I'm actually not surprised by Sid being there. I'm not clear on the details but apparently Salman had been invited to either the premier or success party of Ek Villain but he had declined saying his schedule was too tight. But he then managed to make it for a few minutes and congratulate everyone. He is said to have been very nice and complimentary towards Sid. Yea yea I'm sure the media probably embellished things. But based on the pictures I have seen he seems to like Sid, and Sid in return is said to be extremely respectful of everyone especially his seniors.
What happened between Salman and Shakti Kapoor?

Don't know about Bebo but Sonam was in Delhi a couple of days ago. Maybe it was work related and she couldn't make it back in time. I don't think she would miss it just to miss it.
