Part 19

The day after tomorrow zarina reached India...she was so tense after knowing about zara's condition that she didn't wait for her husband to return from his trip... Zara was unconscious mostly whole day due to the effect of medicines she was having...

Just when zarina reached India asad and her took a flight to Delhi to bring her reports, although zara's disease was still a mystery for the Khans but nothing was more important than her condition so they put every topic aside and did all necessary thing which was important for her better health... they were back till evening and handed over the reports to Dr.Adil... Inside he was busy in treating her and outisde zarina was giving a silent treatment to two irritated and tired peoples...

'zarina... At least tell us that what happened?? How she reached here i mean zara is suffering from amnesia..and bhaijan and u hide it from us??' asked dilshaad totally getting irritate from zarina's silence... Whatever they both ask she just reply with a guilty look , they really need to know the reason even when she isn't satisfied in telling them everything in detail 'phopi, bhaijan..abu said..i mean i..abu' 'zarina stop it... We are tired now from this hesitation of yours... I mean what's the reason that you can't even tell us anything...today she is here in this condition because you all didn't told us anything...since last two nights she is having nightmares may be from her past life, she cries in her dreams..and we can't do anything...' scolded asad 'doctor are trying there best but still she isn't in peace ..' added him

Tears started flowing from zarina's eyes as she just thought about her pain, she sat on the nearer bench and started crying, although dilshaad and asad were angry with her they didn't stopped themselves from consoling her 'zarina plz tell us, what had happened to her?? Was it that worst that thinking about it make u cry?? Han, tell us...i knw i m not your mother but i am like ur mother na..tell me what had happened in her past' 'phopi how would i tell u when i don't even know anything??' said zarina sobbing while the duo frowned 'what do u mean beta?' 'phopi i don't knw that what happened to her? Why she had those nightmares? Why she is facing so much pain' she replied 'zarina we aren't able to understand, why are you not coming to the point? asked asad angrily 'the point is that i don't know anything about her because she is not my zara api' screamed zarina on top of her lungs, shocking both

'shshhh it's hospital ' reminded a nurse passing from there bringing the two out from shocking conditions 'what do u mean?' asked asad in mere whisper 'bhaijan i didn't said anything confusing, u heard me right that she is not my zara api... It's been 15 months to her death..' said zarina wiping away her tears 'zarina beta it's not a t.v show that we will believe on whatever u will tell us..' 'u have to phopi because it's the truth only..' 'u can't make us fool zarina ...if ur zara api is no more than why no one from ur relative and we too know about it...?? And who is she ' 'because we didn't told anyone anything... Zara api left me and abu for a person who didn't loved her...abu and me were so much hurt but she was so blind after that person that she didn't thought about us, she left abu, she left me, she left India...' 'zarina please tell us in detail.. U are making us more and more confuse '

'phopi zara api was just like her so caring and so loving until she went to a trip with her friends,we don't know what happened to her there but whatever it was, someone says she got traped by few boys of other colleges someone say she loved that life, someone says something else but it took my api away from me...she turned rude and started getting angry on everything, she never looked after her in fact she started spending most of the nights outside chilling with friends like going to parties and much more..abu and me were tense about how to fix all this but she gave us another shock by leaving us 18 months back with just leaving a letter behind stating that she loves someone and he is a non Muslim so abu won't accept him and she can't live without him so she is going far away from us...' tears kept falling from zarina's eyes as she remembered those days... She sobbed a little and then continued 'abu talked to each and every friend of her and came to know that that boy never loved her in fact he played with her feelings as he wanted to win a challenge from his friend to make her fall for him... He was from london he came India for a research for one month and while all this time he did this to my api... Api thought he loved her and when she told him about her feelings he said they can't be together because they belongs to different religion... he thought api will let this go thinking about abu but she left us for him and went to London in search of him...'

'what happened then????' asked dilshaad 'then..abu tried to contact her but all in vain and then three months later we got a call from some random hospital of London that they had found a dead body from some isolated place and through her belongings it looks like that she knows us...we..we were so shocked to react..' she was silent remembering that day when she found her api in that worst condition...'we didn't knew what to do, ou...our heart didn't let us believe all this and when me and abu were so Broken unable to take any further step my razzak chacha helped us, he booked our tickets and managed everything..and to our horror it was our zara api only... We burried her there only with a heavy heart as we knew we won't even get a chance to come to her grave again...abu asked the police to inquire about how she died, he tried all possible ways to know but at the end they closed there search stating she did suicide...and we returned India with our defeat and then on our way back we witnessed an accident of two taxis...she was one of the passenger , abu and razzak chacha took both the drivers and her to hospital, drivers were lucky as they had wore there seat belt but she was hurted badly.. When she got consciousness after her treatment she didn't remembered herself...she forgot her identity..doctor said she is suffering from amnesia her brain was effected the most in this accident..and there were 90-95% chances that she won't ger her memory back..'

'abu kept lost in some random thoughts about her and a week later when doctor called us to say that we have to take her with us as she is discharged abu did what he felt..he made her believe that she is zara ali, his daughter and my sister..she may had doubted us but again how would she do that when she don't even remember her past , we brought her home and took complete care of her...we filled her up with all the memories of zara api and the time we spend together, sometime she asked why there is no pictures of there with them we said few months ago our house caught fire and every past memories of us burned with it..she believed, she asked do she had friends we said she studied in a boarding school after 5th standard as abu wanted her to get best results..she believed us..we told her everything about u all and others..how ami died and how u supported us...it took us few weeks but we made her what we wanted ..but one thing didn't let her leave her past completely..these nightmares, in start doctors said it would happen to her for few time but look now an year passed but she still have those nightmares..i had saw her crying in sleeps...only Allah knows from what she had gone through, may be her biggest dream had broken badly which make her this much hurt..'

'She may had suffered a lot in her past, i still pray to Allah to return her memory to her so that she can live her life and get the happiness she deserve...'

Finished zarina and looked up to see both of them..first she looked at dilshaad, the look on dilshaad's face was something we can't explain..looks like she was still trying to digest the whole trurh , there were tears in her eyes..she felt bad for her but there was something else to which zarina can't understand as she was unaware with there past and then she look in front of her only to meet a shocked but hopeful asad...

Asad took few steps backward while whatever zarina told was playing in his mind especially the sentence that she is not her sister...then who she was? Was he thinking right? Is there any hope of her being his zoya? ..he stopped as he reached at the room of her, he looked at her through the glass, she was lying there peacefully may be because the medicines were doing it's work perfectly, he placed his hand on the glass and caressed it, his eyes held a lot of emotions, shock,hope,happiness but more than anything it was love..tears rolled down his cheeks as he smiled a little and than he said what he wanted to say from the day he met her, from the day he knew that there is someone who looks like her, there is someone who had once again changed his life, who is effected him similiar as her's ... 'zoya' he whispered

She lied there peacefully when her heart came in contact with something, it started beating fast and when her heart heard the heartbeat of his, it relaxed..'zoya' his heart beat and her heart got it..making herself feel it..she heard that mere whisper and then it happen..once again

'ap kuch galat nahe hoga zoya' she remembered him saying and then she found him with someone else lying together, although everything, every face was blur but the emotions she felt were something clearly her's, first happiness and then she broke seeing them together, her heart skipped a beat as she clutched the sheet of bed, she shook her head denying to accept what she saw and then her eyes shot opened and she stood up with a jerk 'Mr.Khan' she yelled
