weren't so close I would have missed it. He bends further down making our lips touch. He gently pressed his lips further on mine making me wince a little but the anticipation was too strong. At that he tries to pull away but before he could manage that I bring my hand to the back of his neck. I hold him in place by fisting his hair tightly yet not painfully. His lips curved upwards making me know he is smiling against my lips as he softly kisses them. I smiled too kissing him back. He sucked on my wounded area soothingly making me moan and groan in pleasure and pain at the same time.

He licked my lower lip making me gasp at the sensation it created. He took it as opportunity sliding his tongue in my mouth. I moaned at the feel of his tongue touching mine and his hands going to my waist give it a quick squeeze. I let myself get lost in his touch and kiss as he kissed me softly no rush or roughness. He held me as if I am a doll made of glass and will shatter if not handled with care. My heart warmed at his care as he lips left mine nibbling my jaw gently going down to my throat groaning "kitty" out. He kissed down his way to my neck then to my shoulder. I tilted my head giving him full access while he kissed, nibbled and sucked on my skin. "Ryan" I moaned clutching on to his hair tightly for support as my knees buckle.

finaly...finally u updated...and this was so so so lovely...

first ryan saving ella...and when she didnt find her she started screaming his name...but then the hug was ☺️

so he said her to go away...and she have to coz ryan said...

omg...they found her but then ryan came and the way he fight , hiding her behind him , it reminded me of Mitwa Sequence...

and then the most awaited , their kiss...☺️

but kaha stop kiya yar...thoda aur likhna chahiye tha...😔

any ways this ch was so awesome...waiting for next update...
