@Faiqa~
Thanks for reading my 280.
Not interesting episode for sure. But as it is IPK, so can't avoid.
You are right, i was feeling so bad for Khushi and Sanaya too. You know it's not easy to carry a male oriented show on a heroine's shoulder. But it was good in spite of Barun's absence IPK was still popular among larger audience and in TRP scale.

PENDANT : A STRANGE PENDRIVE AS I DESCRIBED TO INDI..FOR ME IT IS MADE OF IVORY AND THAT IS A TOOTH OF ELEPHANT AND THAT REPRESENT A MAN WITH GREED AND EVIL HEART WITH LUST...

Interesting thing to knpw. How do you know so much! I'm astounded.

Indi di, we could discuss n number of possibilities.😆 Khushi definitely had a my way, the right way about her. But wasn't that conditioned by her upbringing, what she saw around her and in a way what she saw in his house too, with respect to marriage and its place in one's life and society. Deep down she knew that he was not in love with La. But she has seen them being intimate too. What would have gone through the young girl's head then to catch him staring at her, with that certain look, she's woman enough to understand that. The Khushi Kumari Gupta of the early days kicks in all my protective instincts. That innocence and purity one couldn't resist.

Another unbearable episode of Shyam's nasty drama. You may feel I'm repeating my words and frustration. Especially towards the man whom I love so much. Let's go to devil's court room.

Shyam says the blunt lie about Khushi imprudently. He says to protect the honor of the family he had to agree with Khushi's proposal. Cause she was after him like crazy and how she is behaving now, also proved that she would do such thing. He continues the vexation,

"This fear compelled me to agree with her proposal."

Khushi is in revulsion to hear his baseless, false, inconsequential accusation. When she asks him, he pretends more,

"I rather preferred to ignore and tried to hide this."

He twists his words; says, this is not her fault, as she is young and her age is the reason behind her all filthy intention.

"In this tender age girl dreams big, doesn't care the consequence, now when you crossed all your limits, how can I keep quiet!."

The loon now turns to Anjali to inveigle her. As he is a lawyer, he is very eloquent and knows well how to chicane people by his faux mellifluous words.

"Not now only since long time she has been gesturing wrongly to me. I am ashamed to even say those things. That's why she told me to divorce my rani saheba. Since I met her, she has been behaving cheap with me. I felt it must be my misunderstanding; then she started to speak upfront. It was my mistake that I ignored, but how much I kept quite, she became more shameless. She made excuses to roam around me."

"That's enough"...Payal can't hear such nasty insinuation against her sister any more. Surprisingly Arnav is still silent and insouciant, not saying anything or not even antagonizing Shyam. We already discussed a lot about this, but still when I'm watching and writing my review I just can't stop to express my frustration. I'm tremulous in anger to hear such filthy, objectionable words against khushi, but ASR who supposed to be angry is cool. Not my ASR, but actually his BD was there.

What ASR supposed to do as Khushi's loving husband, Payal does it for her loving sister. She recriminates Shyam with teary eyes to tell such nasty lie,

"Are you not ashamed of lying, putting your blame on somebody else? I and khushi has been quite for long, just because we couldn't see di to break down and either didn't want this family to break. This family would've shattered that day, when they would come to know about your truth."

Shyam gets in imbroglio, tries to hide his face.

"Does he have a little shame left? I don't think so." Payal continues,

'if you accuse my sister so nastily, I will not remain quite."

Akash wants to know the matter. Payal reveals everything about Shyam that he used to live in their house as a paying guest and deceived them by telling himself bachelor and did engagement with Khushi. All are dumbfounded to hear this.

After hearing so much disparagements and insolence Khushi still doesn't relinquish. She is a bravado I have to say. She comes to Anjali and begs her to believe them.

"I never wanted this thing to come out like this, because I knew everybody will be shattered. That's why I ignored and didn't ponder this matter, just because of this family's happiness."

Anjali wilts, she doesn't have any strength left to hear any more. Arnav runs to her and holds her. He says they will clear everything later.

"what the!" Is this ASR who is saying this? shyam just trampled his wife who almost died in order to rescue him and he just wants to let go this matter! His di is everything and Khushi is nothing! She is pregnant not a sick person and how Shyam stained Khushi's character and he just wants to ignore it. I don't want to believe this. The man who always stood with Khushi like a rampart, now letting go shyam who mauled her in such filthy way! Where is my ASR gone! The cvs really kidnapped my ASR and send his hamshakal instead. I guess I've been repeating same words again and again. Pardon me if I did, but I am extremely frustrated and livid now.

When Arnav was taking Anjali upstairs, Shyam calls him; he wants to clear everything right now. He just can't end his relationship with rani saheba like this. How can he leave the profligate life what he has been leading by his rani saheba's mercy,

ASR turns to him. Shyam continues his tirade,

"If these two sisters decided to ruin me, then I also decided to bring the truth in front of everybody."

He targets Payal now with volley of questions,

"Did I do engagement with Khushi, then show the pictures."

Payal says, she doesn't have any pics. Shyam tries to entrap her, "engagement is such a big party, but there is no picture?"

Payal starts to cry, her babuji was so sick that time that nobody even thought to take pictures.

shyam made the Raizada house a court room again. He jests Payal's words by clapping his hand, like the way liar lawyers do to justify their wrong case right. Shyam resumes his prosecution,

"babuji was sick, but doing engagement was necessary. And if you would've taken pics, babuji's health would've worsened. You don't have any evidence to prove your sister innocent. How can I do engagement when I am a married man."

"you didn't tell that time that you were married!" Payal retaliates him tersely. She comes to Anjali and says her that he only didn't dupe them, but deceived all of you.

"We didn't know that he is the son in law of this family. When Khushi came to know about this we threw him out of the house."

Shyam anticipates his predicament, so now he tries to manipulate Akash,

"Since today he thought only Khsuhi is after him, but now it seems that the whole family is after him."

The raizada family rather believing the innocent girls, is giving all kind of puzzled look today. The whole family knew about Khushi's engagement with their paying guest shyam right after their babuji's heart attack. Then why they have to prove it now! It didn't happen not so far ago. I guess the whole family got amnesia!

Shyam asks Payal again, if it is true then why she was quite since today and he tries to garble her intention according to his way.

"Because you didn't want your dream to get married to such a big family would've broken."

pause: Oh yeah, that's why she refused Akash so many times and Akash had to do suicide drama to make her agree.

Shyam tries to convince nani as he knows she is one of the most important decision maker of the family. he says her that when Akash's marriage was fixed with her, then buaji came to him to solve her pension problem. Since then she tried to take the advantage. Payal can't bear the insolence against her family any more; she antagonizes, it's lie.

shyam accuses her with poignant words, "what is true, what you two sisters are saying against me?"

He again tries to stain khushi's character,

"Khushi used to come to the house by making all lame excuses and even took job in AR design. When still it didn't work, these two sisters gave their filthy eyes to the sons of this family and trapped them."

He became cantankerous in vendetta when he sees he is in impasse.

Mami seems believed his words and the rest are in impediment and our man is stagnant like a statue.

Shyam contemplates everybody's reaction and when he sees everybody is quite, he thinks all believed his lie. So he blasphemes Payal with more afflictive words,

"why you didn't let Akash know about this. I know the reason, because this story has made by this two sisters right now."

Arnav is still numb, as if he is in inertia, where he already heard this story from Khushi's mouth before and he is giving Shyam more chance to lacerate his wife and her family. Why two slaps, I think he should give him at least three slap, third one for humiliating his sister in law. Doesn't he know how honest and nice Payal is!

Payal pleads Akash to believe her.

Shyam becomes berserk, as if any how he has to prove his innocence and proves Khushi guilty. "I can understand their intention; the girls from small family have big dreams."

He turns to Khushi and accuses her for being mentally sick, otherwise, how could she gave an eye on a married man, if it is not a nasty mental sickness or what!"

Shyam's atrocity is getting unbearable, but the whole Raizada clan including ASR is taciturn, as if enjoying the mental torture and molestation on an innocent girl, who is no other but ASR's wife and the daughter in law of the house. But our Khushi has no cowardice; the valiant girl knows to defend herself and inhaling sharply at his insolence, she opens her mouth to retort back,

"Whatever you are saying are all lies, each and every single word is lie. I hate this man and can't tolerate him at all."

Shyam again attacks her,

"if it is then why you used to come to my room making excuses? Why did you say you feel lonely? Sometimes on the pretext to feed kheer or sometimes to say you want to ruin saale sahab!"

His filthy words echo in the wall of RM. All are puzzled and Anjali totters. But one person comes on behalf of Khushi and that is NK,

"Khushiji was lying to you, so that he can win your trust and save Arnav."

Thank God that mami's gaze falters a little. I wish she at least believes her nephew. But Shyam doesn't stop,

"If I couldn't be saved from her, how you would be! She wants to make me, you and saale sahab all the men, dance on her tune."

Khushi is mused with the fire or retribution burning bright in her innocent heart.

He turns to Khushi and asks her, "Did you tell that you will ruin Arnav? Did you?

"yes I did. Khushi accepts..

All looks at Khushi with bafflement. Khushi continues,

"To win your trust." she turns to Anjali, "Di, when I came to know that he kidnapped Arnavji, then to rescue him, I had to try to win his trust. I did all this to gather evidence against him. I did it all to save Arnavji."

Shyam warns her to stop, "you were just saving yourself, your intention and your heart, what I would've broken so soon. But Khushiji I don't have anything for you in my heart."

Khushi says Arnav with resentment to believe her, "I did all for you, for the welfare of this family. That's why I was quite and told him all this."

Pause: So some of us who assumed before entering the house, Arnav and Khushi had a mutual decision to stay quite are wrong. If they had a talk then Khushi wouldn't had to ask ASR to believe her.

Shyam becomes more relentless, "how they will trust you?"

He says to Anjali, that he loves her so much and how happy he is with her and eagerly waiting for the arrival of their princess, but this girl, he points finger towards Khushi.

"khushji, you are just a cheap opportunist girl, who can do anything for her intention." The cruel, terrible words of shyam just ripped Khushi's soul apart.

Bravo, Arnav is till mute, just watching shyam is tearing asunder his wife with disdainful words. Khushi begs Arnav's mercy now.

'You know me well; you know that I never can do such thing."

Pause: My anger has reached to zenith now. Why khushi was beseeching Arnav and his inexorable family to believe her! Why she was not giving a damn of such family and leaving the house!

"No, no Khushiji, you can more than this, aap nehayet ek makkar aur giri hui larki, who wants to break this family, ruin this family and for this you can do anything? you can stoop as low as possible and in that extent that flirt with your brother in law!"

Shyam's effrontery disgruntled me so much that I felt like throttle him with my bare hand.

ASR looked a bit angry, but controls his anger to see his pyaare nautankibaz di 😆is wilting again. Nani feels ashamed to hear such filthy words and NK just looks down in embarrassment.

Khushi looks at Arnav, her moist hazel eyes flicker and reflect her inner turmoil. She says with excruciating pain,

"I know I don't have any evidence against him, what can prove what is true or what is false, but I know that I am telling the truth. If you look in to my eyes, you will see the truth, Arnavji, just look in to my eyes for one time and decide what is true or what is false."

Her plea was supremely superfluous.

Sanaya astounded me with her brilliant acting today. I've hardly seen such fine acting in Indian movies and soaps. ASR gazes at her gazelle eyes which are lucid, clear, and luminescent and guileless. He stares at her eyes searchingly and when found the answer; he feels a twinge of compassion for her. As the air is thickened with tension, Arnav moves forward and pauses in between Shyam and Khushi and finally gives Shyam a slap.

'This is to cheat my di."

He gives another slap and says in menacing tone after waiting for a while, " it's for insulting my wife, these two are the most important persons of my life."

Anjali jerks to hear the sound of the slaps. The shrill sound of the slaps on her beloved husband's cheek seemed cacophonous to her.

pause: These tow slaps really didn't make me happy after hearing so much profanity from shyam's mouth against Khushi. If CVs wanted shyam to spurt out his anger towards Khushi, by any excuse they should've moved ASR from that place. In front of ASR, Shaym couldn't ravage Khushi and delineated her as a characterless girl. No way I can't accept it.

But our Khushi is an angel. She looks at Arnav with gratitude. His mere kind gesture made her heart fill with joy.

Arnav continues loathsomely with greeted teeth that you made a mistake by hurting this two.

Anjali is crying. Shyam looks at Anjali, tries to get her sympathy, "rani saheba"

Arnav warns him not to talk to her. He will not allow him to come near her.

"Get out of this house. I said get out." He hollers. His countenance grapples with abhorrence and fulminating anger.

He says he will not let him bring any more pain to his family.

"Akash call the damn security now. I want this man out of this house right now," Arnav drags him with his collar. Shyam retorts back,

"Arnav Singh Raizada, how dare you grab my collar? mine?" he also screams at him when he sees it's invincible now.

"I didn't show you my dare yet. If I would've shown then you have to spend your filthy life in jail for the rest of your life. Give thanks to my sister's prayers that I'm sparing you like this." he says him scathingly and hauls him towards the gate. Finally his raw anger rises from the recess of his heart like quivering flames of fire.
"leave me, I say leave me." Shyam is screaming incessantly.

Soha 😊

If u ask me then these three long jackos epis are headache to watch and at the top , there are certain things which are bothering me about characterization of ASR who yelled at guests for stepping out of line for his wife on mun dhikaye and for every other part , he always stands besides her and suddenly he is all with his sister and leaving Khushi alone ...I never saw these epis , but I will see em again to get what exactly they are trying..

only that pink stands for me and it has everything...

I love the top gif and the VM

thnx

in pink... nor could he. or i.

and really, i have no problem with her stubborn my way streak... a flaw of sorts, good, we are all people and allowed our flaws. but what she also had was an ability to open her mind, absorb new things, new experiences.. a totally upbeat personality... not afraid... that was not something she was taught only... she was that person. loved that bit. so not goody goody girl.

poor asr... he had no idea what hit him hyuk hyuk.

Indi di I read your what ifs and think you are ready with some novel material, but then when are you not? A hero like ASR and a heroine not bound by star plus.. an irresistible combination. hayee..
Agree that she did not consider him already in a relationship. Feels real life doesn't it? Sometimes certain things leave such a strong mark that the person gets identified by those characteristics. And contrary to all that the eyes see or the brain tries to process she instinctively still thought of him as that laad governor and continue to not be able to resist him. and she might call him names in front of everyone, but even payal would not be told about the dhak dhaks.. guarded closely inside her.. so dreamy. so real. a love story we just cant get enough of..

I love this moment of acceptance and embracing each other's pain but more likely Arnav's soothing her from all fears .Gosh, how scared she is with all of this and even from him that what might he must be thinking after hearing all as she knows his dimag gets closed in anger but no, not today...he knows her inside out and this is my point , how an a writer who is writing Last three and this is the same dude...???? It can't be...

Arnav gets Shyam out of the house by grabbing his collar. There is a befuddled expression suffuses in Anjali's eyes and she gives her last look at Shaym. The whole family is perplexed, what's happening!

After shutting the door, Arnav begs sorry to Anjali, he knows she is hurt, but he trusts Khushi. He is confident that what Khushi is saying is true.

Anjali totters in her place and finally faints. Arnav runs to catch her and so as the rest of the family.

Anjali's sense comes back in her room. The family enceindres her with tension. Arnav goes close to her, but she looks decadent and wretched, but her inside is convulsing in excruciating pain. Arnav and Khushi both look at each other with bafflement.

My thing is the whole damn family didn't think for a second about these two , ok forget Khushi for a while , not even for Arnav...that is so absurd

At the top , Anjali's drama space has started...I am so not liking some scenes and my biggest one which I hate the most her coming to her adult , married brother's room for giving him Kheer and seeing him having bday of his wife behind closed door because of you so you won't get hurt ...is amazing when she comes back to her room and says , chote u r not same because u are in love...What logic is that...I am sorry if u have brothers and if u want to justify this as a sister...

No way ...when you are adults, there is a limit for everythig.Married , yes more space , don't expect to be a focal view of your brother all the time...Let him live and your SIL the way you wanna live as a DIL in your husband's home

I read a lot of ppl , the name is not coming in my head right now, but he is from Pakistand, may be you know...He wrote some where

"Train your sons and brothers to be a good husbands in future..."

So true as I live in NYC, I have my Punjabi ppl a lot , about 20 min of drive... a lot of Sikh families and their biggest temple is nearby too...that is why all desi shops are closed by but whenever I go after two months ...always encounter ladies talking the same crap...this is a huge issue in our society...not changed at all...educated ladies are worse than uneducated..especially when they become Nands...especially if they are coming from India , pakistan, or bangladesh...over here kids are raised differently...ur thinking and tackling process is different.

Mami tells Anjali to take rest, as the doctor said so. Anjali looks at Arnav with acute pain in her eyes, as if silently asking why you got my husband out of my life without my permission! 👏Arnav's gaze falters ruefully; he wants to talk to Anjali. But nani wants to talk to Arnav first. Whatever happened, because of that there is a question raised in her mind. And she needs the answer from him. Arnav says in constrict voice that he will give the answers of all her questions, but before that he wants to talk to his di.

All goes out and Arnav sits on the bed beside Anajli. Before leaving the room Arnav gives Khushi an assuring nod, as if he is saying her not to worry, he will fix every thing. that's what I missed in his eyes when Shyam was humiliating Khushi.

yeap😕

"di you have to trust me. I could not see you in pain any more. I had to think of you and your unborn baby. di, till today, in every raksha bandhan, I promised to protect you. And today is the time to fulfill all of those promises; that's why I didn't have any other option left but to throw Shyam out from the house. I'm sorry di."

What else he could say, this is the biggest promise ever he has made to himself

Arnav is in contrition for hurting his beloved did so much. He lies down on her lap, tries to give her some comfort. But Anjali seems just petrified in incisive pain that she even doesn't respond to his words.

Yes as a woman it is hard for her to understand and absorb all for a husband who was so damn perfect

Khushi who was standing outside, beside the door, breaks down completely to see the siblings sinking in an abyss of pain. Her heart slams painfully against her ribcage. She slides down to the floor, must be cursing herself, as she thinks she is reprehensible.

She is selfless cookie completely

the floodgates opens and Anjali ebbs in the sweet memories of hers with Shyam. How he used to lift her in his arm, fed her, embraced her by saying that her place is in his heart. He brought the cradle for their unborn baby so lovingly. So many memories envelope her mind, how can she forget those!

Yeap , it is impossible for her or anyone at her place

Nani and mami also are in inexplicable grief. Both are crying remembering Shyam, his social niceties, his cordial behavior, and reverence to elders. He likes almond kheer, what nani used to make for him. Shyam used to give mami gifts and respected her a lot. They just can't believe that such a sweet person can be so vicious or they can't accept the fact that shaym is actually an evil person.

But they shouldn't have any doubt, after how he humiliated khushi in front of the family. No gentle man can behave so heinously with a woman even if she is bad.

that is cut by Mami seeing and hearing, Shyam and Khushi for giving divorce to Anjali...that is why only Nani defended Khushi only

Akash is also sitting with a grumpy mood. He is so exasperated on Payal that he doesn't even talk to her.

I can't blame Akash completely as Payal hid such a big thing from him. But how he continued the mental torture on Payal and blamed Khushi was annoying.

Trust is a thin line Soha...very thin ...especially in this relationship

NK espies everybody, the whole house is mourning, the whole ambiance is melancholic and he feels a tug in his heart.

Khushi is till outside Anjali's room, looking derelict. She is crying for the unfortunate thing what just happened because of her.

I felt a pang of pain for this young orphan girl. She has been bearing so much! She just came from near death, but nobody was even asking her or even thanked her for rescuing Arnav from the kidnappers. Arnav should take her to the doctor first, as she had a head injury. I was thinking as Barun was not available for some more days, why they didn't take Khushi to hospital to procrastinate the time!

Good point👏 but it doesn't lok like he wasn't ...

Inside the room Anjali is recollecting how everything has changed in a moment. Khushi's accusation against Shyam, what Payal just revealed about his engagement with Khushi and next moment Arnav's slap. Silent tears are rolling down from her eyes in excruciating pain. Arnav is holding her hand, lying down on her lap. But anjali is stagnant as if God bereaved her completely. Arnav gets up to see tear in her eyes.

"I want to stay alone, please leave me alone." Anjali says without emotions. Arnav can't understand what to do. and Anjali repeats again,

"Arnav, just leave me alone."

Arnav perturbs to hear his name from Anjali's mouth. She never calls him by his name, always calls him chottey adoringly. In Bengali it says adorer daak.

She stands up and gets Arnav out from the room by holding his hand. Arnav is pleading her not to separate him from her, she has to listen to him, and she just can't do this.

Khushi stands up in embroilment. Akash, mami, Payal, NK, Akash, nani all gathers in front of Anjali's room again. But Anjali is incorrigible and says, she just wants to stay alone. She is not even looking in anybody's eyes. She shuts the door. All start to bang on her closed door.

"Please leave me alone." Anjali cries out.

mami says Anjali bitiya, but no avail, cause Anjali is impervious, she just says, "hume kaha naa, i want nobody. I just want to stay alone."

All prefers to leave her alone. While leaving, nani's look goes to Khushi's crestfallen face. She goes to caresses her. But mami seems harbored so much acrimony against her that she doesn't even want nani to love her.

Anjali's one sentence ...hum apke bina nahin jee payengey is enough...she didn't say he is at fault , she didn't say she loves him or blah ...he is her need that's it.She depends on him the very same way Arnav depends on Khushi and can't live without her...The only difference is He got lucky he has Khushi or vice versa but Anjali isn't that lucky..she got an evil who is just a Leech.

I wish if mami had a daughter, then she couldn't be so harsh to an innocent girl!

Akash is livid; Payal pleads him to listen to her,

"You have to trust me and Khushi, cause we are telling the truth."

Akash asks her why she didn't tell it before. Payal wants to say, the reason. But Akash is not ready to hear anything,

"Such a big thing, and you didn't tell me"

He leaves with anger.

Payal leaves her thought to pacify her indignant husband, but she just can't evade her thought to support her sister, when she is in pain and anguish; she hugs her with so much love.👏

I really loved seeing this sisterly bonding growing again. After her marriage it was just lost.

Poor NK just watching everything with heavy heart.

Anjali stands in front of shyam and her portrait, she is crying with enormous pain. she can't accept why all of a sudden her perfect world became so complicated and painful!,

"I can't live without you. rehe nahi payenge apke bina" her voice constricts with so much tears that she even can't utter words from her mouth. She feels completely mortified as her and Shyam's life have taken divergent path.

Anjali is still in denial that Shyam actually deceived her.

Just explained above

By hugging Payal, Khushi tells her that she can't see Arnav and Anjali like this. She can't see them in such state. Copious tears are rolling down from her eyes..

Arnav finally enters in his room, still in his dirty clothes.

Go man, first take shower then think.😆 🤣

He is in compunction. he mutters,

"I hurt di so much! I never wanted her to suffer like this. But it was important to bring this truth to everybody. But I can't see her in this state. I just can't see her like this"

The sad music in the bg makes the air more gloomy.

Oh my man, he pretends to the world that he is heartless, but his heart is just soft and tender like a baby. Oh my bachcha come to me, I'll love you more than Khushi.

He is , and only Khushi knows that and that is why she always soothes him like a mother's touch..

Khushi has changed in her pristine white night suit. Clad in white she is looking opalescent. While wiping her hair, her look goes to Arnav, who is standing outside facing the pool. Khushi recollects the horrible event that occurred today, especially Arnav's slap on Shyam for humiliating her. She dithers, recalling Arnav said he trusts her. her heart suffuses with gratitude.

opalescent , lovely word choice.

HP brings coffee for Arnav. Khushi takes the tray from his hand and saunters slowly towards the pool. Walking towards the pool, she struggles to shake off a vague disquietude in her heart, which almost felt like guilt. Her hands are quavering in agitation and her heart is thumping to intrude his sanctuary, as she knows very well that he is vulnerable now. A sudden wave of despondency and hesitation hits her, washing away all her courage and energy. Arnav turns back sensing her coming. An uneasy, feelings crackles between them. She keeps the tray on the end table and turns to leave without saying anything. Arnav holds her hand to make her stop. She turns towards him slowly and comes closer with tiny steps. Rabba ve in piano plays in the BG to depict their turbulent mind. Arnav gazes down at her tenderly. There is a soft glow glimmers in his eyes. He keeps his hand on her arm and she just can't control herself any more, crushes on his chest with myriad emotions. She clutches him tight and tears escape from her eyes and rolls down her cheek leaving long shiny tracks in their wake. She cries with all her pent up misery finally finding a release. Arnav also muffles her trembling body in his arms, caressing lovingly. He holds her back with one hand and her head with another. He can feel her pain, her anguish, her turbulence. The reassuring strength of his encircling arms, makes her even more emotional.

"kiyu khwabo mei tere saye " the sad Rabba ve plays in the BG makes the moment more surreal.

I love this scene as I explained in the beginning at the top...she was scared a bit...but at the same time she knows he is vulnerable , she is herself too and doesn't wanna add more into his pain.Always thinks of others ...but he knows it and he stops her...Love the DUPPATTA HAS SPREAD OVER HER HAND AND COVERING HER BODY...A SYMBOL OF NEWLY BRIDE AND HER VEIL ...PURE AND PRISTINE...and he is holding her and making her face towards her...this is a closure of DREADFUL , TERRACE NIGHT...WHEN HE PULLED HER TOWARDS HER , SHAADI KARNA HOGI MUJH SE ...AND TODAY he is requesting and seeking love and forgiveness by each action

Khushi lifts her head from his chest and looks at his caramel pools. Genuine trepidation is flashy from the hazel of her eyes. He also looks at her with eyes swirling with emotions too deep for her. He fondles her beautiful face and caresses her tendril gently as he is so longed to touch her like this. As an intense protective tenderness rushes through his heart, he lifts the fragile doll in his strong arms and strides towards the room. He knows she must be weak and tired after a strenuous vulnerable day. Khushi snakes her arm around his neck, tries to seek comfort in his nearness. Both just stare at each other with eyes full of emotion and myriad love.

Again I am repeating, how perfectly she fits in his arm, as if made for each other. Never saw such perfect looking couple in my life. May be that's why I still can't accept them with any body else.

Arnav crosses the threshold of the room carefully and even more carefully he puts her down on the bed as if the porcelain doll will break in mere carelessness.

After putting her down and covering her up with the comforter, he stands up to go back by the pool. He is tired, but his mind is so disturbed that the sleep eluded from his eyes, even after spending horrible two weeks in the hostage.

But Khushi holds his hand to stop him. She also needs him badly by her side. She knows how she spent the last fifteen days, when he left her in the crux of the moment of a terrible misunderstanding.

Khushi clutches his hand and pulls him towards her. He sits down beside her and again caresses her beautiful face and her errant tendril lovingly. He rests his palm on her creamy candent cheek and she holds it with her slender hand. His gentle touch comforts her so much that all her woes relegate to oblivion and drifts her into somnolence,

This is what these two stand for , always there for each other in sorrows and time of need ,,fighting is always there but whenever there is need , they are there...

pause: I also wished if he would've lied down with her, snuggled close to each other. I'm not telling that he had to make love to her where he is terribly upset with his di, but it would be great if he would've spent some time with Khushi too.

How can he Soha, his sister is in this condition, if we are watching a HW movie...yes love making or something is possible but not in our sciety where every relation is connected to u.His sister is in this condition and he can think of something else...no way and that is why she opens her eyes because she knows his pain and the reason

we are nearing the end of barun's break and so it's a matter of time before it is okay to rescue him😆 and get back to asr khushi as usual. when i watched these episodes the first time round, my restlessness was not as much as it is today. i had thought, given the amount of time and effort sanaya and abhaas brought to every episode, that a really juicy wonderful tale will be revealed soon, giving us an intriguing look into sheeshmahal and more.

that whole khushi using a weapon she knows she can use to the hilt... shyam's weakness for her, might have been really exciting.

she was desperate enough to do anything for her beloved.

she knew shyam had her man.

the focused, result oriented jalebi bai she is, not difficult to imagine her using the weakness of the enemy. i always remember how she went off to meet her brother in law to be in episode one and later all her shenanigans to "punish" asr, perhaps her way to deal with the bizarre and painful situation she finds herself in.

khushi doesn't sit at home pondering her helplessness, in that she shows me a very contemporary sensibility. in our world, girls are supposed to take a bit of a back seat in most scenarios, though i must say, our hindi films have time and again shown girls who go out there and get things done... sita aur gita particularly comes to mind, i loved the wild gita... broke with convention in many ways, forty two years ago.

the opening scene with the besotted shyam and the girl with a purpose was interesting to watch. i like that muddy sullied thick obsession that shyam is shown to have for khushi. again, had they stuck to this, would have been really interesting. his now threatening, now weak in the knees before you stance with khushi, very confusing. breaks the thread somehow.

she puts a raksha dhaga on him, he says, "ab hum dono issme hamesha ke liye saath saath hain."

so hamesha is now being hijacked by the dark side.

soon after we see khushi with nk, fretting about this situation. she prays to m, nk plays the perfect sakha/friend and assures her dm understands and doesn't mind this fake intimacy. but my question, did we really need this? seemed to weaken the whole thing somehow. this constant need to show female lead as achhi as though none of us have the brains to figure it out...

plenty clear if you follow the show, this girl is doing everything for a man in a filthy vest and only because she is crazy about him.

while i have giggled madly at the pendant and pen drive story, must say, the writer i think knows how lame his ploy is, so lets nk say he has seen such a thing isn a movie... oh our filmi villain ji. there was suddenly this twisting and force fitting of shyam into some sort of movie baddie type... abhaas even claimed his writers had said he was as good as joker, i haven't seen the original batman so can't comment.

but must say, no sorry, shyam just did not make the cut. neither in his character design nor his performance.

and we come to the question of password. i must see how i feel about that this watch, the first time i think i wanted to throw up. this constant tailing of asr by his brother in law... there was a story here too... a story worth developing.

we go to a creepy ugh scene with shyam where he is all gentle and sweet and tender with khushi. completely unnecessary scene. but again he speaks of "sambhalna" another thing asr will say to her. writers are consciously doing this reflections thing, interesting from a writing point of view i feel.

asr's gift from "scotland" arrives. in a light mami ishtyle scene, the canny aunt asks a simple question, "eescaat land se aaya hai, par yeh kaisan ho sakat hai, i bunder how..."

it has come from scotland but how can that be, i wonder how.

utkarsha does a mad bad take on mami going nuts worrying for nephew and just can't take the game playing by kidnapper... after all, she is the numeroj unoj in gamewas. how darej kidnaypperj thinks they cans dooj theesh.

and a distance with khushi takes shape, as she refuses to divulge any information.

as far as story goes, i must say, to get the laad governor note across to shantivan, there had to have been slicker, smarter ways. here it looks as though shyam is nuts, because he is aware isn't he, that mami ji knows of the kidnap other than khushi of course. so what's the guarantee that the makeupiya touchupiya one will say nothing?

so cute, manorama can't isstaap investigatiyaing. how sherlock like she as she smells the perfume meant for her and says, "ye brand wa se hamar cheek awat hai... sneejes... aur ee baat hamaar arnav bitwa achhe se janat hai..." you can't fool mami... till the writer decides you can, that is.

poor mami, she wailed, "humka bahut yaad awat hai hamar bitwa ki..." i really miss my bitwa... was the writer referring to me,🤣 you, all of us... teehee, so desperately waiting for bitwa even though he is in banyan. isstap isneejing and ismell the batalwa, samjhi tum.

Mai kya boloo?
I'm ispechlesss, maiji ka doppelganger.
The writer, the bonkers actuually referring me, got it.
just kidding I mean all of the phan girls, you know.

i have one major question really: why this pace of password typing?

who exactly keys in a password at that slow pace, with little intermittent dithers.😆 this reminds me of hindi films where this electrical wire is burning at one end, heroine is tied to the other or something connected to it... electricity, defying all laws of nature, is travelling very slowly down the wire, while tension mounts as hero tries to reach her slaying dragons and other minor obstacles along the way. lots of intercutting and music crescendoing and stuff.
what movie is this? I usually don't watch hindi movies. but this sounds intereshting!😆

if there's one thing we key in fast almost without thinking, it's the password.

when it comes to direction and writing, patchy doesn't even begin to describe it. too many directors, too many writers, to little time and too little spine... not a good recipe for soap quality i guess. talent is of no use if you ain't plannin' to nurture the heck out of it.

so, while there was to my mind the requisite element of ughifying creepiness to shyam's villainy - the girl who pushed him away on the terrace he tried to hug tight in a password, transgressing boundaries, saying what he isn't supposed to, wanting her mere paas mere saath exactly as the man in captivity, and almost touched her, possessed her with his disgusting ploys, making her an intrinsic part of a plan to swindle the man who this very girl loved beyond herself - the execution was lacking in style, majorly.

iloveyoukhushi in all caps does the now-a-little-too-bloated-and-overacting-as-if-he-were-in-a-puja-jatra shyam type.😆

khushi is shocked while nk writes it down not quite realising what has just transpired.

but finally when it strikes nk, he is the opposite of shyam... abs straightforward; simply asks, what the h is this. that guileless behaviour is refreshing, a much needed feeling of cleanness amid the filth.
So the writers actually were using their brain, they were consistent with some characters, and some not? don't know what was really going on! I guess they just couldn't fill the blank of Barun.

khushi, in the language we women are encouraged to adopt, prevaricative or toned down, as though we should be ashamed the man is all over us, somehow almost blame ourselves even, says, "woh hamare paas aane ki koshish karte hain..." he tries to come near me. huh! near you? he is groping, aggressive, got engaged to you... but khushi is perhaps brought up to look at this whole thing from the pov of "rishtey", so what if you have a hyena in your bed, it is rishtey after all and di's world will be turned upside down.

i loved nk's response... straight forward and really honestly, valid.

we need this thinking to be upheld instead of constantly showing sick men getting away with it in the name of samaj and rishtey.

disgusting... nk exclaims and almost shouts, "
bas, main aur bardasht nahin kar sakta bilkul nahin... this is too much." i can't bear it any more, this is too much. and damn right he is.

he is the clear eyed, innocent defender of the good... we sorely require men like these.

he is like khushi in many ways, but he has been brought up a) outside india where such things are looked at more objectively and, b) as a man, not a girl. khushi has been taught to be "circumspect". sad, isn't it. when asr asks her why she didn't come clean about shyam, she says all sorts of things about how it was to save his sister, his family... what nonsense our heads are filled with.
we think too rationally, think too much for our family and society.

in my family, this kind of thing has happened. egregious men without conscience who've used the whole women's izzat issue have been tolerated and it has only managed to ruin more lives.

a kiss kiss to my sweet nk.

there was talk of why akash might have been a better partner for khushi.
Who said this bull shit, I'm gonna throttle the person right now. Arnav and Khsuhi are made for each other. bas.

not really. the character is too timid. too hemmed in by all sorts of social niceties, and very much the younger bhai who melds and flows, never stands apart. or out.

when he falls in love he sighs softly. when nk decides to give it a shot, he lands up with a bunch of roses middle of the night, realises later uh huh girl is taken, doesn't fall to pieces, remains straightforward and fun and strong... very khushi like and endearing and nutty and courageous.

nk is my sweet free radical... loving, kind, flirtatious,
goofy, but not tied down within. he speaks his mind.

really, i think we need many nks and asrs in our duniya.

"khushi ji, hum iss ghar mein itne gande aadmi ko kabhi nahin rahne de saktein..." bravo, my babua.

but that cannot be done and khushi sets off to get the voice recording of snake saying the impossibly obscene words. a scene around which plenty effort was put in... but again, i did not connect. acting just not up to the mark. though both sanaya and abhaas tried very hard. perhaps too hard.

Another crappy episode, but NK sure was show stealer.
I just loved your thought about NK. he is a genuine person and I mentioned above that CVS was actually consistent with NK's character.

We need more NK and ASR for this world.
NK for you and ASR for me, deal?😉

Liked some lines what I marked bold
Have some comments too.

Episode 292

It came as a surprise how good the episode was. And it also came as a surprise how sad I felt seeing Shantivan get shrouded in silence with ashanti seeping through.

Our hero was back. For almost three episodes there was high voltage drama. Shyam with his insults and insinuations, Anjali with her delusions, NK with his wide eyed innocence, mamiji with her preconceived notions, Payal after a long time fearless and taking a stand, Akash clueless as usual, nani watchful and mindful of tragedy. There was Khushi looking beautiful and tragic, speaking her mind, fighting to prove herself right, intensely human in these episodes. And there was ASR still in his ragged filthy torn vest and trouser combo that time and again reminds me of a fashion disaster. But he looked completely hot and at home in it, specailly when he slapped Shyam. Twice. Once for each of the women paramount to his existence.

The episode started with ASR grabbing Shyam's collar and dragging him to the front door. Literally, and not just figuratively, throwing him out. For close to three episode the hero who can't stand drama or anything even remotely galat was shown doing nothing. Now perhaps Barun is back to shoot full time or perhaps ASR has put his foot down and refuses to remain silent any longer. He has listened fairly and given everyone a chance to speak. It is time to do what he knows to be right. He denounces the unfaithful husband, declares he trusts Khushi and closes the shuts the on Shyam's face.

Anjali almost withers away in shock and denial while ASR rests his frame on the closed doorway, head bent. It has been a never ending ordeal. One that started much before the three episodes of unendurable silence, also before the days of kidnap. It had started the day a smiling hopeful man, in love for the very first time, had reached the terrace. To tell her wo baat.. because bas karni thi.. and instead he had seen his love in the arms of his sister's husband. The man whose judgement he had respected. And the man whom he trusted enough to let his di marry him.

But ASR is back in this episode. Minimum fuss and the depraved man who has hurt both di and Khushi has been removed from sight.

I cannot explain why the police weren't call. Could be to save di further pain. Could be that ASR wanted to deal with this thing as fast as possible and move on to more fruitful tasks, like making sure di is fine. Could be the story writers needed to leave a loophole to get the villain back if they needed it. Could be that ASR was too impatient to change, maybe finally have a cup of coffee and rest, to waste breath on a depraved Shyam.

On a serious note. I love how straightforward ASR is. "Di I am sorry, janta hun aapko bahut takleef ho rahi hai, but I trust khuhsi". His watchful intelligent eyes focus right towards his di. The one most affected by this revelation. I sometimes forget how young he is. How calmly he states he believes the veracity in Khushi. All those tears and accusations all around and here comes the firm statement. He know Khushi is speaking the truth. And I am very happy he does not explain more. It might have made it easier for others in the house to negate Shyam's allegations against Khushi if ASr divulged more details or laid forth more connections. However, even elaborating on Khushi's behaviour means there is a possibility that she has to be proven right. It appeals to me more that he takes it as a fact, no proof needed and no explanations given to prove it.

Di sways to fall. Not surprising that her chote is the first to react. Agile, alive as he sprints to her and catches her on time. A few days later as she will roll down steps he will sadly be too late. In tears the family crowds around an unconscious Anjali.

She opens her eyes and moves to sit up. And thus begin the scenes that move me to tears on every watch. Her hand stops her chote from providing her support. He understands and in this moment whom does his eyes turn to? Khushi. She is right there for him. Has noticed the way di distanced herself from him. Anjali looks completely in shock. Hurting acutely. In fact so much that she is almost in trauma. But even now my eyes are on ASR. How does Barun make me experience a wretched helplessness in ASR's silence and in his haunted tormented eye?

This is completely my point of view. But there are times when shielding someone from the truth is more detrimental than being a little strict and letting him face it. Mami, Akash even nani want to protect Anjali. In fact they all have forgotten that Arnav Singh Raizada has just returned freeing himself from his kidnappers, so wrapped up are they in the daughter of the house. But her much younger brother knows it is best to talk about what happened. She deserves to know and however tough it maybe, he will explain.

When nani asks for details, with disarming earnestness and respect ASR agrees... "jee nani". He will bear the brunt of the showdown and his decision. And though he looks dead tired, he will continue to fulfill each one of his responsibilities. But first he needs to talk to di.. "Please".. That "please" had me sobbing.

Everyone leaves, but a forlorn and extremely worried Khushi hesitates. I do empathize with her. Her biggest fear was what would happen to Arnavji and more importantly Anjali after knowing the man Anjali kept on a pedestal and worshiped was in reality the complete opposite.. twisted and depraved. That was the fear that had stopped Khushi of speaking of it when she had come to expose Shyam after she found his identity. Wish she had spoken of it then. Now not only is she instrumental in barring him from Shantivan, but before that happened he has also managed to deeply poison everyone against Khushi. Khushi, who needs everyone to be happy around her and with her, must feel awful to be the bone of contention.

ASR and Khushi steal my heart again. His gentle gesture for her to leave. He is aware of everyone's state and is taking utmost care. And with khushi there is a sense of right, his wife. They have just returned from that cliff after all! All other relations have some amount of formality, but with khushi he can be himself completely and unguardedly. She understands and leaves. I whimper some more.

Very nice dialogues in the scene that follow. He could not hide the truth any longer. And he told the truth, however painful, for the sake of his di and her unborn child. It must be one of the hardest acts, to know whatever you do, the one you love has to suffer nonetheless. The attention to detail. "isliye"..pause.."Shyam ko ghar se nikalne". No longer jeejaji, he is Shyam. His hesitation in changing the way he addressed Shyam shouts of all that the man has meant to not only di, but also ASR. A stellar performance as always by Barun. Though am crying at how the brother's heart will break I am still thrilled that our hero is back.

But Anjali is ASR's support too. In the earlier episodes when he missed ma he had rest his head on her lap. And today he does the same. He has not been able to protect her. Even his trust is broken. He knows both need each other. Beautiful scene of him lying on her lap and Khushi crying against the wall.

She has gone through hell herself and now seeing Arnavji broken, his di lifeless, the poor girls breaks down. As she continues her vigil outside the room, where the brother sister are, I am reminded of the very first time she witnessed this bond. The mandir where she had watched from far, surprised that the rakshas could care do deeply about his di. Three young individuals unaware of what travails life had in store for them in the days to come.

Anjali is shown remembering a man who was always good to her. Who must have married her when she might not have thought such happiness was even possible. Who had married her despite her limping foot, despite the fact that her marriage had broken earlier. In fact, as Sohara had pointed out, perhaps despite the fact that she is older to him. Anjali remembers her husband from the past 3 years (it it 3 years?) Who calls her rani sahiba and treats her like a princess. Makes her feel loved and special. The man she is about to have a child with.

Tough times make us discover startling insights about ourselves and the people around us. Always warring mother-in-law and daughter-in-law hold onto each other. The crass Manorma, who never misses an opportunity to jest about her strict sasuma, weeps into this mother like figure's lap. And her sasuma, who never had one good word for her bahuriya, lovingly pats her head in consolation.

Aakash, nani, mami all have shared a bond with the damadji of the house. And what strikes me in the flashback is how different Shyam looked. Thin. And less filmy. He was a believable weak character.

Troubled times also let us identify the true mettle in one's character. They tried hard to cover up Payal's strength under heavy jewellery, open hair and silk sarees, but today she has broken free in her sister's defense. She will also remain loving. NK has remained loyal and unshakable. Also very sensible throughout. Khushi and Arnav's love has forged a deep bond of trust that can withstand anything. Nani will understand, mami won't. Aakash has reasons to feel hurt. Still his reaction will be quite weak. We are what we truly are, when we are tested.

Usually I don't understand much of symbolism, but NK views the aftermath of the war. Krishna stands before me surveying the destruction evil left behind in its wake.

Destruction it is... Anjali slips her hand from her chotes grasp.. Chote who is no longer chote.. Circumstances has forced her to choose between her chote and her shyamji. One is safe and sound in front of her. And the other has been forbidden from her life. She has loved her Shyamji. And life has damaged her too. She might have been sunny and cheerful, but she was brittle inside. Remember the tears when he almost did not show up for teej? Today she chooses denial. And her anger and unease come out on the person who is the closest to her, even though she has forgotten that in this moment. Chote has become Arnav. And I notice her limp is even more pronounced.

He pleads. ASR is utterly helpless, and pleads. I cry some more. His voice... Vulnerable, a hint of panic, helplessness, was there a 14 year old here as well? His di is hurting and this once there is nothing that he can do to make it better.

Another telling gesture. Nani moves to console a crying Khushi, mami stops her. Akash starts to walk away from Payal. In a way he does have a right to be angry at Payal, still I feel bad for her. NK watches all, knows whose right, perhaps feels equally helpless. And after too long two sisters are there for each other.

Anjali has decided to live in denial because that is the only way she will survive. She does not have the strength yet to face life without her Shyamji. And given the shock who would think clear headed? So she does not reason that if she thinks Shyam is right that means ASR is gravely wrong. Is that possible? Would ASR play with his di's happiness? If only the haze of pain receded enough for her to see how much in pain her chote was too. But the writers have decided Anjali is to remain deluded, so there is no chance for her to slowly come to terms with the fact that Shyam was just not what everyone thought he was. Sadly there is no question of Anjali to connect dots, recollect discrepancies in Shyam's behaviour and loopholes in his stories.

A tender moments unfolds as husband wife are back in their room. He has finally changed. It feels good to see him in his sweatshirt. Khushi has also washed away the dirt and grime from the day, but the pain of the hurtling insults remains. Only the insults can't hurt, because Arnavji drove it away, and not before declaring, she is as important as di. Her respect means everything. That after everything he is safe, right here and he trusts her. Without proof, simply, steadfast, he believes her.

I wonder who thought of sending the cup of coffee? Was it HP's way of welcoming the man sorely missed? His way of taking a side. My thoughts are running to strange places, since each action, each frame seems significant today.

How is this man this flawless? how is his perfomance so stellar that it does not even seem possible? How is the music so soft and uplifting? How do the same makers who wrote the past two episodes know this is how the moment should play out. In a hushed gentle silence...

He is lost is thought, a dejected look on his face. And dark grieving irises that are shimmering with tears. A stance that speaks of how much he has lost in the few hours he has returned back home. Her hands shiver with nerves. Her eyes are downcast. He stood up for her. He is hurting badly because of his di. And Khushi considers herself the cause of all the discord and distress. She is almost hunched over, a wish to disappear, eyes brimming with unshed tears. Not sure how to approach him. Not sure if he even wants her near. Desperate to be near him.

When has ASR disappointed in moments like these? He is grandson, brother, head of the house. He has performed all his duties. But he is also a husband today. Infinitely tender towards his wife. The girl who saved him. The girl he almost lost to death and fought hard to bring back for himself. The girl he has misjudged and punished for no fault of hers. The girl whom he left to fight alone against evil while he stood silent and watched.

He needs her as much as she needs him. The symphony rises in as his hand reached out to stop her from leaving him. Never again... And she comes willing into his arms. Drawing him as close as possible. Flowing into each other, their bodies melding. She weeps in relief, in guilt for causing a problem, in empathy. His hand lovingly stokes her hair. A protective gesture. He will not let any harm come to her. He is strong for her sake, and her presence infuses strength in him too.

Their love has a positive reinforcement I feel sometimes that makes both strive to be better, happier and complete. in fact there is no need to strive. it just happens from the power of their love.

She looks fragile in his arms as he picked her up and cradled her in his arms. Lays her down, tucks her in and turns to leave to fight the darkness threatening to envelope his family. But, now her hand stops him. She still needs him. Don't go... plead her eyes. Specially not when I have just found you.. and when you are hurting and breaking inside.. Again I feel this gives him strength to bear the misery. A glimmer of a smile as he sits next to her. There are no words that can be said tonight. But his hand will lovingly cup her face, and she will snuggle into it sobbing and drift asleep.

I watch and cry a little hysterically. There is a moment he gazes at her, his head angled as he pushed away some strands of her hair off her face. I see love. And it is indescribable in it's absolute beauty.
