He was sitting , smiling to himself again and again. He was checking his phone when Doctor came and asked him to complete all the formalities. He went and completed them, then brought the medicine required. He went in the room where Zoya was shifted. As he entered he saw her again in the same position , pale, vulnerable and weak, but he was happy that she was alive and safe now. He sat beside her and played with her fingers when he felt her move, he quickly retreated his gaze towards her face. He saw her eyes fluttering open slowly and adjusting her surroundings. He smiled at her and helped her to sit when his smile was replaced with a frown and then anger. While she continued looking at him

Asad : tumhe bachpan se hi dhang se chalna nahi ata h na?? pehle chalte chalte meri car se takrayi then kahi pe bhi disbalance hojati hu and I have to hold you and ab phir se car se takra gayi!! Kya huh?? Kya? Dekhe ke chalna nahi ata h kya? You know what agar tumhe kuch hojata to I would have gone crazy [ our fav line..nahi?] what? Ab ese kyu dekh rahi ho?

He turned his face to other side when he felt a tug at his hand , he turned and saw her gesturing him to come near. He angrily bent down.

Zoya : who am i?? who are you? Ye sab kya horaha h??

Asad turned his face towards her with shocked face while she just blinked her eyes innocently. He gasped and held her by her shoulder and looked to find any type of her joke on her face but found none. He started panicking. He called her and asked if she was joking but to get reply in No. he made her state that he is Asad, her husband , but no response. He started doing everything possible but no reponse. Instead she started speaking some language...may be Gujrati and was asking for her parents ... from what he understood...

he went to the door and was about to pull the door to call for doctor when he felt her chuckling behind him, she turned around and saw Zoya laughing weakly but whole heartedly. He narrowed his eyes and opened his mouth wide and shook his head. She held her hand as sorry and again started laughing. While he took slow steps towards her and her laughter died with time and she just smiled a sheepish one but of no use the lion was already in rage .

Zoya : Aj to mai gayi...good night [ she shouted] and closed her eyes and acted as if sleeping. But then she heard him laughing, she opened her eyes and saw him laughing genuinely. She smiled with him. After a moment he sat down beside her and held her hand and planted a kiss on her back of her hand. Asad asked if she is okay while she nodded and asked the same. When her eyes got wide open

Zoya : how may hours I was unconscious??

Asad : quite a few!

Zoya : and what time is it??

Asad : its 10 in the morning!! Why??

Zoya : idiot!! You are sitting since when ? you must be tired and you really need to fresh and up!

Asad : relax Zoya!! I am okay!!

Zoya : no you aren't and I would kindly like to request you to leave for home and fresh and up or else I know many other ways!!

Asad : okay chill but how would I leave you??

Pammi : oye mai hu na!!

They turned to look their cute Pammi aunty on the door with a basket and smile. Pammi assured Asad while Zoya was too very excited to be with Pammi. After a lot of convincing Asad left for home while Pammi and Zoya chatted happily. Due to urgent work Asad had to leave for office half heartedly and wind up all his work as quick as he can. He returned to find Zoya asleep with a beautiful smile playing as she was quite happy when Pammi entertained her the whole day with her funny talks. Pammi got up and asked if Asad can spare a few seconds with her which he nodded.

Pammi : kya chal raha h??

Asad : ji?? Mai samjha nahi?

Pammi : tenu ki lagda h ki menu dikhayi nahi deta h? ye puttar kitna killer h ki tu use kina pyaar karta h!! aur vo bhi!! To tu use bata kyu nahi deta??

Asad : kya?? Nahi to?? Vo..actually...wait killer??

Pammi : ha killer, saaf!!

Asad : oh..clear.oh okay!

Pammi : oye meri angrezi nu mazak na uda aur topic na ghuma...das ki ki chal raha h?

Asad : von a aunty...um apse kya chupana! Ha mai vo...pyaar vo..ha karta hu ..ha ha ha!!

Pammi : oye puttar bachpan se dekha h tereko, menu confirm hogaya ki tenu love hogaya h!!! oye congrats oye congrats...

Asad : ji shukriya!!

Pammi : oye ab use jaldi se purpice karde!!

Asad : you mean to say propose?

Pammi : oye!! Kaha na meri angrezi ko kuch mat bol!!

Asad : ji ji!!

Pammi : acha mai chalti hu...byeee!!

Asad saw off her till gate and returned to the room and stood smiling and went and dosed off on the chair itself. Later in the morning Zoya again gave a good scolding to him for not taking proper rest and these went on for few days and 3 days later Doctor confirmed that she is now almost done and can be discharged surely. She was discharged that day with the help of Asad she walked to their car. She was happy that now she will be able to finally come out of that stupid prison of hospital, and finally return to her home sweet home. He placed her carefully in the passenger seat and went to the drivers eat while she tied the seat belt. He smiled at her before speeding off. She rolled down the glass window and enjoyed the cool breeze that hit her. She smiled when she saw small kids playing around and few studying in the garden as they passed by it. Suddenly she thought something and turned towards Asad who was busy admiring her. She frowned and narrowed her eyes while he smiled at her. Zoya's jaw dropped.

Zoya [ thinking] : Aaj mr. blushy ahmed khan ne blush nahi kiya when caught , ye kese possible h? infact he smiled as if he had no shame for staring me so openely. Ajeeb h!! cool well!!

Zoya : Asad!!

Asad : hmmm

Zoya : I was thinking something!!

Asad : nice joke...continue!!

Zoya : joke? Which joke?

Asad : vahi that you think...

Zoya : what?? How dare you??

As she said angrily she started coughing and because of sudden movement her arms pained. Asad quickly pulled the brakes and parked at side and examined her hand and handed her the bottle of water. She squeezed her eyes shut when he moved her hand and she pressed her lips tightly. After a while he kept her hand safely and ruffled her hair smiling and mouthing its ok'.

Asad : you were saying something??

Zoya : I was?? Are ha!! Actually I thought that after I get okay, please can I work ??

Asad : work means , I didnt got it??

Zoya : I was thinking ki why don't I join a school , I mean I always wished to teach kids and I thought that I sit idle at home so why don't I spend my time there?

Asad : hmmm,...but all of a sudden?? Is there anything more to it??

Zoya : ya allah!! Koi insan bole to usme bhi ap timing dekhte h??? god! Nothing like that!! Just wished!!

Asad : if you want you can surely do that!! Go ahead!! But you have to take care of yourself!! Is that clear?

Zoya : yes boss!!

After a while Zoya dozed off while Asad continued driving. After a good sleep of few hours she opened her eyes to find herself in her room, her her comfortable bed with her things surrounding her. She felt bliss to be at home. She managed to get up and with the support of the walls she moved out to the drawing room jumping on one leg. She reached at her destination only to see the kitchen a mess, her eyes widened looking at the mess, and the person standing between the mess, the great Mr. Masterchef Ahmed Khan, she shook her head and managed to reach the chair of diining table. With utmost care she placed herself on the chair. She narrowed her eyes and kept seeing him. Suddenly he felt someone's gaze on him , he looked upto see Zoya staring at him with "what -is-this" look. He quickly washed his hands with soap for particular seconds as guided by the soap while she shook her head at his OCD. He came back after wiping his hands.

Asad : tum yaha kyu ayi? I said to take complete rest nahi?? So?? And how do you came here?? Tumhe pata h na ki doctor hasn't allowed you to walk yet?

Zoya : are par!! What is this? You knew how to cook?? To phir ye sab??

Asad : I knew but abhi doctor ne jis tarike se tumhare khane ke liye bola h that's a bit different, so thoda time lagega also bahut time bad banaya to...

Zoya : oh god!! Kabhi technology jesa word suna h?? phone h?

"are phone chodo kabhi pammi aunty ko yad kiya tumlogo ne??"

They both turned their heads to find Pammi Aunty standing on their door, her hands on her waist with angry expression. She shook his head.

Asad & Zoya : hello aunty!!

Pammi : oye e ki hal banake rakha h kitchen ka? Hayo rabba!! Hato !! oye mereko bata mein bana deti hu!!

Asad : are aunty!! Nahi nahi vo...

Pammi : oye you shut up!! Disturb not peleze!!

Asad : you mean to say do not disturb please!?

Pammi : oye!! Phir se?? tenu kitni bar samjhana padega?? Chup chap tell me how to make!! Ha ab right bola!! Aur tu khoya!! Mera matlab h Zoya, jake aram kar, phir kal se tenu excercise bhi to karni h, tu ja aram karle!! Asad puttar ja usse sofe pe betha de dhang se!!

Asad : ji aunty!!
Asad took Zoya by her arms and made their way to the sofa. He carefully helped her to sit and arranged in such a way that she will be able to sit comfortably. He came back and started helping aunty while Zoya just smiled seeing

Zoya [ thinking] : kuch mahino pehle mene socha bhi nahi hoga ki kuch mahino bad mera nikah hojaega, mera ek itna pyaara husband hoga jo mera itna dhyan rakhega , meri itni care karega, mere bare mei itna sochega, har choti se choti cheez ka dhyan rakhega, meri har khwaish uska farz banjaega, uski dua banjaegi, vo life partner jiske bina na mera din shuru hota h na khatam...jiske na hone par bechani hogi aur hone par khushi..jiske sath pura din guzarne ka man karega... Allahmiya ye mujhe kya horaha h... kya sachme...i am falling for him ya I have already...help me , guide me...

The time went in blurr. Soon they all after having dinner they retired to sleep but after taking all the care about medicines and comfort of Zoya.

Zoya was sleeping peacefully when she felt someone waking her up. After being called for numerous times she opened her eyes, and blinked to adjust her surroundings. After a few seconds she saw Asad standing by the bed and signaled her to get up. She got up and rubbed her eyes like a small kid and saw the time. It was 6 :40 am.

Her mouth was wide open. She saw Asad with rage, while he gave her a confused look. He walked towards her and sat down and took her hands.

Asad : Zoya c'mon get up princess!!

Zoya : which idiot when have no work gets up at 6 : 40 in the morning??

Asad : you mean to say I am idiot

Zoya : I never said that ab if you are so intelligent then...well now go to your room and sleep and let me sleep!!

Asad : zoya!! Princess you are the one who insist me to go to work right? So, now its my duty to fulfil all the task before going right, so now get up so that we can start your excersices!! Hmmm?

Zoya : ooh!! Par still...okay fine..wait I will come ..let me brush my teeth!!

Zoya went to the washroom and brushed her teeth taking care she don't hurt her hand much. After coming they walked to the garden. A smile appeared on her face when morning cool breeze hit her face, she felt so good.

Asad : okay so lets start with arms okay?? No see take your arms and start bending them a little, okay let me help.

Asad took her arms and stood behind her and started moving them a little. At first it pained but later it felt okay. When she felt okay, she looked at Asad who was helping her keenly. She noticed how sincere he was to her, how he was concerned about her, she smiled seeing him and now she was clear that yes she was falling for him.

After a while after arm exercise, she was guided by Asad to walk, first she walked with the help od Asad and later tried to walk herself but she felt too painedand fell into Asad's eyes and a long eyelock followed.

Asad : cool!! Abhi ke liye itna kafi h!! later practice in the evening! Chalo!!

They went home while he got ready , she also decided to get ready as she will spent time with him and later when he will go , she will take rest. She went out after taking bath and came to the kitchen with the help of walls and support. She saw Pammi aunty laying down the table, she went and sat at one of chairs. Pammi aunty passed a smile, and keep on doing her work.

Zoya : aunty!! There is so need...ap pure din mujhiko dekhte rehte ho, mera itna dhyan rakhte ho, ap apne upar kab dhayn doge? Uncle bhale yaha nahi h, par vo bhi to apse bat karna chahte honge, ap unhe bhi time diiye!! Aur Rani aur Sahil ko bhi to apki attention ki zarrurat h!!

Pammi : oye meri dadi!! Esa kuch nahi h! mei tere uncle se bat karti rehti hu, aur rahi bat mere bacho ki, vo dono itne bade to hohigaye h! unka bhi pure time padhai college aur tution m chala jata h, mei ghar p akeli reh jati hu to kya karu? Aur tere sath na mujhe acha bhi lagta h! chal ab bakwas band kar aur ye juice aur parathe khale!! Tasty bane h!!

Zoya : okay okay!! Khudi khila do na!!

Pammi started feeding Zoya with her hands while Zoya was overwhelmed, she missed this love and care a lot. Asad came out and witnessed this scene smiling and came out and sat down with them. All the three happily munched on their breakfast. Later Asad departed to office after giving all the instructions and medicines to Zoya. When Zoya decided to take rest , Pammi also retired to her home and said she will be coming back soon. Zoya sat on her bed when her Ipad beeped. She saw that it was a skype call from Ayaan. She decided to pick up but then realized her head was covered with bandage and if Ayaan saw her like this the whole family would be by her side today itself. She cancelled the video call and kept It till calling only...she plugged her ear phones...

Zoya : hey Ayaan!! How are you?

Ayaan : mona mona mona!! Kitne time bad tumhari awzz sun raha hu!! Where were you?? Everything is okay? And tumne video call kyu cut kardiya??

Zoya : relax rabert !! I m good!! Are nahi!! Vo...vo...room bahut messy h to bus!! U say?

Ayan: isliye ? tell me mona!! There is something certainly wrong...kyunki tera room kabhi saf rehta hi nahi h jo tu usse chupa rahi h!!

Zoya : oh my god!! It was so funny [ sarcastically]!! Ey !! tu kuch kha raha h kya?

Ayaan : hmm ya!! Pizza!! Kyu?

Zoya : mujhe bhi khana h!

Ayaan : to kha le? Mene thodi na ralley ki h!! huh!

Zoya: ha.ha.ha! are vo akdu khane de tab na!

Ayaan: akdu? Kon akdu? Oye sach sach bata tujhe koi mil gaya kya? Wait haider bhai...tujhe haider bhai milgaye kya?

Zoya : no no pagal h kya? Na re esa kuch nahi h, paidal akal...haider bhai k bare m kuch khas nahi pata chala!

Ayaan : to phir ye akdu kon h?

Zoya : ey ulti khopdi!! There is nothing such mera mood nahi tha...matlab h..matlab mood nahi h...isliye nahi kha sakti...ey!! tu vo chod na!! baki sab kaha h?

All : hum yahi h!!

Zoya : haw sab humari batein sun rahe the?

Zeenat : abhi suni...jab isne kisike milne ki bat ki!!

Zoya : uff!! Had h!!

Dilshad : kya Zoya!! Ayaan aur Humera ki bhi engagement hone wali h par tumhara to kuch pata hi nahi!!

Zoya : ey superstar!! Esa kyu?? Itni jaldi picha nahi chodungi!

Ayaan : ap sab ka bulava agaya h! ap log jaiye m baat karke aya!!

Humera : ayaan ap bhi jao!! I want to talk to appi!!

Ayaan: ufff!! Ye lo!!

Humera : yo Zopi!!

Zoya : humi!! Abhi tak?? Seriously? Zopi!!

Zopi was the short form for Zoya Appi...and for Zeenat ...Zeepi.

Humera : aur bolo!! Whats up??

Zoya : ceiling, fan, sky...

Humera : Zopi!!!!

Zoya : okay okay chill!! Umm humi sunna!! Vo ek bat puchu??

Humera :bolo bolo!

Zoya : terko Ayaan se jab love shuv hua tha to tujhe realize kese hua?

Humera : kyu?? Kahi sachme!! Kon kya kaha?

Zoya : are!! Pucho to problem h kya? Are nahi kal vo mei vo ..ha kal m ek serial dekh rahi thi to usme na hero and heroine ko pyar hojata h... vo bhi sirf 3 weeks m!! esa kese?? Isliye vo kuch pagalo jese feeling bak rahi thi!!

Humera : acha? Konsa serial?? are ha to!! Jab pyar hota h to feelings bhi paglo wale hojate h!! matlab you see ki ap uthte hi usse dekhna chahte ho, din usiko dekhkar khatm ho ye paki khwaish hoti h, vo apka itna dhayn rakhta h aur ap bus usse dekh kar hi kisi dusri duniya m kho jate ho, uske hone par khushi aur na hone par dil bechan hota h!! uske sath rehne m maza hi kuch aur hota h, bat bat p muskurana, uski pasand napasand ka khyal rakhna, uske liye perfect banna, ye sab pyar ki nishani hoti h ji!! Ab ap test karo ki apko ye sab hota h ki nahi!!

Zoya : hmmm...kya no!! pagal h yar!!

Ayan: humera!! [ he came inside] oh !!abhi tak batein chal rahi h! neeche chalo vo...plan..

She was smiling when she saw Asad standing on the door hands crossed on chest. She was shocked as how come he here at this time...she smiled and raised her eyebrow...then she mouthed " 2 minutes" to which he nodded...

Zoya : acha listen guys, I will talk later , some important work !! bye!! Take care!! Khuda Hafiz!!

Ayaan : kyu vo akdu agaya kya?

Zoya : oye tu baskar ab! Zyada ho raha h!! bola naesakuch nahi h!! bye !!

She disconnected the call and Asad came and sat on her bed. He silently asked how are you feeling while she answered in a nod.

Zoya : aap yaha kese? Apka to office..

Asad : vo ese hi!! Socha tumhare sath lunch karlu!! Come!! And vese bhi tumgara appointment h!

Zoya with the help of Asad walked to the kitchen with a little less support and finally succeded...they went to doctor for checkups in between where Asad used to listen very attentively while she used to smile... the routine was followed for few more days...and Zoya was now better, she would walk without his help and do all the works...and the best development were of feelings...she finally realized one day that she really loves him...

Today as Zoya finally walked properly they decided to celebrate by having Dinner out. She got ready while he was returning from office thinking how to know that she loves him or not..when he remembered to take the roses. He hot out of the car and when he got out and was buying he heard something , a couple talking.

Wife : yad h shadi se pehle ap mujhe hamesha ye yellow rose dete the...as a sign of friendship... I so miss those days but I am happy I finally got a red rose...mujhe yad h!! apne hi mujhse pucha tha ki pyaar ka phool konsa hota h and mujhe hi diya tha!!

Husband : ha!! Red rose I remember!! Chalo,friends are waiting for us!!

They went leaving a thoughtfull Asad behind. He pondered over their words and asked the seller to give red rose instead of yellow one. The seller smiled and handed him. He paid the bill and drove off to home.

As he entered he saw her sitting on the sofa ready waiting for him surfing through channels. As she saw him, she shook her head and signaled him to go and get ready. He hesitantly walked to her and bent in front of her. She looked at him confused. He slowly removed the red rose and offered her.

Asad : if Zoya accepted this I will confess my feeling towards her soon but if she casually takes it or questions I will wait...

He saw Zoya frown then she looked up at and saw him waiting hesitantly , his eyes were glued to see her expression. She took few seconds , smiled and got up. While his heart broke thinking she is upset. He was about to justify himself finding and excuse when she took the rose and gave a million dollar smile and shook her head and looked down and blushed. She hugged him and said thanks and asked to change. He finally smied as he got the confirmation to his answer and moved to his room. As soon as he entered he smiled and laughed like anything. He was so so happy. While she saw the flower and started dancing to her own tune.

He was 90% confirmed that she likes him but 10% was still left to confirm which he thought he would confess and know.

Zoya : finally turtle ahmed khan ne koi progress dikahyi!! Iska matlab...eeiii!! yes yes!!

They both were very happy and happily went to restaurant. They were very happy to be described. They went to the restaurant and ordered for food when suddenly Asad heard someone calling him...

New York :

Ayaan : no chance!!

Dilshad : oho! Had hogayi!! Mere bte ka birthday aur ek ticket available nahi!!

Ayaan : nahi ammi!! Uske 1 din bad ka h!!

Zeenat : koi bat nahi 1 din bad ka rakhlo, atleast hum pahuch to jaenge!! Belated hi sahi!!

Dilshad : ha zeenat sahi keh rahi h!! nxt day ka book kardo!!

Ayaan : ji ammi!!

He was booking the tickets while dilshad's phone rang .

Dilshad : hello!! Kon??

Person : mujhe bhul gayi dilshad aunty??

Dilshad : Anjali? Beta!! Kesi ho? Achanak se suna to bas...kesi ho?

Anjali : khud hi pata karlijiye!!

Dilshad : matlab?

Anjali : matlab ye ki chote ki shadi tay hogayi h!!

Dilshad : sach? Kab? Kese? Kaha? Ye to baut achi khabar sunai!! Mubarak ho!

Anjali : shukriya aunty!! Asad k birthday k ek din bad engagement aur ohir kuch doin bad shadi h!! apko to ana hi padega!!

Dilshad : are wah!! Hum uss din wapas ahi rahe the!! Darsal ayaan k kam se new York aye the!! Zarrur aenge!! Chalo beta badme bat karti hu!!

Anjali : ji ji aunty!! Ana padega , apke bina ye shadi hi nahi hopaegi!! Ji m bhi badme bat karti hu!!

As dilshad returned she guided ayaan to book tickets for delhi...

India :

Asad turned to be only shocked. He saw Arnav, his childhood friend there. Asad and Arnav used to be nighbours and bonded well over time but later Arnav's family shifted to Delhi but they used to bw in contact always. He immediately hugged him while he reciprocated, they met after so long after all.

Asad : arnav!! Tum yaha?? How come???

Arnav : kuch kam se Bhopal aya tha... lets say important kam se tujhse milne ane hi wala thaki tumhe yaha dekh liya!!

Asad : kam ? konsa kam?

Arnav: vo umm...I am getting married!!

Asad : what? Are you serious? Congrats arnav! Bhabhi kaha h? and here meet Zoya..

As Asad and Arnav turned to introduce Zoya and Khushi to each other, they found them shocked and after a moment or two they both hugged each other jumping and squeeling. Asad and Arnav exchanged confused glances.

Zoya : khushi!!! Yaar tum kishar chali gayi thi? I missed you so much!!

Khushi : Zoya!! Yaar!! Mee too!! I am so happy! Par tum yaha?

Zoya : ha vo...

Asad : koi bataega ye kya chal raha h?? ap dono ek dusre ko kese jante ho?

Khushi : mei aur Zoya bahut pehle ek bar mile the, jab ye Delhi ayi thi kisi kam se

Kuch dino k liye aur phir jab mei New York gayi thi 1 week ke liye!! Hum dono bahut ache dost bangaye the!! Par ap dono...

Arnav : Zoya right?? Khushi ne batay tha!! hum dono , yani mei aur Asad bachpan k dost h!

Zoya : wow that's cool!! Vese tu yaha kya kar rahi h khuzi!!

Khushi : ey Zoli!! Are vo mei yaha arnav ji k sath ayi hu... Unhe kuch kam tha...vo we are getting married...to...

Zoya : what? How come? Seriously? Congo shongo khuzi!!

Arnav : yes!! Asad this is Khushi!! My would be fianc!!

Asad : hello bhabhi!! Nice to meet you!! Arnav , this is Zoya!!

Zoya : beth ke bat karte h!! come join us!!

All of them seated and dinner came. They started eating happily when suddenly Arnav thought something...

Arnav : Zoya and Asad, tum dono ek sath??

Hearing this both Asad and Zoya choked on their food while khushi pondered over. They both exchange glances and decided to reveal everything. Slowly they both revealed everything while Arnav and Khushi looked shocked and horrified...

I really know nothing much!!

but I can assure you you will definitely love the next update, coz it has got...something! why should I reveal??
