Director Pradeep Sarkar is on a recce for an ad film. The director, who is overwhelmed with the response to his recently released film Mardaani, quips, "The response to Mardaani is better than the response I received for my first film Parineeta. I have always taken my time to tell a story. Unfortunately, my last two films didn't work at the box office and we wanted to make a real film, one that should not look fake. But the response is very surprising as I am receiving more than 30 calls a day and they are coming straight from the heart." The director also reveals that his next script is almost ready but he will start rolling only next year.
