In 5th chapter loved the last part as it was so funny.. 😆 was literally laughing at Navya 😆😆 & at the same time was feeling bad for Anant too.. 😳 On the whole it was mindblowing dear..! Will be waiting 4 the next.. 😳

Chapter 6

"An..anant, I can..I can explain" stammered Navya as she kept the guitar on the bed and jumped down. She quickly turned off the music and stood before him.

"What will you explain, huh?" roared Anant in anger as he started moving forward making Navya to step backwards.

Soon Navya hit the wall while Anant kept both his hands around her so there was no escape for her. His eyes were red in anger which was making her afraid to the core.

"An..Anant I didn't do it intentionally means I..I.. wanted to do it but..It was not by purpose yet I..I..was actually trying.."

Navya was blabbering as Anant was coming closer to her. He was going to shout again on her but stopped as he saw her eyes closed in fear while tears trickling down.

"I am sorry" said Navya.

It melted his anger in a second. He felt like he is getting too harsh on this innocent soul though what she did was not acceptable yet he knows some way that she wanted to piss him off and trouble him that's why she did all this.

He took a deep breath to calm himself.

"Navya" he said in a whisper while she was still muttering with her eyes closed.

"Navya relax its okay"

"No..no am so bad..I broke your guitar..I messed up your room..I am really sorry..I am.." She continued to speak in her trembling voice.

"Navya, calm down" said Anant as he held her shoulders but she continued to blabber. He quickly slammed his lips with her making her eyes open wide. He didn't know what made him do this but he wanted to shut her mouth as there was no other way left to make her stop speaking. He kissed her deeply but soon he composed himself and broke the kiss.

Navya was taken aback for a moment. She was so shocked by this sudden kiss that she collapsed and fell upon him. He took her in his arms and carried her to her room. He made her lie on the bed.

"Idiot, you stole my first kiss." she muttered in unconscious state.

Anant couldn't help himself but to smile at her innocence. He left the room while going downstairs as he asked the servants to clean up his room.

It was 9:00 o' clock at night.

Navya gained conscious. She sat up on the bed while she recalled what happened a few hours before.

"How dare he kiss me? I can't believe he just kissed me. It's so yucky! And I was thinking that I have made such an intelligent plan but what happened in the end, it just backfires. No, I will not do anything like this in the near future. Who knows if I try to trouble him again, he might do something more than a kiss. God, save me. My dignity is in stake" Thought Navya as she folded her hands in a dramatic way to pray.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door.

"Yes come in" said Navya in a low voice.

A servant enters.

"Ma'am the food is prepared. Sir is asking you to come down to have dinner"

The thought of facing Anant again made her feel butterflies in her stomach. She just don't want to face him after what happened a few moments before.

"Ahh, no I will not come down, serve me food in my room itself" ordered Navya.

"Sure ma'am" said the servant and left.

Navya heaved a sigh of relief.

The servant went down as Anant stopped him on his way.

"So, is she coming down to have dinner?" Asked Anant.

"No sir, ma'am wants to have dinner in her own room" replied the servant.

"Hmm okay" said Anant as the servant left.

The same situation is with Anant as well. He is also not so willing to face her so he didn't mind her having food in her room.

1:00 o' clock at night.

It was raining heavily outside while thunder and lightning have also taken place.

Navya was turning sides in the bed as she is very scared from the loud thundering voices. In her home also she used to sleep with Meeta whenever a thunder broke out. Meeta used to pretend like a caring mother by caressing her forehead and within minutes Navya used to doze off to sleep.

"Enough! I can't sleep like this" said Navya aloud as she sat up on the bed. She turned her head sideways to see the window where it's raining heavily outside.

"May be I should go to his room but what if he gets a wrong signal? Aray but I will explain him the reason also na" Navya was talking with herself "Let's go."

Navya stood up and went out of her room. She was taking small steps deliberately though his room was just next to hers as she is unwilling to go to his room.

She stopped infront of his room and knocked it but she didn't get any reply back.

"May be he has already slept!" thought Navya.

She turned back to leave but stopped by his call.

"Yeah come in" She heard his voice from inside.

Navya turned the knob of the door and entered inside while Anant switched on the lights, yawning away.

"You?" Asked Anant a bit surprised.

"Yeah me, actually I..I am scared of thunder and lightning so I can't sleep alone in my room with those noises. If you don't mind can I sleep here tonight? I mean I will sleep on the sofa. " said Navya while pointing on the sofa beside her.

Anant looked at her and then at the sofa and then back at her.

"No" He denied firmly.

Navya's mouth opened wide finding him so rude.

"You can sleep here." Added Anant as he gestured her casually with his eyes beside him on the bed.

Navya couldn't believe what he said just now.

"Oh my God! He is such a gutter mind. How can he ask me to sleep beside him, chiii. Firstly that kiss and now THIS. I am only the fool to trust him and come here in order to get some help from him but just look at his nasty intentions, shameless" Navya was muttering under her breath.

Anant rolled his eyes as he knows her very well that she comes to any decision very quickly without listening the whole thing.

"Ahem! Ahem!" Coughed Anant to seek her attention "If you are down with your mutterings then shall I say something? I am asking you to sleep on the bed while I'll sleep on the sofa. You will not feel comfortable there so sleep here" said Anant as he got down from the bed, took his pillow and placed in on the couch.

He gave her a final glance before lying down on the sofa while Navya stood there rooted feeling a bit guilty as she misunderstood his intentions.

She went towards the bed and lied down taking the comforter above her.

"Switch off the lights, please!" said Anant while Navya quickly obeyed him.

4:00 o' clock in the morning.

Navya was feeling very thirsty so she sat up to drink some water from the bottle kept beside her. Suddenly her eyes fell upon Anant, he has adjusted himself somehow on the sofa as he is too tall and the sofa is small while he was folding his arms around him as he was feeling a bit cold. Navya felt bad seeing his state. She stood up with a comforter and placed it upon him. She saw his face. A small smile crept on her lips seeing him.

"He looks so innocent while sleeping" thought Navya "But only when he is sleeping."

She shook her head and went back to sleep.
