The awkward silence is all around Rammy while they are travelling in the car. The best friends who never hesitated to say anything are not finding words to start their conversation.. Sammy is remembering the way Raghav yelled at him n denied trusting him while Raghav is remembering the moments he shared with Kalpi and Sammy... He remembers how Kalpi helped him in moving in his life.. how she made him believe in God and destiny.. he looks at Sammy and than remembers how Sammy helped him in revenge plan.. How Sammy helped him in realizing his love for Kalpi.. How he always supported him while Kalpi was away and always guided him by pointing his mistakes. Finally he remembers the events of the day and how Sammy blamed Kalpi and the way he yelled at Sammy. He realizes that his behavior was wrong and tries to initiate the conversation..

"Where are we going??"

"To the guest house I stayed at, on the auction day."

"Why??"

"Yesterday someone called me n told me that the network jammers were installed at the guest house on the day of auction n that's why I failed to contact u n stop u on time."

"N u dint tell me about it"

"I dint had any proof or reason to believe the caller so I came yesterday to check it and there were no jammers.. Manager told me that Jammers were installed on instruction of the lady who booked this guest house.. And the lady was none other than Kalpi.. I wanted to tell u about this yesterday only but thought it will hurt u so I told u only about the bribe. But I think it's high time I should tell u the complete truth. I know u won't trust my words.. so I am taking u directly to the place."

Rags keeps mum. He doesn't want to hurt Sammy once again by mistrusting him but wonders why Sammy is hell bent on proving Kalpi wrong.. They finally reaches the guest house..Sammy tells Rags to check his mobile as it will surely be able to catch the network now.. Unwillingly Rags takes out his mobile..

"See... now u trust me naa.. No network jammers over here.. It was all planned so that I can't inform u about fraud auction."

Rags shows his mobile to Sammy who gets shocked on reading "No network available". He tries to convince Rags that yesterday he was able to use his mobile at the same place.. Rags tries to keep himself calm and tells Sammy to return and forget all this. Sammy looks at him in disbelief.. He drags him to the reception.

"See.. He is the same receptionist whom I met yesterday.. Let's ask him."

Rags nods in yes.. still trying to cool down himself for their friendship.. Sammy goes to the receptionist and asks about the network jammers.

"Sir.. they are installed for our personal security... As u know this is private guest house and only available on personal request so our owner wanted it to free from any mobile contact."

"What r u saying... yesterday only u told me that u do it on request of the guest.."

"U r surely mistaken sir.. Why would I say that??"

"Rags believe me... This man is lying.. This is surely some trap of Kalpi.. She is doing all this for breaking our friendship."

"Enough Sammy.. Let's go back from here." Rags replied and drags back Sammy to the car when a 15-16 years old boy comes running after them and handover a envelope to Sammy saying receptionist gave it for u. Sammy opens it and finds bundle of notes there..He goes back to the reception saying Rags to wait there. Due to curiosity Rags followed him and stand at a place where he can hear Sammy's convo with receptionist.

"What the hell is this.. why u send me this money??" Sammy asked in anger.

"Sorry sir.. but I have to return this money as I failed to do ur task.. I promised u that I will remove the network jammers and will take Kalpana Jadhav's name but I realized that it's against my moral ethics. I did not want to insult u in front of ur friend so sent it through a boy in envelope."

Raghav who was listening to them was not able to take it more and roared, "How can u Sammy... I was feeling guilty for not trusting u and u were planning against me but why?? "

"Rags.. I dint.. this man is lying.."

"But why will he lie.."

"Coz Kalpi told him to do so.."

"Enough Sammy... Now I feel it's u who planned this fraud auction against me so that u can destroy me n when Kalpi is helping me in it u trying to remove her from my life"

"What?? N what will I get by doing all this??"

"Pakhi.. I know u loved her.. I have seen her pic in ur room after my marriage but never confronted u. U might have thought to marry Pakhi after our divorce but destiny dint let it happen and now u r trying to destroy me so that u can get Pakhi. "

"Exactly Rags... u r so correct!! I did all this to get Pakhi. Thanks Rags.. Thanks for showing ur mentality. Good bye to u and ur friendship."

Sammy leaves the place and Raghav there only. He dint took the car as it belonged to Rags..Rags who realized what all he said in anger leaves the guest house and sits in the car.. He slams his fist on the steering... Tears rolling down from his eyes. He has understood that he is committed an unpardonable mistake.

Amar who has followed them and heard everything was grinning on the sudden turns of event. He calls Kalpi and says, "Thank God I am not ur enemy else u would have ripped me apart... u r truly vicious. Job done. They have parted their ways." He tells her all what conspired.

Kalpi smirks and ends the call... She dials Prem's number... He doesn't receive... She wonders where he is and calls back again. He receives this time and says, "Sorry Kalpi, there is a bad news..."

"What happened Prem??"

"Sheetal doesn't stay at the address we got from bank... Neighbors told me that she left the place few years ago n now bank people are not giving me her statement details so that I can find out the place from where she did the last transaction.."

"Chill Prem.. We will find out someway for it. I have a good news for u... We succeeded in creating misunderstanding between Rammy."

"Whoa.. how u managed it??"

"It was simple.. I used the same weapon that he used against me- "Money"."

Flashback

Deepak(Mehta's employee) waiting for the Kalpi in the restaurant.. She enters wearing a scarf and big wayfarer glares so that no one can recognize her. She sits in front of Deepak and removes her shades.

"Hello Deepak".

"Hello mam... why u called me here that too so discretely."

"I have a work for u and u can earn a big amount for it.."

"And what it is.."

"U just have to tell Mr. Sammy that I bribed Mr. Mehta for that project and later u should save me in front of Raghav saying I gave money to him for buying his bungalow n save him from auction... u will get decent amount for it."

"N what if I deny doing it and tell everything to Mr. Raghav. I am sure I will get more money from him"

"No issues.. Go ahead. I will tell Mr. Mehta about the tempering in the balance sheet of our project and will hire a new accountant... He won't take time to find out the issue and culprit behind it.. N Mr. Singhania is already in a sinking ship so I dnt think he will be able to save u from drowning.. U r an intelligent man so choice is urs.." Saying so she gets up and tends to leave.

"Mam.." He called her to stop her from leaving.

"I am ready to do as u want".

"Smart guy.. so prepare ur speech and make sure that u succeeds else I will make sure that Mr. Mehta appoints a new Accountant." Saying so she leaves the cafe.

From cafe she reaches the guest house and tells the receptionist to remove the jammers for one or two days and when a man named Sammy comes to meet u than inform him that u installed them on my instructions. And just after he leaves.. install the jammers again. The man nods in yes.

After Sammy left the guest house he called Kalpi saying work done.

"Good job.. u will get two envelopes tomorrow.. one u have to keep for ur good job and give 2nd one to Sammy sir and tell him that u can't do his job as it's again ur moral ethics.. I hope u remembers ur dialogs."

Man replies in yes and assures her that her work will be done. Kalpi ends the call with a vicious smile.

Flashback ends.

Prem praises Kalpi on her plan, when Kalpi informs him about the fight took place between Rammy and how Rags accused Sammy saying he loves Pakhi. Prem gets tensed on hearing this but Kalpi assures him that Sammy is harmless guy and he won't ever eye his friend's wife. Prem smiles a bit and tells Kalpi that he is returning tomorrow. Kalpi bids him bye and informs him that she will meet Neetu tomorrow.
