Shagun

Shagun has always been shown ambitious and money minded in the show. Even before she married Raman she wanted to become a model and be rich. Shagun would never settle for something less. Her mother supports her relationship with Ashok so am sure even before getting her married to Raman she would have supported her dreams. I don't understand at that time how come Shagun married Raman, a man who was not anywhere near her expectations.
