episode 278
First I have to say, what a superb edit!he said it simply, as though he spoke to someone right beside him, or someone right within him. there was no melodrama, nothing unusual in the way he asked, "khushi, sun sakti ho mujhe?"
and you didn't wonder at all when she raised her head in response, obviously she had heard. exactly as you knew she would, exactly as he knew she would. she perhaps wondered for a second if she'd heard right... almost as if understanding that he asked, "can you hear me?" but it was rhetorical in nature. of course, she could hear him.
i have a feeling this poised, completely calm and undramatised layout of the sequence made this conversation which was anything but usual, memorable, believable, beautiful and one of the best pieces of acting and writing and direction i have ever seen. telepathy or a real conversation between lovers, from its very beginning that first time i saw it, was extraordinary and like a gift from someone far away. i saw it on 19 june in 2011, a day that means much to me.
arnav singh raizada's voice sounded tired, it had been many days in captivity and he had intensely ached for her... she had come to him in a dream like space, he could feel her touch on him almost, he looked around wildly when he became conscious again of his dark and harsh cell, he called out "khushi!" a note of despair in his voice, troubled.
notes of kyun dard hai itna could be heard, portraying a state of mind... his... hers.
she heard him, sitting by their poolside miles away, she forlorn and lost, missing him, worried sick for him, almost on the verge of offering herself to the devil, just so she can reach him, in that state she stood where many things had happened between them and sent him her feelings of love... and then he called.
how could she not hear and go frantic. was he calling her? did he need her? then seeing she was alone here still, and knowing that the reality was what it was, she sat by the water and laid her head back, closing her eyes, thinking of him, her pain close to her breath.
when he knew she was not there, for she could not be, he put his head down on his folded arms. was he despondent? defeated?
and then in a clear reflection of that very first time they had met, she closed her eyes, even as he raised his head and opened his. a gust of wind rose and began to wrap two worlds together.
he looked around as if sensing something, maybe by now he knew when they were in sync, that pata chal jata hai thing. then with complete faith, believing this is possible, the one who always searched for rational veracity and validation opted for vishwas and took that essential leap of faith to ask... can you hear me?
the voice had balance and grace in it, there was control. this was not a desperate call, his reason was keenly functioning at the moment. his dimag had not taken leave, it was routing the message of his heart his dil with maximum focus, there was an objective, a target... he meant to reach it.
and she smiled and said in reply... "hamesha!"
always, i can always here you.
had the conversation ended just there itself, it would have filled one with wonder, but they had a proper chat after this, a heart to heart, where two people told each other some things they simply needed to.
he knew where she might be, even in his grim surroundings, thought of her brought the light of stars.
"tum taarey dekh rahi ho na?" you are looking at the stars, aren't you, he asked.
"aapke aur hamare amma babu ji ko dekh rahi hoon," she replied she was looking at their parents.
in her pale yellow anarkali with wide gota border, her hair open, a glossy lipstick on slightly plumped up lips as though she had been crying, her body language fluid and graceful, she looked lovely, even more than usual, as if dressed for her man, waiting in the moonlight just for him.Nice and thoughtful description. She had to look lovely because she just landed from her dream world to the material world. So the affect was still there.
along with remarkable acting there was direction that was sensitive and measured, an deep understanding of the emotion of this moment. in talash, which i saw a few months ago, kareena kapoor portrays the role of a girl who is always amidst us, yet not. she is really the spirit of a girl who is visible only to the male protagonist. this is revealed at the end. yet right through, kareena's performance and the details a director and the cinematographer added managed to create a sort of "separate" space for her within the frame.
here too, i felt, that sense of "otherness" being created, another space. one which not everyone can go to. perhaps that "kahin aur ek jagah" which ranjha had spoken of. they were both shown mainly in profile shots. they spoke sitting by themselves with voices turned slightly inward, a sense of reverie and reminiscence in their tone. she looked lovely, his eyes glittered. their words flowed and it was as if both could not only hear but also see the other. What a poignant observation!
"hamare parents ko..." our parents, he said. the dialogue writers as always gave him asr's words perfectly.
she responded to that... he had never said such a thing before.
he had to confide in her while marveling at the state of things, a faint smile on his face,"tumhe pata hai agar yeh baat mujhe kissine ek sal pahle kahi hoti, toh main usspe vishwas nahin karta..." if someone had said this to him a year back of course he wouldn't have believed it.
she smiled... yeah, she knows that.
"lekin aaj... ab mujhe lagta hai ki yeh baat sach hai..." but now, it seems to him that this is true. a simple direct statement. once asr gets something, he gets it and he sees no need to hide it or fight it or demur in any way. when his heart beat for her and he connected khushi's name to it, he accepted something his sister had gone on about and he had merrily pooh poohed.
now this about the stars. like truly strong people he is not essentially rigid though it may seem like that.
now this being a normal chat, khushi had to tell her husband, hey this is not about true and false, i told you this was about belief, "humne aapse tab bhi kaha tha na baat sach ya jhoot ki nahin hai, baat vishwaas ki hai."
she has had to hold onto this vishwas ever since she was a child, and today more than ever she needs this vishwas. how beautifully is this telepathic communication placed. just when she needs it most, he tells her i have belief in your belief... beautiful writing. they could have written anything they liked for this conversation and it would have made us sit up. but this is about somewhere khushi and asr coming together in a bond of vishwas. You nailed it again. The belief thing is really important in that phase.
the kind of bond you need to vanquish evil.
"ek atoot vishwas..." an utter belief, unbreakable, said khushi... felt as though she really needed it now.
you made me believe in this belief, he said, laughing a bit, arnav singh raizada does not believe in such things, they seem most flaky to him... but yet, that first time when he had cried for his mother alone and she had joined him to console him and tell him about her parents becoming stars, even then he had asked, can my mother see me? does she like what she sees.
we all forget when we see this stylish young man how ruthlessly his life has been shaken and turned upside down. inside him a child still wanting the love of a mother, a place of peace and solace. he had needed to have this faith and life sent him a girl who was all about that. What is selfish sister couldn't give him. In this case an elder sister can be a mother figure. Being younger, How ASR could be Anjali's father, Anjali couldn't. But Khushi did.
"tumne mujhe iss vishwas pe vishwas dilwaya..." then with a break in his voice and a smile, his submission to a feeling, a person, "yeh kya kar diya, khushi tumne mere saath..."Awesome voice modulation of Barun.
what is this you did with me, khushi. to allow someone in so much, to accept their importance in your existence, to submit to and embrace that feeling... ah love, what it does to us.
and then one day you are practically in each other... in moments of difficulty and despair, even when you are miles and more apart, all you have to do is quieten all the noise within and without, open your heart and
just talk.
"itni koshish ki, maine itni zyada koshish ki tumse nafrat kar sakoon," how hard he has tried to hate her... she listens intently, heaving, feeling the pain of that nafrat that perhaps she feared was what he would give her...
"par main tumse nafrat kar hi nahin paya, mera khudka dil meri baat hi nahin maanta," but no, he couldn't hate her, his own heart wouldn't listen to him. he sounded almost shocked, imagine not listening to asr.
again in this rare moment we enter the crux of ipk... nafrat, mohabbat. the hate that would keep them apart seems to have been defeated by a love where even distance can't keep them apart.
she confesses, with a pout that too, now easing into this conversation, believing he is just here somewhere, that she had tried hard too, but failed, because her heart too would not yield, "aur humne kitni koshish
ki apse pyaar na karne ke liye. lekin hamare dilne bhi hamari baat nahin maani."
hey... hey... hey hey, the song of love will not stay quiet now.
he smiles... she feels things...
he rests back against the wall, reminiscing how whenever he was near her, he wanted to go away, yet the moment he did, he longed to be with her.
"lekin jaise hi tumse door jaata hoon... hamesha tumhare paas aane ka khayal rahta hai."
she opens her eyes. and now comes his ultimate realisation...
"i don't need anything else, khushi... i don't need anything."
all he needs is her... not even love. just khushi.
i have to just stay quiet and feel the beauty of this one sentence and the way it was said and heard.
so very real is this character. barun made asr say each and every word, not barun sobti the man who has loved a girl for years and is married to her... he seemed to rediscover the feeling of love as asr would experience it.👏
sanaya irani reached right into khushi and found her feelings, touched it with a little bit of sanka and a young girl's vulnerablity and spoke into the night. she was almost 30 at the time, into a long term relationship, certainly no girl of 20 in love for the first time.
the loving wife companion mate consoled her lover who is in difficulty, who yearns for her, who is so far away... a maternal instinct almost to soothe, to make feel better.
"aap paas raho ya door par ho toh hamare saath hi na... yeh dooriyan hamare rishtey ko kamzore nahin bana sakti, kyunki hum ek doosre ko sun sakte hain, mehsoos kar saktey hain," near or far, you are always with me... distance can't weaken our relationship, because we can hear each other, feel each other...
he listened to her words. he smiled, strains of rabba vey floated up.
"ek doosre se baate kar sakte hain... abhi bhi hum baat hi toh kar rahe hain na?" we can talk to each other... that's what we are doing right now, aren't we? she asked, a childlike fey note in her voice, almost wanting him to say, yes, yes we are, this is real... i am here.
you are eith me, and very soon i will bring you back, she said... her face fell a bit, she missed him so much...a little tearful.
"yeh hamara vada hai, arnav ji," this is my promise to you, she averred.
there was a sad loneliness in the air. she put her hand on her heart... a million memories of dhadkane, saansey and dhakdhak went through my thoughts... on this planet, in this existence, their tie is established in the heartbeat, in the purest place in us perhaps, our sanctum sanctorum.very well written.
the heartbeats could be heard, and no though it's all sound effects and that too not the most sophisticated sort, it does not sound corny, it almost reassures.
piano notes came in, familiar, on their way to love.
and she asked him what he had started the whole conversation with, about being able to hear... you knew you were nearing the end of telepathy... nafrat had come, so had vishwas... now it was time for dhadkane.Another sublime thought!
"aap sun sakte hain... hamare dil ki dhdkan..." you can hear my heart beats, can't you? she asked
he listened carefully...there it was... right in him...
a smile and "haan", yes, he said. she looked up.
"hamesha..." a completely asr short crisp sure hamesha. always.5:05 said the counter. five minutes of scaling barriers, touching a place beyond and knowing yes, out there, somewhere, that other plane exists.
can human beings communicate in this manner? there was much noise the next day on the forum about this scene. i have no idea how i'd have reacted if it had not been executed with this smooth glissading tenor. i do believe that when you truly love and your heart is clean and selfless, your touch eternity... or so it feels like. it is a hard to explain feeling, but yes, if you can hear another's heart... you connect to yet another dimension of reality... or surreality if you like.Hmm, I wish if I also get some kind of divine love!
from the beginning ipk has touched on connection and something more than the here and the now. many love stories have done that, question is which ones did so convincingly. and beautifully in its own specific way. so you were touched and you felt its deeper recesses, sensed a universal story there.
have to say, when asr and khushi spoke like that it felt as though that's exactly what really happened.
the rest of the episode saw khushi take the plunge and go even deeper into luring shyam. while i found it creepy to see this whole thing, if i were in khushi's place i'd do anything to save arnav ji too... plus the writers were hugely stuck i think and decided to bring in an element of illicit yearnings and their bearing on things to keep the audience there, perhaps repulsed but yet fascinated. often repulsive things have that ability to make us want to look.
nk as friend and "sakha" urged khushi to think of what's to be done next and not get emotional.
in a weird parallel and perhaps to keep the episode balanced with a bit of humour we had payal fretting about party and bua ji telling her to come over so they can plan the way forward.
and anjali saw khushi standing right by her husband with a spoon of kheer in her hand, about to feed him, gave khushi a cool look too, yet later, none of all this would she recall later...
fifteen minutes passed by, the mind stayed talking and listing to the first five minutes. somewhere in it was hamesha.
Sohara dear this is what happens when our dear larkiya take lessons from mami and shakespeare together.. hahaha..
Episode 278Desperately he longed to be with her... they could not dance together. He was in darkness, all alone, in agony. She was under the moonlight, in equal anguish. So the resourceful man found another way instead.Unfailing, whenever he has called out her name.. "Khushi".. On his lips.. Manages to pierce through a glass screen and touch my heart. Then how can the call not reach the one it seeks? They had once had another conversation under the stars, that laid the foundation of a bond so pure and unbreakable that not only does it continue to thrive even in dark times, but manages to even bring them closer to each other. The stars, as everything else, have long since become an association to that girl he has grown to care about deeply. The very girl whom he loves completely. Who makes him forget himself. The woman who is his wife. He belongs to her for all eternity. Can you hear me.. he doesn't need to ask.. Of course she can.. Hamesha.. He moves his head an inch in acknowledgment.. Almost futile was his question.. Sure she hears.. So he continues to talk to her..How many unending hours must he have spent in the last few days, fixating on the girl far away.. Would she be crying without him? Or was she busy trying to find him? When she lay on their bed did she get any sleep? Had finally her appetite gone now that he was gone.. Perhaps she still made jilebis.. He must wish that's he still made jilebis..His thought was just preoccupied with one girl, and this Khushi. But he does not need to guess.. He knows.. Kyunki bas pata chal jata hai.. She is near the poolside from their room, gazing at the stars... touching that he knows what she is doing, but a slight rebuke from her.. Not stars.. humare amma babuji.. That's who she sees..humare parents.. A lot has changed this past year.. The silent hard exterior has crumpled and the inferno in the interior has slowly become bearable.. The self imposed cynic now thinks this is true .. She has to smile at this.. And bring in a reference of that very first star gazing together.. He has wanted very hard to be and do right.. Sahi.. And she hates wrong.. But, this is not about the hard and cold truth or false.. This is about vishwas.. And he now has started to believe.. in her belief..What has she done to him? And why does it bring the most awestruck content smile on his face..He tried so hard.. So very hard to hate you.. Par kar hi nai paya.. Diwali.. when he wanted you, so he trampled your heart and walked away to another.. He yelled at you.. Tried to ignore you.. But his own heart broke the carefully set boundaries..If you tried to hate me, I tried equally hard not to fall in love with you.. She has to let him know.. Because on a phone call, he has told her he loves her.. She still needs to tell him, in words.. That she loves him too.. Tried as she did to stop herself, but even her heart would not listen..He smiles again.. He has just heard a confession of love from the girl he loves to distraction.. They sit in silence..His voice has started to break a little.. How strange that every time he comes close to her he tried to walk way, and when she was nowhere near, she was all he could think of.. They had fought, she had declared she would return to Lucknow. He was in front of her house, the door resolutely locked.. His eyes had willed her to step out even then.. All those days ago.. Yes it was strange..She is all he needs.. With her he is finally complete.. I don't need anything else.. he says this with startling sincerity.. that she is the world to him..You would think that sankadevi was a scatterbrain.. Sometimes loud.. Sometimes soft hearted.. Endearing, crazy, cute, beautiful.. With him, even angry at times.. But did you remember that she can be refreshing and wise too? She, who had in one party told his di, that marriage is not about just celebrating an anniversary.. It is about 2 people celebrating their life together.. this she believed not because she was told that is what traditions hold.. and this she believed even before she fell in love herself.. this she believed because this is what her heart told..well said, Khushi is childish, but very mature also. That's why Arnav fall in love with her.So she explains to him in a clear soothing soft voice.. Does not matter if you are not in front me..Really, most of the time they have known each other, they have spent in a hide and seek game.. A fleeting moment of certain mehsoos was when they did not lay eyes on each other.. the first time they stood in front of each other, a pair of still black eyes opened in perfect syymphony with another pair of eyes closing in prayer.. Were they ever apart? When she could not see him, his face stood out in an oily newspaper..Definitely physical distance has no power to break then.. Because they can hear each other.. Feel each other.. Ek dusre se baatein kar sakte hain..And when you are within the person you love then how can silvery mellow music not tip toe into your being as you sit talking together.. She vows to him to bring him back soon..It is all the assurance he needs.. And she has said such lovely things to him.. Again that tender smile.. Unshed tears of gratitude rest in his eyes as his heart gets overwhelmed with her love that he breathes in..yes the connection between them was shown clearly.Breath.. Is that what causes the heart to race.. Way back as she stuffed her mouth with samosas the dhak dhak had made its first appearance.. As his wife, she had brought his hand close to her beating heart and asked him.. Aise kyu hota hai?.. Why did her heart beat fast whenever he was close..He had lovingly cupped her face and explained.. Our hearts become one.. humari dhakane ek ho jati hain.. they felt the same enormous, wondrous, magical feeling..So then how can he not hear the rhythm of her heart as she asks.. Aap sun sakte hain? Humare dil ki dhakan.. Her love seeps into his pores, transcends into his being.. For an exquisite second he focuses on the sound.. Her heartbeat..Yes.. he can hear her heart that beats joyously, only for him.. Hamesha..When you say things you really have wanted to share for a very long time, which you feel in extreme earnestness, you get a moment of bliss, some respite.. A thankfulness of letting go and embracing the most poignant of emotion.. Is that why his body jerked slightly backwards as he nodded his head?very insightful thought. They are finally at peace.. Sukoon.. For she has managed to talk to him.. They spoke of their love, which they have never spoken of before.. What a relief it must feel, to be able to finally talk about it.. How close they are tonight..What struck me was how their countenance transformed from torment to peace after. Both had spoken and both had heard. the hearts beat in unison.. It was beautiful. The music was what can only be termed as a melody.. There was nothing unbelievable about it.. I only saw 2 gorgeous people in love.. talking.. And I wished everyone in the world can experience this enchantment of love.. How happy would the world be..And while the rest of the world was as crazy as ever.. I don't really care.. Shyam entered Khushi's room with a candle.. Khushi fed him kheer.. I said.. to hell with everything.. ASR spoke to khushi today.. rabba vey...
Episode-277
Khushi asks help from Shyam. She wants him to accompany her in the lawyer's office, where she is going to sign some property papers. She has to endure Shyam for the time being to rescue Arnav safe and sound.
Shyam tells Anjali that he is going to meet some client. When Anjali comes to close the door, she sees Shyam is going with Khushi. She gets a bit incredulous, why he lied while he is going with Khushi!
After signing the papers in lawyer's office Shyam brings Khushi in a road side tea stall.
Gosh shyam is so cheap that brought Khushi in such cheap place!
Khushi also came as she had to win his trust. The thought of Arnav's rescue, causes her heart immune to all reasons and logic.
Shyam mutters himself that Khushi passed this exam, but she yet didn't tell him about Arnav's phone call.
When Shyam offers Khushi tea, she refutes, rather she wants to go home. Shyam asks her why she is so restless! If she goes home like this, everybody can suspect her. He thinks by taking him to the lawyer's office, she proved that she trusts him and can help her as well.
Khushi feigns to be angry. Shyam still can't trust her, so far he knows her, she can be so vindictive. Khushi pretends that she is frenetic, cause Arnav has ruined her life; so she has to be indignant.
Shyam is still ambiguous, thinking if she is so enraged on Arnav then why she didn't tell him about the phone call yet? Khushi says grimly, what Arnav is getting, is his punishment. She mentions Arnav's kidnapping, but she is perturbed also not to let the family knows about it. She is tensed, who are these kidnappers and what do they want!
Shyam trickily asks her does she suspect anybody.
She doesn't know who are they but one thing she knows if she let the family knows they may harm Arnav and what she doesn't want. Finally she tells him about the phone call, what makes Shyam jovial. She tells him in detail about the phone call, that she wanted to know what Arnav was trying to say, but the phone was cut in the crux of their conversation.
When Shyam looks at her with suspicion she retorts him, why he is looking at her like that, as if she has done something wrong. He is also a bad person, who is beguiling the family.
She gets up and intends to leave. Shyam calls her khushiji, khushiji,
"Mar Gaye Woh Khushi." She dissimulates anger. She continues her shenanigan, she was not like that, sometimes she thinks she is not the same Khushi any more. But Arnav compelled her to be like this.
"This money, property, was meaningless to me. But I have to think about my family and parents. For the sake of them Khushi has to be changed."
Shyam keeps a comforting hand on her shoulder. She seethes in disgust inwardly. inspte of all the maelstrom raging inside her, she tries to be stoic just to enmesh him. his proximity ravages her soul, still she is bearing.
With disgust, she brushes off his hand from her shoulder,
"why I am telling all this to you! Not sympathy, I also can't expect that you can understand."
Shyam thinks she came to know about the truth. May be it's late, but she also came to know that she can trust him. Khushi antagonizes him, he is no less and she hates both of them. Shyam grabs hold of her wrist vehemently to hear her abhorrence.
"After so much happened with you, you are still comparing me with Arnav! Till today, what he has given to you, only loathe!"
Khushi's heart cringes with pain, to hear insinuation of Arnav.
Shyam realizes that he is hurting Khushi, so he leaves her hand and says that till today he only loved her, myriad love. She should consider it for once, for the sake of him. Khushi turns away from him, tries to control her resentment and despise. She looks back with embroilment.
Shyam recollects the first time he met Khushi; she looked just like an angel and he fall in love with her at first sight, completely oblivious of his married status.
pause: At the begining of the show how they delineated Shyam, I never thought that he would turn to be so avaricious! I thought it was just his love for khushi what made him creepy! But like rest of other hindi soaps, they made him regular villain who coveted money, women and all sort of disgusting things.
After Khushi left, Shyam says, she made him wait long, but he is optimistic, at least she thought about him.
Nk comes to khushi's room, he is tensed. He wants to know how far the thing progressed. Khushi tells him that she told Shyam everything. Or moreover he is aware of everything; because he is the master mind of all. Nk wants to know is everything going on according to the plan.
They recollect how they concocted the whole thing.
She intentionally asked money to Anjali in front of Shyam and gave the money to the guy. Later NK paid the guy for helping them.
Khushi remembered while passing Anjali's room, she heard the sound of temple bell and train whistle from the CD what Anjali was listening. She remembered, she heard the same sound while talking with Arnav. And when she asked anjali, she came to know that Shyam gave her the cd. Khushi became sure that this was the same sound what she heard while talking to Arnav. So it is obvious that shyam is behind the kidnapping. But she was dubious also, whether Shyam was trying to misguide them or not! She told NK about her suspicion and the property papers what she signed in lawyer's office .
NK asks Khushi, what if Shyam uses her signature to hurt Arnav! Khushi knows he won't be able to do such thing. Cause the paper what she signed was fake. she already met Arnav's lawyer Roy and he is a different person. But Shyam doesn't know about it. Khushi wants to return Anjali's money as soon as possible. She wants to get the burden of lie from her shoulder. She became pensive again for Arnav. Her heart breaches to think that she couldn't trace Arnav yet, though she talked to him on the phone, but she is very worried for him. she doesn't know for how long she will have to act with that nefarious man!
NK tries to console her that soon Shyam will help them to reach to Arnav. She should not worry much. Their plan sure will work.
In this time of crisis, NK sure came to Khushi's life like an angel, who incessantly gave her courage and supposrt and helped her as much as possible.
Relaxing on a lounge chair, by the poolside, Shyam is exulting his victory.
Is it the same poolside of Arnav's room or another which is also located by Anjali's room!
This anarchy is unbearable. During ASR's absence he is trying to entrench his position in RM.
He thinks that his plan is working well and Khushi is leaning towards him. But she took a long time. He thinks he saw her genuine feelings for him in her eyes, what he has been longing to see. He recalls their convo and khushi's teary eyes. He promises that soon, he will fulfill all of her dreams; he will give her everything, money, comfort and all. Arnav will be out of her life and she will be his closest.
Shyam wants everything of ASR, his money, his property, even his wife!😆
But It disgusted me so much how he envisaged his life with Khushi.😡
By the poolside forlorn Khushi is ebbing in Arnav's thought. her heart wrenches with acute pain and a strong pensive expression lurks in the depths of her eyes. Her mind is whirling in the vortex of incisive thoughts. She is so disturbed and needs some respite to communicate with her parents. By staring at the stars, she reminisces the sweet memories of her beloved arnavji, what remained imprinted in her mind and heart with heart rending, soul searing clarity. Sad rabb vey enters the BG to depict her emotion.
She recollects on the night of diwali, how lovingly he put the anklet around her ankle and how he became so desperate to kiss her.
In the dark warehouse a frazzle out Arnav is sitting on the ground with his back against the wall. He is looking despondent and wretched. In this gloomy air only one person encompasses his thought and it's Khushi. In a flash, his life seemed took a turn towards an unknown destination, left him bewildered and terrified in its wake. his mind begins drifting towards somnolence and seems in glitch of an invisible cocoon. he is suddenly encompassed by a sensation of dj vu. The familiar gust of wind starts to blow and not in person, but she comes in his dream. His body gets taut at the feelings and his spirit leaves his body to a surreal world of love and peace, where he exists with Khushi.
The ambiance of the deserted warehouse changes completely, it is now is embellished with fairy lights which are Khushi's favorites. The air gets rife with fervent passion,
The ethereal beauty, his Khushi appears in front of him, clad in white and blue, rapts him to the world of forbidden fantasy. Fastidious ASR can't accept him in that filthy vest any more. So he also has changed himself to a pristine white shirt, looking irresistibly hot. Her hair is flying in a silken halo and the tiny blue piece on her torso, the flying white dupatta, makes her sexier than ever. There is a bedazzled expression in his eyes. The resplendent beauty illuminates the despondent air of the warehouse. His mesmerized gaze is bringing forth a deluge of warm colors to her cheeks.
The sexy man in white linen and the innocent beauty with silky chestnut hair resembled Romeo and Juliet.
teri meri meri teri
prem kahani hai mushkil.
do lafzon mein yeh bayan na ho paye
ek dooje se hue jooda jab ek dooje ke liye bane
Their song Teri Meri plays. As the song starts, he comes near her and holds her intimately. He touches the bare skin of the intimate parts of her body passionately, makes her heart beat erratic. His own heart also picks up it's rhythm, matching her erratic one. He places his hand on her bare derriere; his hand wraps around her sexy slender waist, He touches her sensitive parts so possessively as if she turned to his wife in true sense. a sensation inhabited, causing their heart to lurch at the sheer enormity of their passion. With so much love, she cups her handsome face in her hand and looks at his eyes with even more passion. Khushi is not a goofy girl any more, Arnav made her a sexy desirable woman.
but she goes away, what makes him woebegone.
Some days back she came to rescue him. they met and he wanted to mark her his own completely. But he had to leave her again. His turbulence also reflects in his dream. But he knows he will come back again, cause, she can't leave her man alone. So she comes back and holds his handsome face with her beautiful hands.. Then again she evanesces.
To have been given hope, to have been shown a glimpse of a dream, only to have it snatched away so soon! So she comes back running towards him. Her supple body slams against his hard back and she encircles him from behind. he turns and holds her in his loving embrace...
tumhe dil jo lagaya toh jahan maine paya
kyun khuda tuney aisa
mujhe khab dikhaya
jab haqiqat mein use todna tha~~~~~
he sings and smiles looking at her eyes.
he pulls her close to him and his soft bosom collides with his hard one. her body stiffens and she glides down her hand from his shoulder and rests it on his chest, where is heart is pounding for her
He looks at his beautiful Khushi with tender love Their faces are so close to each other and their nose touch. a hot molten fire ignites deep inside them. But she goes away again from him, far far away.
He returns from the surreal world to reality and he finds Khushi nowhere. He hollers Khushi...the disconsolate wind whispers to him. Arnav's deep baritone reverberates in the dark room.
By the poolside Khushi also hears his call, so she turns around with eagerness to see him. Rabba ve intensifies. he is nowhere. And in the dark room of the warehouse Arnav buries his head on his folded hands, wishing to be with his Khushi. he can't stop himself from sinking into an abyss of pain.
I tried to see the nuance of the two teri meri sequence. my POV is, in other teri meri they divulged their suppressed love in the form of dance. But this teri meri was not a dance, but a carnal and sublime dream of Arnav, what he wanted to see since he met Khushi. And today after going through a turbulent journey he dared to dream it.
Another point I want to notify, the nuance between Arnav's dream and Khsuhi's dream. I guess I already mentioned it before, that Khushi's dream was innocent and romantic. But Arnav's dream is romantic, but extremely carnal and deep. we can easily measure the depth of his love through his dream. I also noticed that in Khushi's dream she was fully covered, but Arnav imagined Khushi in sexy attire, with barely there clothes. It also shows the sexual attraction of Arnav for Khushi. his touch was intimate and seductive and so as Khsuhi's, the Khushi whom he wanted to see, sexy and bold.
In other teri meri Arnav was a bit controlled to touch her bare skin, but today he doesn't have any hesitation to touch the sensitive parts of her body
My words will be less to describe the passion and sensuality what Barun and Sanaya conveyed in this absolutely sublime teri meri performance.

In di 278 was written on a different plane commensurate with their transcendental love. That is why they are a legend and their story an epic love story. The power of the mind and heart cannot be underestimated just because it is not visible to our known sensory channels.Thank you.
