Khushi takes two lakh rupees from Anjali and give it to a guy. She knows Shyam must've followed her. So to ensnare him in her plan, she rebukes the guy for not getting Arnav's fake signature. Shyam espies everything from a distance.
When Khushi comes back home, Shyam charges her for what she was doing with that guy. When Khushi says it's not of his business, he antagonizes that it matters to him as well, because he overheard her. With a big grin on her face, Khushi tells him to leave her way. With a sardonic smile, Shyam repeats the words what she said to the guy, "this is just half of the money, and I'll give you the rest, when the work will be done".
Khushi dissimulates to be scared. She turns to him and Shyam asks her why she needed that much of money. The guy whom she gave money didn't seem some one from school or he knows that there is no school situated beside buaji's house. Shyam literally berates her to tell him everything, otherwise, he will... Khushi can't let him complete, but recriminates him to threaten her.
What will you do, how dare you threatening me! leave from my way" she says in a repartee.
I'm annoyed at his audacity! How dare is he scolding ASR's wife!
He claims to love her! But his uncivilized demeanor doesn't say so.
Shyam wants to know what is going on in her mind. What does she want to do? Khushi still doesn't want to say anything. But Shyam is tenacious; he will not let her go without hearing her plan.
"I want everything of Arnavji, his money, his property, his house, his business everything, every single bit." she says with abhorrence, with a glint of steel in her eyes.
Shyam is flabbergasted, "why!"
"Why because, I want to ruin him, I want to make him hollow, want to shatter him, he ruined me, my family. He didn't leave no stone unturned to destroy me. Now it's time for him to pay back. I'm tired of withholding all this humiliation inside me. I'm tired of getting punished again and again for what the thing I haven't done. Now it's pay back time. Everything was going nice, according to my plan. But Arnavji got kidnapped at the juncture."
Shyam feigns ignorance, as if he is shocked to hear Arnav's kidnapping news. Khushi continues scathingly,
"I don't know what those kidnappers want, but whatever it is, I have to get back Arnavji, so that my incomplete plan fulfills."
Shyam is flummoxed to hear all this. He takes a little time to digest her real intention. After a while he says,
"I didn't know that you think like that. I only thought that there is only one bad guy of your life is me."
"You both, you deceived me and he never tried to understand me. He threatened me and got me married. He ruined me. But enough. Now I just want one thing and that is revenge. Khushi leaves giving him an angry disdainful reply.
Shyam looks exultant. it looks like the wrong delineation of herself successfully enmeshed Shyam.
Pause: Why there were discussing such controversial matter in the middle of the living room! Anybody could hear them! Shyam, the fiend and Khushi the over smart girl both had enough cognition not to divulge their plan in front of the family. Then why this temerity!
Shyam gives rocky a tight slap. Rocky says, he didn't use his phone, if he wants he can check. Arnav overhears them. He becomes alert. Shyam throws Rocky's phone and it lands right in front of Arnav. The phone breaks, but he assemble it together and fortunately it works.
"Khushi"...the first thought came to his mind is Khushi. Oh man, his thought is preoccupied by Khushi only! He could call Aman or Akash to let them know about his kidnapping. But no he had to call her, cause after hurting her he was not in peace for a single moment. Without begging sorry to her, he even couldn't die I guess. After confessing his love to her ASR became an emotional fool, a lovelorn Majnu.
He calls Khushi.
The familiar gust of wind blows when Khushi receives his call. For a Moment time ceased to exist and excitement and anticipation thrum their vein. Both of them can't utter a single word, because they know their mere words are supremely superfluous, when they feel each other. Khushi's body shudders with pure happiness to hear his voice. An intense protective tenderness rushes through her vein. Arnav's fingers curls around the phone with myriad emotion, tears start to well up in his eyes and his lips quiver. Khushi clutches the phone with both of her hands as if she is holding him. He utters Khushi meekly with so much love. To hear his voice, all her agonies relegate to oblivion. The floodgate opens and Khushi barges at him with fusillade of questions,
"Arnavji, where are you? Where those people kept you? And I came to know who kidnapped you."
" Khushi stop! Stop please." Arnav stops her at the crux of the moment. the pain and regret in his tempestuous caramel pools being answers for her queries. He actually doesn't want her girl to be so tensed.
Arnav stops her and wants to speak first. Cause he thinks, it's important. He pauses for a moment and shuts his eyes to control the deluge of guilty feelings what is gnawing at his heart,
"I'm sorry Khushi, I'm sorry that I hurt you that night. But I didn't have any other option left. I had too. Otherwise those people would've hurt you, what I won't be able to tolerate."
Both become taciturn for a moment. His apology makes her eyes soften with tenderness and the catch in his muffled voice makes tears stream down her cheek, unchecked. Khushi bits her lower lip to stop the barrage of tears that are straining at the reins. Arnav shuts his eyes again, to control his emotions. he thinks he is reprehensible to hurt khushi. Contrition again assails his heart and he doesn't know how to atone his guilt.
"I hurt you and for that I won't be able to forgive me ever."
"No Arnavji, don't say like that" She tries to assuage him with endearing authority, she doesn't want him to atone or to contrite. Not now, not even later, when he begged his ardent apology before the remarriage.
Suddenly she hears some whistling sound of train. Khushi asks him where he is! He doesn't know, he can't see anything, because it's dark and he is in a confined room. He says he hears sounds of train and temple bells every now and then.
Khushi tries to figure out where the place can be. Smart girl! But what happened to astute ASR! It seemed, along with him his brain also got kidnapped. Why he doesn't want to think or ponder? He sure needed more time to shoot MAMR. That's why for some time he sent his brain to vacation.😆
Khushi again tries to say who is behind the kidnapping. But because of the shrill sound of temple bell both can't hear anything. Khushi says him about Shyam that he is behind the kidnapping. She got all the evidence against him. She found his blood stain on his shoes and his passport, boarding pass all are with him. She is sure that Shyam is the kidnapper. Unfortunately Arnav doesn't hear the quintessential part of their convo, because rocky arrives there at the spur of the moment. Arnav goes back to his sitting position. his body gets taut with tension. He hides the phone.
Rocky searches his phone everywhere. After a while he leaves. When Khushi can't hear any sound from the opposite side, she incessantly asks him, is she listening to her! Arnav comes back to the phone again and asks her what she was saying. Khushi also asks him did he hear what she said. But this time the phone has lost the signals. Arnav has to cut the call with despondence.
Khushi assumes that Arnav heard what she said. She prays a supplication that dm should protect him. She will think about the place what he is kept.
"It will be your test. What you said, that you hate Arnav and want to take revenge! So let's see you tell me about this phone conversation or not." Shyam mutters.
So he intentionally threw the phone to Arnav, to make him call Khushi and to test khushi, whether she tells him about the phone call or not. But Shyam's wrong intention and deed always proved beneficial for Arnav and Khushi. Khushi got an important clue by the sound of train and temple bell. And the most important thing is both Arnav and Khushi could express their suppressed love and feelings to each other. They needed it badly to fight with the demon.
Khushi gets a phone call from Arnav's lawyer Roy. He tells her that as Arnav is not in the country, he needs his wife's signature on some paper regarding a property, what he bought before leaving. He gives her the address and tells her to come there right then. Khushi gets ambiguous, why he needs her signature!
It was Shyam's ploy. He was sitting with the lawyer when he called khushi. The lawyer tells Shyam that his work is done.
while Khushi was going to the lawyer office, Nani asks her, where she is going in such haste. She says she got some important work. Anjali tells her to drink tea before she goes out. She asks her whether she gave the money to the girl's school! Mami gets incredulous to hear about the girl's school. Khushi says she is going to meet with trustees of the school.
I didn't understand why khushi lied to the family! Nobody would question or doubt her if she would've told the truth.
Shyam mutters, he wants to see her loyalty now, whether she is going to meet the lawyer or to find Arnav! He will just enjoy the drama.
