Thanks a lot for liking d previous update. I was thinking hard about what to write in this one but when I started, it just went on. Here is the next chapter, part 1. Hope I am making sense!😊

Chapter 11(A)

"As you all know that tomorrow is your dear Anant sir's birthday and you all must be very well aware about that he hates to celebrate it but this year I want to make his birthday special by arranging a surprise birthday party for him here. So, will you guys help me?" Asked Navya with a big smile, waiting for a positive response.

"But ma'am, what if he gets angry?" Asks a worried Om Prakash.

"He won't get angry Om Prakash ji. I know him quite well now, he might looks tough from outside but I have seen his caring side as well" said Navya while she got lost in his thoughts.

The servants smiled seeing this and said that they will definitely help her. Navya gave them instructions about the arrangements to be made. All got busy in their work while she stopped Rosy.

"Rosy aunty, do u know Anant's favorite colour?" Asked Navya.

"Yes dear, it's red." Replied Rosy.

"And does he like traditional outfits or western outfits? "

"Navya beta, Anant loves to see girls in a saree. Once he was going through a fashion magazine and his eyes fell upon those models wearing sarees. He instantly said that girls always look beautiful in a saree." Smiled Rosy understanding her very well behind asking such questions.

"Do you want to give him a surprise?" Asked Rosy.

"Umm yes aunty, I mean..." She blushed.

"Beta, is there anything which you would like to share with me? You are just like a daughter to me." Said Rosy.

Navya's eyes filled with tears as she heard the word daughter and quickly hugged her.

Navya broke the hug and told her about everything how she feels about Anant. How she likes to spend time with him, how his laughter makes her smile, how his sadness makes her sad, how she loves to fight and argue with him, how she starts feeling bad when the thought of going away stuck her mind. After listening to her, Rosy fondly caresses her cheeks and says "Beta, these things clearly indicates only towards one direction and that is love. You are in love with him."

"I am in love?" Asked Navya as she tried to reassure herself.

"Yes my child this is love." Said Rosy.

Navya closes her eyes and all the moments spent with Anant came flashing in her mind. She opened her eyes as she got her answer yes it was indeed love. She hugged Rosy again for making her realize her feelings for Anant but then something struck her mind and she broke the hug with a sad face.

"But does he love me back?" Asked Navya.

"He definitely loves you dear as we all can see his love and concern for you in his eyes."

"Then why he never confesses?"

"He might be scared to accept them."

"Then what should I do?"

"Make him confess his love for you" winked Rosy while Navya got her meaning as she nodded her head with a side smile.

The clock struck 12:00. Anant's phones vibrated as he unlocked it, find the calendar showing "Happy Birthday to me."

He sighed and looked at his left side to see Navya sleeping peacefully. Though he knew that Navya will not wish him as according to him, how can she wish him when she has no idea like it's his birthday but a part of his heart wanted that she might know it and wish him but all gone in vain as she turned the other side. He thought that his phone will now start vibrating within no time with watsapp and text messages, getting wishes from his office staff but it shocked him that his phone didn't vibrated once. He felt really low now. He lied down and slept.

Navya turned back after some time and saw him sleeping with a frown on his forehead. She went closer to his face and touched his forehead slowly. The frowns got vanished within seconds.

"Am sorry Anant that knowing your birthday still, am not wishing you nor your office staff is texting you but it's just a part of a big surprise and for you there will be 2 surprises, firstly this party and secondly my wearing sari for you" She thought as a smile came on her lips. She gave a feather kiss on his forehead whispering "I love you" and lies back on the bed.

Next day, Anant went to the office and everyone greeted him good morning like a normal day which surprised him. He was relieved that finally nobody is bothering him with gifts and bouquets but feeling a bit bad as well.

Aarav entered inside his cabin giving him the file and wishing him good morning but he didn't wish him as well. Now this made him a bit angry as it seems like Aarav also didn't remember his birthday.

"Sir, so shall I fix the meeting of Mr.Singhaniya with you at 2:00 o' clock? Asked Aarav.

Anant was still lost in his thoughts and didn't reply back.

"Sir??"

"Huh yeah do whatever you feel like" Replied Anant angrily and went out of his cabin. Aarav chuckled seeing Anant like this but he was feeling bad as well for playing such a prank on him.

Whole day nobody came with a cake in his office which generally happened every year. He was sitting with crossing arms like a child.

"Whats wrong with everyone here? Forget about the cake, nobody is wishing me a simple "Happy Birthday". Are they all suffering from a memory loss including that idiot Aarav?" Grumbled Anant under his breath. "Hey wait! Did I say idiot? It seems like am also becoming like Navya that's why sitting here and talking to myself. Great! My heart has already been captured by her and now I am also talking like her. Pagal ladki has really affected me badly" He couldn't help but smiled to himself.

It was 7:00 O' clock in the evening. Anant entered inside his house to find it all dark.

"Om Prakash, Ramu kaka. Anybody there?" Asked Anant trying to find a way out in the dark.

Suddenly the lights on and everyone shouted with "Surprise, Happy Birthday Anant sir" The balloon busted upon Anant as glittering fell upon him. He smiled seeing his whole office staff gathered in his house. Everyone came to him by presenting him bouquets and gifts. He thanked everyone there.

"Happy Birthday Sir. May you live long" Said Aarav with a smile as he presented him a gift. Anant thanked him by hugging him.

"Thanks everyone for giving me such a lovely surprise. Enjoy the party." Said Anant while everyone cheered.

Everyone got busy in having a conversation and eating snacks while Anant was having a conversation with Aarav and a few employees. But his eyes were searching for that special person whom he knew very well has organized the party.

Just then he chocked the drink which he was having seeing the sight infront of him. It was Navya coming down from the stairs gracefully. She was draped in a red colored shiffon sari with golden border. Her hairs were curled up from the bottom and she was wearing red colored earings and golden bangels. She was looking absolutely stunning. Anant couldn't take off his eyes from her.

Navya came infront of him while Rosy gave thumbs up to her.

"Happy Birthday Anant" She said with a blushy smile.

Anant was lost in her beauty and didn't say a word.

"Sir." Aarav shook Anant a bit to bring him back from his dreamy world.

"Th.. thanks." He stammered "You are looking beautiful Navya"

She smiled in return to the compliment and lowered her eyes. She gave him a guitar as a present which Anant took with a grin.

Soon a 3-floors cake came. Anant blew the candles and cut the cake. He fed Navya the first followed by Aarav and some other employees. Navya fed him too while she whispered in his ear "I have heard that you always run away after cutting the cake but this time sochna bhi mat, I won't let you go" She threatened sweetly while he smirked and nodded his head.

The cake was taken back and Aarav came in the center.

"Now its time for some dance. So guys hit the dance floor. It has to be a happening party afterall it's our Anant Sir's birthday." Announced Aarav and soon everyone joined the dance floor.

Navya was talking with some employees just then Anant came there.

"May I have the pleasure dancing with the most beautiful girl of this evening?" Asked Anant as he extended his hand towards Navya for a dance.
