As she moved her fingers, her family rushed in. Ankit got angry finding rd holding her hand.
An: tu.. Tu yahaan kya kar raha hai? Himmat kaise hui teri meri behen ko haath lagaane ki.
With this he grabbed his color and pinned him to the wall dragging harshly. Ankit was angry, clenching his teeth and rage in his eyes. But rd knew that this was genuine after whatever happened that day.
R: ankit. Dekho main jaanta hun tumhara gussa hona sahi hai. Par.
An: par fir bhi tu yahaan aaya. Maa ye wahi hai na photo waala.
R: dekho ankit.
An: ab tu dekhega..
His grip on his shirt tightened, he was about to hit him. Just then sanyu started moarning rd's name. Ankit's grip on rd's shirt loosened and rd rushed to sanyu. He clutched her hand in both his palms.
R: haan sanyukta main hoon. Yahin pe. Tumse promise kiya tha na maine.
She slightly opened her eyes and found him infront of her.
An: tu aise nahi maanega. Chhod uska haath.
He pulled him though his shirt. He was about to punch his face but she srugged her voice in between.
S: Ruk jao bhai.. Akhkhh Akhkhh(she caughed)
He freed himself from his grip and knelt to her. He immediately sipped her little amount of water.
R: zyada baat mat karo sanyukta. Breathing problem hogi. Dr ne mana kiya hai.
S: bolne do rd. Aj nahi bola to aage bolne ka bhi faayda nahi hoga. Maa papa bhai. Aj main zinda hoon to rd ki wajah se. Akhkhh Akhkhh.
R: tum bilkul nahi bologi abhi sanyukta.
S: please rd.
But now she started breathing heavily and everyone paniced. Rd called the nurse and she attached the oxygen cylinder on her mouth.
N: dekhiye. Patient ko rest chahiye. Ap log baahar jaaiye.
Everyone left the room. Rd gazed into the room through the circular glass view of door. Her eyes were pleading but he assured her to handle situation. When he turned around, ankit was standing just behind him crossing his arms.
An: kya sikhaya hai tune sanyukta ko? Tere liye apne gharwaalo se lad rahi hai. Teri maa ne bheja hoga na tujhe bol saale.
R: ankit meri baat suno.
An: kya sunu haan? Kaun sa naya game khelne aaya hai tu huh? Bataa nahi to..
"main batata hun", a voice came from a side of the corridor. Everybody's vision shifted to him. It was veer, whose head was wrapped by a thin white film on his wound.
(bhaiyon ya behno bola tha na maine ki ye veer hi milwaayega inhe. Aur pange baaki hein iske. Aage aage dekho)
He reached him and pouted.
V: bhaiya ap dost ko mat maaro. Inhone to didi ki jaan bachai hai. Ye sab meri wajah se hua hai. Didi mujhe bachane aag me kudi thi. Agar ye time pe unhe nahi bachate to pura jalta hua ghar didi pe gir gaya hota.
An: aur ye aag bhi tune hi lagaayi.hogi na(staring to rd)
TinTin: nahi bhaiya inhone aag nahi lagaayi short circuit hua tha.
A: ankit beta chhod de use.(freeing rd) bete tumne meri beti ki jaan bacha kar hum sab pe bahut badaa ehsaan kiya hai.(folding hands to rd)
R: are nahi aunty ap meri maa jaisi hein ap mere saamne haath mat jodiye please.
R(in mind): kamse kam kaale baadlon se to achhi hai meri sasu maa. Mujhe is daanav k chungal se to bacha liya.
K: bete tumhe bhi kaafi chot aayi hai. Tum ghar jao. Tumhare gharwaale chinta kar rahe honge tumhe.
R: uncle sanyukta..
K: bete sanyukta abhi thik hai. Tum ghar jao.
R: thik hai uncle. Par jab tak wo hospital me hai kya tab tak main aa sakta uski health jaane k liye.
K: isme puchhne waali kya baat hai beta. Uski ye zindagi tumhari hi to di hui hai.
R: thank you uncle. Main chalta hun.
He left touching feet of anju and kishore.
~~RANDHIR'S HOUSE~~
As rd entered home, renuka rushed to him and started raining questions.
Re: rd kahan the ap? Apko andaza hai kitni raat ho gayi hai. Aur apne kya haalat banayi hai apni. Haath ko kya hua hai.
R: (silently gazing towards harsh)
Re: humne aapse kuch puchha hai rd. Apne bapusa ki taraf kya dekh rahe hein ap.
R: aaa..maasa wo aa k..karan hai na. Main office k baad wahaan chala gaya tha. Kuch pathake bache the diwali k uske paas, usko jalate jalate thoda sa. Ma..maine dressing karwa li hai ha..hospital me.
Re: apka dimaag thik hai? Apko kuch ho jaata to? Dhyaan se nahi jalaa sakte the? Kher ap jaiye apne kamre me hum apka khana bhijwate hein kamre me.
At room
Rd was wearing his t-shirt after fresh n up but he was unable due to his burn. Harsh reached him and helped him out.
H: to barkhordar. Apni maasa se jhut bola apne. Kis liye hume jaan sakte hein?
R: dad wo sanyukta phas gayi thi aag me.
H: kya? Kaise?
Rd describes whole situation to him.
H: ab wo kaisi hein?
R: thik hai hospital me hai. Papa jaante hein ye jaante hue bhi ki use smoke se high allergic hai, usne mujhe andar jaane nahi diya khud chali gayi. Wo to behosh hone tak mujhe andar jane nahi de rahi thi.
H: unhi apki chinta hai. Apko bhi unka khayaal rakhna chahiye.
R: jab tak ankit hai wo mujhe chhune bhi nahi dega. Khayaal kya rakhunga.
H: ap himmat mat hariye. Wo bhai hein unke. Apne behen se bahut pyar karte hein.
R: ap sahi hein dad.
H: to chaliye ap dinner kar lijiye hum chalte hein.

Next day he reached hospital and anju was feeding her soup. Both smiled at him and he entered the room.
R: good morning princess sanyukta(placing flowers) i hope tum thik ho abhi. Tumhare khadoos boss se bolkar 10 days ki leave sancsun karwa li hai. Tumhara kaam kisi aur employee ko handover karwa diya gaya hai, kuch dino ko liye. So basically tumhe office ki tension lene ki bilkul zarurat nahi.
Days passed like this and everyday rd used to visit sanyukta regularly. Gradually ankit was melting for rd. Finally she was discharged and taken home.
~~SANYUKTA'S HOUSE~~
A Week Later
It was night 9p.m. Sandhir were badly missing each other as they did not meet the whole day. She was smilingly gawking to her and rd's pic which she hid in the secret folder of her laptop. Suddenly her dad rushed in with dinner plate and she immediately minimised all those, latched her laptop and threw it to a side.
S: papa, ap kyun khana leke aaye?
K: kitne dino se apni gudiya se thik se baat nahi ki thi to socha kar lun.
S: papa abhi khane ka man nahi hai.
K: koi baat nahi baad me kha lena.
He took a seat beside her. She placed her head in his lap and wrapped her arm around his thighs.
S: papa ap bhi usse gussa ho?
K: kisse?
S: rd se. Usne sach me mujhe bachaya. Wo nahi hota to apki gudiya bhi nahi hoti.
K: main jaanta hun beta. Bhaamp liya tha maine uski aankhon me. Apni jaan khatre me daali usne tere liye. Wo parwa karta hai teri.
S: sach papa.
K: haan beta bahut pyar karta hai wo tujhse.
S: ab main kya karun?
K: dekh beta ye teri zindagi hai. Tera faisla hoga. Rishta bhi to tune toda tha.
S: par papa wo sahi hai. Uski maa galat hai.
K: ye bhi tujhe tey karna hai. Zindagi teri hai bas tu wahi karna jisse tu khus rahe. Acha main chalta hun, tu khana kha k so jaana
He stood up to leave just the she clutched his wrist from both his tiny palms like a little baby. She bent on her knees on bed and kissed his cheek.
S: good night papa. I love you. You are the best papa.
K: good night bete. I love you too.(pulling her cheek kissed her forehead)
K: laptop me kya kar rahi hai beta
S: ka..kuch nahi papa. Bas bahut dino se mail check nahi kiya tha to bas wahi.
K: thik hai par jaldi so jaana. Tabiyat bigad jaayegi warna
S: haan papa. Main dhyaan dakhungi.
As he left, she closed the door from inside and breathed long.
S: baal baal bachi.
She reached her laptop and again opened those photos.
S: ye sab na tumhari wajah se hua hai.(staring rd's pic) aadat lagaa di hai apni. Jabse mile ho, jhut pe jhut bole jaa rahi hoon sabse. Papa sach kehte hei main jisse khus hun mujhe wahi karna chahiye. Tum kyun muskura rahe ho, tumhari wajah se meri bhuk bhi mar gayi(she said making a puppy face)
"missing me", a manly voice came from back and unknowingly she hummed with a long smile. Suddenly she realised that she just heard a voice and turned towards the window.
There was sitting rd on the window crossing his arms across his chest and resting his head on one side. He was in a black and white strip t-shirt (same one which he wore while entering into her room in sunday epi. I love dat look so wahi daal diya) continuously staring her with an epic million dollar smile.
Her mouth and eyes wide opened to find him infront of her. Her happiness had no bounds but same time she was shocked too.
