KHUSHI'S ROOM
Khushi is resting on the bed...still thinking about Arnav...Radha and Garima come in.
Garima - Khushi...look who is here ... (Khusha turns and recognizes Radha...after 10 years she was seeing her favourite Radha ma and her become moist...Radha and Garima come closer and sit on eithr sides of the bed...Radha wiper the tear which was about to fall down...and helps her sit on bed leaning on backrest of the bed)
Radha - You dint feel good to see your Amma?? (Makes a face) if I knew you would cry like like this I would have never come to meet you...(Khushi hugs and sobs again)
Khushi - Please Amma...dont tell like this...if you also taunt me I will not able to take it...(Radha caress here head and starts consoling)
Radha - Shhh... dont cry...already you are not well and you cry like this??? Keep quite...relax beta...
Khushi - Amma...you dint miss me in these 10 years???
Radha - Hmm I missed you a lot...and I use to ask about your whereabouts almost everyday and he use to lie one or the other thing...and you know I am not all that smart to search you myself (Khushi smiles) after Manoj ji said about all this and gave me addressand I got to know you are in same city...
Khushi - Amma...he dint tell you anything?
Radha - What should he tell me??...and what is happening between you both?? (Garima understands that Khushi would not like to get emotional in front of her and wont open up her heart on this matter if she continues to stay)
Garima - Ok you both be talking...I will bring some snacks... (She moves off the room)
Khushi - Actually..what happened is... (She come and lay down on Radha's lap...She narrates the whole story and how Arnav never contacted back. Her meet with him as Khukhi...him saving her...fight after that...her suicide attempt...) Radha ma...I never cheated him...he is not listening to me...cant he trust his best friend...
Radha - I know...he is cranky sometimes and he continued it for 10 years???? not anymore...I know he doesn't hate you as much as he is showing to you...(Khushi gets up with bright smile)
Khushi - Really?
Radha - Ya...really...now you dont keep thinking that he is hating you he is the same Khushi just that his stupid anger is not letting him think straight...I will do something about it...you just relax (Garima brings gives snacks and tea)... thank you.
Khushi - Amma...how he he?...I saw in TV that he met accident...
Radha - His left arm has got hairline fracture...but he will be fine soon just that he cant play tennis for a while...
Khushi - Thank god...(Khushi feels relaxed...After a while of chit chat..Radha is about to leave)
Khushi - Amma... stay for some more time...please
Radha - No beta... you know your babuji wont eat outside food...he will be waiting...I need to go and cook...
Khushi - Ok... (Makes a face)
Radha - Dont try these with me (pull her ear)...take care of yourself...(Khushi smiles and Radha leave from there)
RAIZADA HOUSE- DINING TABLE
Radha came back and prepared lunch. Now Serving Mohan and Arnav.
Radha - Chotte..you remember that small girl who use to come our house and always use to crave for carrot halva? Whats her name...???? (thinking...trying to remember. Arnav is irritated but he had never told about their fight in house so he kept his calm before he could answer Mohan does)
Mohan - Khushi...
Radha - Ya Khushi...(Making a face at mohan as she wanted Arnav to answer) I met her near market today...
Arnav - Hmm
Mohan - Such a cute kid she was...how she use to argue with Arnav when he use to tell her to call us uncle and aunty...

Khushi is gulping her carrot halva...
Radha - Eat slowly Khushi...carrot halva will not run away...(Khushi gives a cute smile with stuffed mouth...she chews and swallow)
Khushi - Amma...it will not run I should...I am getting late...Driver uncle has to go home early today...
Arnav - Why are calling my maa as Amma...
Khushi - My wish...I am calling babuji to your papa..(Looks at Mohan who was sitting on couch and winks)
Arnav - You are crazy...why this change? You were calling them uncle and aunty...
Khushi - Listen what ever is yours ismine also...you said that while giving trophy right?
Arnav - That dosent
Radha - oh oh Chotte...enough...allow her to eat..let her call what she wants...whats your problem...

Mohan - How is she now?
Radha - She is not well...She was about to faint in road...I just caught her (Arnav thinks ... whats the need to go out when she isn't well....Radha knew he was thinking about her) you wont go and meet her chotte?
Arnav - I already met her maa
Mohan - Thats nice...After your 10th standard you never got her home...
Arnav - She was in school and I was in college...slowly the frequency got reduced...she got busy I got busy ...never got a chance papa...
Radha - Hmmm understand...dont worry I called her to come home...she will come day after...

After dinner he is pacing around the room restlesly thinking about Khushi...
Arnav - Cant she be careful...the other day also...suicide???? I just wanted to slap her...she has become so stupid without me...(He thinks something...he calls Khushi...)
KHUSHI'S ROOM
Khushi was feeling better after speaking to Radha and she is looking at Arnav's pic and talking to herself...
Khushi - Amma was telling you dont hate me...then why do you behave like this with me? (He phone rings...she picks it without seeing) Hello...
Arnav - Hi...
Khushi - Arnav...how are you??? I was so worried...Amma told me that...
Arnav - Listen...why did you agree to come home? You are just recovering right?So stay at home... (Khushi thinks you are so concerned about me??? hmmm I will listen to ma...I wont crib for your forgiveness....) what happened...you stopped talking...
Khushi - Nothing...when Amma asked to come home ... I couldnt deny...anyway thats my personal thing you dont have to worry...anything else you want to talk...
Arnav - Did you get the chain??? (In mind Giving back answers to me???...now let me see how you speak)
Khushi - Yes I did...thanks...I think its become dull ...may I need to give it polish...thanks for returning...ok I am sleepy now...good night... (Keeps the call giggling to herself...) Wht do you think Mr Raizada...you fool me with a fake chain...maa told me you still have the chain...(Remembers her today's talk with Radha)

Khushi - See Amma (showing the chain) he gave back the chain I had given...he feels nothing about it...
Radha - What... (Takes it and looks at it...) this is not the chain you gave beta...this he has got it done recently..this seal is of the jewelery show which we regularly go...I saw him wearing it...even today while I was leaving...I think he is making fool of you...
Khushi - Fool of me???? (makes face and Radha smiles at her antics)

After Khushi kept the call.
Arnav - How dare you cut the call...And I gave back the chain and she is bothered about polish...she dint feel bad...?? (looks worried) whatever why should I think about her so much...but good atleast she sounded better...the other she was so low on call and when I went to see her... she was... (he remember her state and a small tear escape)
MORNING - ARNAV'S HOUSE
Arnav is reading newspaper and Khushi's college Principal with Aman came in.
Aman - Good Morning ASR... (Arnav keeps the paper and looks at them)
Arnav - Good Morning Aman...(looking at Prinicpal) Sir...you...Have your seat...(They both sit)...Any issues...??
Aman - ASR...Mr Mehra has a request...
Arnav - Tell me Sir...
Mehra - Actually I saw the news that you wouldn't be able to play for a year...and when I heard your interview about your feeling of staying away from game...I got an idea...I dont know if you like it...
Arnav - Sure ...I know you would plan something good for me..afterall without your help I couldnt have played tennis at this level with studies...
Mehra - Arnav...since you cant play ...you can coach right...in our college??? I want more Arnav's to be shining ...I hope you woudnt deny...
Arnav - Sir...I mean (in mind oh oh what are you asking Sir...if I say yes to you I would have to face Khushi...I cant stay all angry when I have to do it everyday...)
Mehra - What happened...?? You dont want to...(Radha has already heard the conversation and while talking to Khushi she already knew Khushi was studying in same college which Arnav had studied...She comes there with tea)
Arnav - Its not like that...(he is hesitant)
Radha - What will you do sitting at home all day...
Arnav - Maa...
Aman - ASR I think its good...you will be in touch with game this way and you can make a comeback after a year without any issues. (Arnav gives a stare)
Radha - Even I feel the same...go Chotte

Mehra - Thanks Arnav...will get the joining formalities done tomorrow...you can start when you are ready...
Arnav - Thanks Sir...but only one year...dont expect me to stay for long...

Arnav - Bye... (Aman and Mehra go out. Radha goes back to Kitchen to keep the used cups and plates) (Arnav thinks oh god..Khushi will be in same college...its gonna be hell...but what to do...everyone sit on my head)

Radha - He has agreed...ya ya dont worry he didnt get to know its our plan...sure we will discuss in detail tomorrow when you come here. Bye take care... (Keeps call)

Khushi - Yuppie...Arnav...wait and watch...if I dont make you my best friend again...I will...(hmmm) keep trying...(giggles to herself) what all I have to do...for you...but Arnav...there is one thing I dint let anyone know...I want you to be the first one to know it...for that...you should talk to me...Kadoos laad governor...(She smiles to herself)
