'I want to settle my self properly... not having one leg here in the boutique and another leg in US'

DB got furious..yet concerned..

'..I hope you have reasons..I want to know them'

'DadiBua! I will ask..Nidhi! come let us go and see the bride' ...

Anji took Nidhi to the balcony over seeing the dias where marriage was taking place.

'Nidhi! but you liked him!! now what?..why?'

'Yes...but.. I dont know him..... and I need to establish. I need to talk to him..how do I do that..'

'Ask dadibua that you will stay here'

'What Ashutosh's family will think? we dont know them..'

Both of them looked down. Shyama and Mallika were sitting next to each other and laughing at something.. Shyama was arranging a gajara in Mallika's hair. Anji thought DB would get furious on Shyama too for her new found fondness..but DB seemed unconcerned and pre-occupied..

'Anji, what should I do? '

'whatever you do .. do it fast...otherwise, it seems my mom is in a hurry to make Mallika a bride'

'She may be a bride.. but I hope Ashutosh is not that groom..'.. Nidhi continued..
' He seemed so much cooperative and adjusting... We have literally invaded their entire house and occupied his room.. but they are willingly helping us...'

'So are their neighbors... dont forget that..' .. Anji's eyes are still on Mallika...

'He must have already formed an opinion on me.. as Queen Elizabeth-ki-poti... with this demanding DB...' .. Nidhi is perplexed..

Suddenly, Shyama-Mallika duo erupted into another peal of laughter.

'Do you think my mom is finding strategies of the enemy by being friendly?..'

'He was so caring... he waited patiently for one hour for us and took us to the parlour even.. and today the tea shop was...'.. Nidhi's voice become dreamy.

'Nidhi! if Mallika is like a close family member and helping them in everything.. do you think already they are engaged?'.. clearly Anji wanted to fathom this Mathurs-Mallika relationship.

'Should I ask for his number... but it shouldnt be too obvious and...?'

'Do you think Mallika knows his number? I think now my mom can ask Mallika ..'

'Why would she give that to us? and what if she asks.. why we wanted his?'

'tell her.. you want to approach Armaan for designing outfits ...lets go to her now..'

'Hello Mallika...'

'Hello Nidhi, Anji..'

After a little chat,

Mallika: Nidhi! If you want Armaan's number, you should ask Ashutosh.

Nidhi jumped at once..'Do you have Ashutosh's number? '

'why would I need Ashutosh's number? I just go to their place whenever I want.. it is my second house..'...

Nidhi was almost unconscious...Shyama had to pull out her gajara and made Nidhi sniff at Jasmines...

In a contrast to Ashutosh - Armaan's approach to the problem, Nidhi and Anji focussed more on the immediate hurdle, and tackling it... Girls gave more importance to dividing the problem into smaller tasks and attacking one by one... . where as boys looked at the task of "Asking Nidhi " as a single unit and were busy in finding approaches to attack it...they are looking at it from a broader view... Let us see, whose approach work out well ..

'Armaan, she did not talk much'

'Did you expect that girl will come and sit on your lap?'

'No..no.. but she didnt even give her number..does that not mean...?'.. Ashu was afraid to say anything more..

'She might have worried losing her clientele...'.. Armaan seemed teasing...

'She is worried for what?'

'Ashu, you are the only customer to her... Agar tum ghar ka aadmi hogaya toh, muft mein kapde dena padega'

'She seemed tensed but was OK when we spoke something other than about each other..'

'May be tea seemed a more interesting topic than you...'

'We have studied so much.. but why never a university bothered to include a subject on "Girls and the meaning of ther actions".. then we dont have to decipher everything and feel useless...May be we must take Mallika's help... Duh'

'Ashu, you are approaching a wrong coaching center to study the subject...'

'Mom, our guests are not coming for lunch?'

'No.. they will have at the marriage party..'

BB: We have set up our south indian snack stall at that marriage. Mallika is over seeing those arrangements.

'Mallika seems very helpful...' Armaan observed...

'Ashutosh! what do you say about Nidhi?'

'mom... I am placed at US.. and her plans are here... I need to talk to her... you know that'

'Ashu, better you do that today... we can atleast tell them that we are interested'

Later, Ashutosh and Armaan thought of spending on checking on the net on 'Ways to propose' .. but the chettinad style chicken curry in the lunch took over them.. and Ashu drifted into the blissful oblivion comprising sweet dreams ... in which he sang... "Kyon hawa.. aaj yun gaa rahi hai"... with Nidhi...

Later, in the evening, Vermas and Solankis returned from the wedding...

'Thank you Mathur saab and Nindini ji... for all your help.. but we must start for Kanpur back now'

'Oh.. you havent tasted our moru-kolambu with kadi patta yet.. please stay for two more days'

'we cant ..we must go...'

Col.Verma's phone rang... call from Rohans...

'Good news Mathur saab... Rohans want to come and talk to us again'

'Great.. then stay.. we will celebrate with raw banana chips..'

Anji- Nidhi have a diff approach to solving problems compared to Ashu-Armaan..understandable...girls are always smarter..aren't they?

How will Ashni ke pyaar ki gaadi come on track...Nahi aati hai toh bhi chalega..Mallu Ashu ko paar lagayegi😉

Ashu decide to check on internet for 'ways to propose'😆

After eating chettinad chicken Ashu dreaming of a song with Nidhi in his sleep.😆(my favourite song)

Now Rohan wants to marry Nidhi ...but Nidhi already rejected Rohan isn't it?

Eager to know what happens next.
