Chapter 16 (Not proof read)

After I make Arnav eat some sweet I made him lay on Anjali bed. He was still weak but good than before. I don't know what happen to him suddenly I think his sugar level may be down that explain he want sweet.

Suddenly the door burst open and in came Anjali huffing and puffing. Her eyes roam around the room and then fall on the Arnav who is sleeping on Anjali bed.

"OMG! What happen to him?"She shrieked loudly and I cover my ears.

"Zeez girl keep it low or you're going to awake him."I whisper/yelled at her.

"Oh Sorry."She told me while holding her ears.

"What happen to him?"She asked me while looking at Arnav with worry.

"His sugar level may be down. I make him eat some sweet after that he is sleeping as you can see."I told her while looking down at my notes.

I find myself engulf in hug and Anjali start mumbling, "Thank you so much Khushi for looking after Chothe when I am not here. I owe you."

"It's OK Anjali. It's no big deal. I'll do the same for anyone who was in that condition."I told her while shrugging my shoulder.

"Hmm.What should I do know? Chothe is sleeping and I can't wake him up but he need to have his meds and where am I going to sleep."Anjali mutter to herself and then I feel her gaze on me.

"Khushi can you again do me a favor. As you are still studying can you give Bhai this meds when he wakeup as I don't want to disturb his sleep. I am actually going to sleep in Bhai Room as you can see Bhai is here."She told me while looking at me with pleading eyes.

"Ok"I told her simply.

"Thank you so much. "She told me while smiling as she leaves the room.

That's when reality of the situation dawn on me. I am alone in the room with Arnav, with boy. What would Mamma Papa say if they got to know it? And top of that I am with Arnav who is not well and I don't even know how he will react when he wakeup.

It was half past 12 and here I am going through revision of unit-1.

Call me nerd or whatever you want but I don't like to go unprepared for any test or exam.

I hear Arnav groan in his sleep. I look at him alarmed. What should I do know? Should I go to him to check if he is alright or not but what if he snaps at me for intruding his privacy? I bite my lip worriedly.

"Ahh.What the?"I hear Arnav exclaim loudly.

I rush up to the Arnav side immediately, "What Happen? Are you alright?"I asked him.

"I am fine. Just my head hurts."He groans.

"Here take your medicines. Anjali left it."I give him his medicine while forwarding water glass.

"I don't have Dinner. So I can't take it empty stomach."He told me while looking at me intensely.

"I'll grab some food for you. Till then you rest."I told him while running out of room.

I came in room with a dinner for Arnav. He is resting with his back on headrest.

He look to cute while sleeping just like an Angel but when he opens his mouth just look like the niece of Devil.

"Arnav" I called him softly but don't get any response.

I shrug him softly as I called him again.

He slowly opens his eyes as he looked at me.

"Your Dinner."I told him while handling him his plate.

There is silence in room. Arnav is having his Dinner while I am surfing Internet.I found a message in my inbox .

I click on the link and sign up on the given site.I click on different username to find out that actually have earned 100 $ and more.I hope I can also earn it as it will reduce my expense.

I peek at Arnav from the corner of my eyes to see him already looking at my way. I look down abruptly while red color makes it way to my face.

I hear his chuckle. Probably notice my blush.

Stupid Khushi. Why the need to peek at him.

I lay on bed waiting for Arnav to finish his Dinner, before I know I drift into peaceful sleep.

I groan in my sleep as I feel someone is touching my face. Then I feel someone soft touch on my forehead.

"Khushi! Wake up! You're going to be late."Anjali yelled at me as I lazily open my eyes to see her standing in front of a mirror doing something with her hair.

I look up at clock to see clock read 8:00 am. And If I remember correctly my first lecture start at 9: am.

I place my feet on the cold ground and look at Anjali weirdly.

"When did you and I become best of friend that you're concern about me been late?"I asked her while making my way towards bathroom.

"Can't we make truce about it? I know we met at wrong foot but at least we can start fresh."She told me.

I walk in my BEEE class at the nick of time.

As usual last bench is free So I make my way towards it and as clumsy as I am I don't see the that someone put their leg in my way and I lost my balance but before I can fall flat on my face I found myself in the arm of non-other than Arnav Singh Raizada who is looking like he can kill someone with his fury eyes. He makes me stand on my foot as he looks at the boy who put his leg in my way.

"What were you thinking before putting your damn leg in her way?"He asked him.

"Hey Dude! Chill out! That was just for fun. "That boy replied to Arnav while laughing.

"Next time if you put your leg in Khushi way just for funs then I make sure that I'll break your leg for my fun. Understand."He told him coldly as shiver run down my spine.

That boy just nods her head.

I don't know that Arnav have such a serious side.

He looks so intimating.

I take my seat on last bench and ladies and gentlemen it doesn't need genius to guess who sat beside me.

"Why did you threaten that boy? You also make fun of me so what does it make difference."I asked him in hush whisper as teacher start taking attendance.

"Because Only I have the right to trouble you, to tease you. No one else."He told me while smirking as he shouts loudly "Khushi Gupta is Present mam. Right now she is just busy in day dreaming. "And then he winks at me.
