Thank you Sukriti! I'm glad you liked the flashbacks! 😆 In my stories I generally write such "hot" scenes that SH fans dream about. I've been told that a lot. 😛 Glad that you're enjoying the concept, flow, flashbacks, everything hahaha! <3

But I wonder wat happened which caused the break up btwn the two
I'm guessing parth and vidhushi r somewhat related to the whole thing
But not sure...the flashback scene was so cuteee though
But SanDhir r in a relationship with diff ppl??? 😔
Oh no...anyways update soon

Thank you so much! Yes he has knows and he's guilty and here on the other side Sanyu is so upset as well. All your questions will be answered soon. I am glad that you enjoyed the flashback. On the bright side, even if they are/were in a relationship with different people, life is throwing these two together and forcing them to have a baby, so maybe long lost feelings will come back. 😆

Chapter Four

"Randhir, I accepted everything - you wanted to sleep in different rooms while living under the same roof, I said okay. You slept with me but you still won't sleep with me," Vidhushi said angrily. "You wanted this relationship. You were the one who told me you see your future with me, and now you're saying this?"

Randhir hung his head with shame. Everything that she said was true, and he was not going to deny any of it.

"How could you say that after three years Randhir? We've been together for three years!" she yelled, tears in her eyes.

"I'm sorry," he whispered. "I'm truly sorry Vidhushi. I've hurt enough people already."

"Randhir!" she hissed. "You can't just leave me like this! I spent so much time on you, with you."

Randhir felt his heart drop. He disappointed so many people, he couldn't disappoint someone else.

"Vidhushi it isn't fair on you, I will never be able to keep you happy," he said to her. "You've been nothing but great to me. It isn't your fault."

"You're telling me this now?" she screamed, bringing her hands up to her face and covering it. "How could you do this Randhir? I gave you everything, my mind, my body, my life."

"I'm sorry," he whispered, "I'll pack my stuff and leave."

He felt his heart ache as she broke down in front of him. But he turned his back on her and started to walk away.

"Who is the girl?" she called out after him.

"Sanyukta," he said, deciding that he didn't have it in him to lie to her anymore, not when she had been nothing but loyal to him.

"I knew it," she whispered hoarsely as he disappeared from the room. "It has always been her."

After Sanyukta took off her engagement ring and told Parth that she had to save Shraddha, she disappeared into her room. Ever since she found out that she was pregnant, it was Parth who took care of her, it was Parth who stood by her side and took her in, even when her own parents had disowned her.

Shraddha had grown up without a father in her life, but Parth was the next best thing for her. She got along with him very well, but never called him her dad, like Sanyukta had expected her to. It was a surprise to her when she identified Randhir as her dad immediately, because Shraddha never spoke about her dad. She enjoyed spending time with her mom and Parth uncle too much to even think about the missing father in her life.

Stroking Shraddha's hair gently with one hand, she pulled her covers up to her chin with her other one. Then Sanyukta walked to the window and opened it, feeling the cold night breeze on her face. She took out her phone, her hands trembling, and called Randhir. He picked up on the first ring.

"Sorry for calling so late. I sorted out what I need to," she said softly, her eyes filling up with tears, feeling a huge weight drop on her heart. "Can we go?"

"Of course," Randhir replied, just as softly, just as painfully. "Anytime you want. I'll come and get you, and we can go."

"I don't want to do this," she whispered, as more tears spilled out of her eyes. "I don't want to. But we have to."

She knew he was hurt too. She saw his swollen eyes that morning when she walked into Shraddha's room after the confrontation with the doctor - but she couldn't bring herself to come to terms with it, she couldn't accept his pain as her own, not anymore. Not after all that he did to hurt her. And maybe, somewhere deep down, it was her fault too. Maybe he hurt her because she brought it upon herself.

The memories still hurt. Her relationship with Randhir was like a rose - it was beautiful when you looked at it, but once you got too close, its ugliness showed up and it cut you so hard with its sharpest thorn that you bled, you bled a lot. But you still couldn't help but admire it, admire what it had once meant to you, before it showed you that ugly side... even if you could never look at it the same way again.

"Do you want to leave tomorrow?" he asked softly.

She wiped her eyes with the back of her hand and nodded, before realizing that he couldn't hear a nod through the phone. She was about to say yes, when he spoke again.

"I'll pick you up at noon, is that okay?" he asked.

She felt her lips tremble. Even after all these years, he still understood what she wanted to say - he still heard her heart. But why hadn't he heard it that day he told her she meant nothing to him? Why hadn't he heard it then?

"O - okay," she whispered, feeling her heart ache more than ever.

"Sanyukta," Randhir then said over the phone. She knew he was hesitating to say what he wanted to say. It wasn't only him that could hear her heart, but she heard his too.

"Yes," she said, before he could complete what he wanted to say. "You can meet her. Do you want to come over tomorrow morning?"

"I'd like that," he replied, and she could hear the grief in his voice.

"I'll text you my address," she mumbled. "Good night."

Before he could reply, she hung up the phone and wiped away her tears before leaving her room. She walked to Parth's room and knocked on the door.

He opened it immediately.

"Parth, I need to go out of town tomorrow. Can you look after Shraddha for a few days?" she asked. "I don't trust anyone else with her."

Parth touched her cheek gently and she immediately cringed - she didn't like it when he, or anyone else, touched her. She hadn't been able to think about getting physical with anyone but Randhir, even a hug felt so out of place.

"Of course Sanyukta. Take your time. I'll be here with Shraddha," he said with a smile.

She forced herself to smile back.

"Thank you Parth. Randhir will be here tomorrow morning," she said sadly. "I don't know what he'll say about us."

"Don't worry Sanyukta," Parth said with a small smile. "I won't come out in front of him. I want this to go smoothly for you."

"Whatever you see fit," she said, feeling her eyes well up with tears. "I don't know how long I'll be gone for, but I'll try and come back quickly."

"Don't worry about us," Parth assured her. "We will be fine."

She nodded and left to her room before texting Randhir her address. She wiped away her tears and got ready for bed. In bed, she gently stroked Shraddha's tummy, just like she had been accustomed to ever since Shraddha was a baby. It was the only way Sanyukta fell asleep these days.

She didn't know how she would spend the next few days without her daughter.

Her eyes welled up with tears as a memory played in her mind.

--

"Next week," she murmured sadly, lying on his bare chest. "Randhir, next week we'll be miles away from each other."

They were both only in their undergarments, having just had a passionate make out session, which left them both wanting more.

"I know," he whispered, rubbing her arm lovingly. "That's why I've been sneaking into your room every night."

She squeezed her eyes shut and leaned in closer to him on her bed.

It was the last summer vacation before their placements. Once the school year started again, they would have to depart to their respective cities.

"Randhir, it's so hard to wait until the night before we leave to give myself to you," she told him, a tear falling onto his chest. "I want you to have me right now."

He kissed the top of her head, and she could feel that he was very hurt himself.

"You know I don't mind that Sanyukta," he told her, pulling her closer to him. She threw one of her legs on top of his.

"What will I do without you?" she asked, feeling her eyes fill with tears again. "I don't know how I'll be able to manage."

"Shh you can, I know you can. You'll do very well on your placement, and once the school year is over, we'll meet again and be together. It's just a matter of time. It'll fly by," he said softly.

"I love you," she said, as more tears spilled out of her eyes.

"I'll come and visit you on some weekends, I promise," he told her, and brought one of her hands to his lips, kissing it.

"Randhir, for the last month you've been coming to my room. I'm so used to sleeping with you next to me. How will I manage without you?" she whispered, crying again.

"With time, you'll manage," he told her sincerely.

--

His words, as usual, had been correct. With time, she had managed. Even though her heart longed to be with him, she fell asleep at night, holding a picture of her and Randhir to her chest, and speaking to him on the phone with the speaker on. They still fell asleep together over the phone for the first few months.

Then one day, everything changed.

She closed her eyes as warm tears fell out. Even after all these years, remembering the separation still hurt.

Sanyukta continued to rub Shraddha's tummy until she finally drifted off to sleep.

When the doorbell rang the next morning, her heart started to beat uncontrollably. She cautiously made her way to the door and opened it to face Randhir.

"Hi," he said nervously.

She gave him a formal smile.

"Hi," she replied, opening the door more widely to let him in.

"Daddy?" Shraddha yelled, running towards Randhir.

"Shraddha, be careful!" Sanyukta yelled, terrified that she would fall.

"Is - is she coming with us?" Randhir asked Sanyukta, as he fell to his knees and opened his arms for Shraddha.

Shraddha ran into his arms and hugged him tightly, causing Sanyukta's eyes to well up with tears. She had wanted this to happen for such a long time, but now that everything had changed, she didn't know how to react to it.

"Where are you going with Daddy, Mommy?" Shraddha asked, letting go of Randhir and holding his hand.

"Darling, I have to go out for a few days. Mommy has some important work to do," she told her daughter, falling to her knees in front of Randhir. "You stay with uncle okay?"

"Uncle?" Randhir asked, surprised.

Sanyukta ignored him.

"But I will miss you mommy," Shraddha said, looking sad.

"I will miss you too darling. But we will talk on the phone okay? It's only for a few days," she told her, and softly touched her cheek.

Shraddha nodded.

"Good girl," she said and kissed her on the cheek.

"Daddy, want to paint with me?" she asked Randhir innocently, making Sanyukta's eyes well up with tears again.

"Sure," he said with a small smile.

Sanyukta stood up as Shraddha lead him to her painting desk, before she quietly disappeared into Parth's room.

"Parth," Sanyukta said, tears spilling out of her eyes. "I don't know how I can leave her and go. Make sure she goes to her appointments regularly."

"Sanyukta you know I will," Parth told her with a smile. "You don't worry about anything. Me and Shraddha will be waiting for you when you return."

He wiped her eyes with his thumb as she stood rooted to the ground numbly.

"Thank you," she whispered as the floorboard creaked by the door.

Someone had been listening to their conversation.

I updated this chapter quite fast because it's hard for me to stay away from writing (I enjoy it too much). This and my other fanfiction (Seven Days to Woo Randhir Singh Shekhawat) have been getting frequent updates for the last few days, and I'm anticipating that it'll continue to be like this. I'm going to try and update both of my stories very, very quickly!

I would love to read your thoughts on the chapter!
Thanks for reading!

Amazing yaar
Poor sanyu going through so much at one time
Happy that Parth has been there for her when no1 was
And glad that Randhir broke up with vidhushi cuz a relationship without
love itself has no meaning & isn't worth giving a try
I'm sure Randhir heard Parth & sanyu convo & I'm sure he wont
misunderstand them this tym...I think he learned his lesson

P.s. Love you for updating both ur FF's frequently ❤️
You love writing & I love reading what u write
