I can't believe it either!!! I thought it's surely going to go to Shahid since that was also an INCREDIBLE performance, I've a feeling he will win the most important award FF, so expected this to go to him too. 😃

Not a fan of his but I found him to be the best actor this year for Highway and feel he deserved equal acclaim for the film along with Alia,or maybe a little more coz he made the character look so authentic. I personally found him a little better than Shahid in Haider. so yup he is my favorite actor this year :)
