I saw the episodes from mani's entry onwards to see if Raman was explicit about his dislike for mani. The answer is No from what I have seen. Ishita apart from the two instances where she feels elated that Raman was jealous that her friend was a male, did not and has not done anything purposely to hurt Raman.
Unintentionally her only mistake was renaming Manisha which was correctable if Raman had asked her about it the next morning.

Now many on this forum have said that Ishita is acting dumb and has not realised the reason for Raman's behaviour. I don't think she is dumb at all. As far as she is concerned she had clarified to Raman about the bracelet issue and there is no other issue when it comes to Mani as far as she is concerned. Her so called mani jap I did not find anything ott here. They are close buddies who share a great vibe. What is wrong in that?

Now coming to the night when she took Mani's help to search and found Raman on the road. Many have raised questions as to why she did not get that Raman was accusing her. Well how could she? She knows he is totally drunk and wasted and also knows how he can act when he is drunk. If she is guilty in any way of her friendship with Mani then she would have copped on immediately but here she is not so her reaction is totally justified. We know what Raman had seen and heard but not her. Also she said sorry to Mani - which is what any friend would do. She is embarrased that one of her married life's reality was laid bare in front of her close friend and he also had to bear the brunt of her husband's affinity towards alcohol. So it is but natural to apologise. She would have done it if it was Bala so why the objection just because it was Mani.

Lastly I have not seen today's episode completely and if as some on the forum day that Raman did take Abhimanyu's name then it will be interesting to see Ishita's reaction. Saw the precap though and fingers crossed that the writers have something interesting planned for us.

So in conclusion from my perspective Ishita has been true to her character. She is herself with mani as with everyone else she has some sort of a baggage...with mani there is no expectations from either side ..its only friendship!
