Raghav nods in yes while Pakhi listening to this.. He gets a call from the bank n ACP excises himself saying he has to leave for some meeting. Raghav receives the call when Bank managers tells him that they can give max 1 month for them to repay the loan as they have come to know about the land he purchased.. After one month ur home will be auctioned.. So plz repay it as soon as possible.. Raghav fumes in anger and throws his cell on sofa.. Sammy reaches by then He looks at Raghav and tells him that he is aware of the happenings and he is sorry that he failed to inform Raghav on time. Raghav hugs him and tells it's not his mistake but his desperation lead him in such position.. Sammy tells him that the share holders are selling their shares as ur reputation has affected badly by this.. Raghav tell Sammy to let it be.. He will roar back and give a fitting reply to all of them.

Pakhi who was listening to them gets angry.. She tells Raghav to do not worry as she will manage everything. She still has some shares in Kapoor industry and home belongs to her. Rags thanks her but denies taking any help from her.. But she confidently tells him that she is not an outsider but Khushi's mom and she will manage everything for her daughter.. Raghav looks at Khuhsi who is busy in something and nods in yes. Pakhi leaves from there to meet Prem...

Next day

Prem is busy in some while when Pakhi knocks at the door.. She hugs Prem and tell sorry for yelling at him in the auction..

Prem : U r still my little sister and u have all rights on me..

Pakhi : And on this property as well.. Bhai I need my share.. u know Raghav has lost a big amount and I want to help him economically..

Prem : I am sorry Pakhi but u do not have any share in this.. If u remember U have sugned all the property papers including ur shares.. So u do not have any right on them. And I can't give u money for that Raghav.. He is a murderer.. If u want u and Khushi come back to stay with me.. I have no problem.. Even gauri aunty can come but that Raghav... I do not want to see his face..

Pakhi(yells) : Raghav is not a murderer...it was an accident.. N u can't cheat me like this.. I signed all the property coz u needed it but when I need it back u have to give it to me..

Prem : Sorry I can't.. I have signed everything on Khushi's name.. She will get the property on her 18th birthday and till them I am the care taker.. So I can't give u the money..

Pakhi : Fine.. but I still have share in this house.. I would like to sell it..

Prem : Sorry u can't sell it without my permission.. If u want.. u can ask ur lawyer about it.. Now buzz off.. I am still saying u with ur daughter are allowed in this home but That murderer can't enter my home..

With this thoughts in his mind he leaves the place.. Pakhi keeps yelling his name but he doesn't stop. He goes to a garden and sits on a bench.. He remembers Khushi's naming ceremony..

Flashback

Khushi is just 15days old.. prem looks at her pretty face and hold up in his arms.. He looks around to look at Pakhi as Khushi has wet her bed.. but Pakhi is not around.. He tells nanny to change her diaper.. and goes to search Pakhi when his mother comes down from the stairs.. Raghav enters from the door... Neetu yells towards them and tells, "U did all this, How could u.. He was my husband.." She faints without completing her sentence.. Prem catcher her. Raghav rushes towards him but Prem stops him from touching his mother. He looks at Pakhi and yells.. "where were u.. Take mom upstairs.. I am calling doctor..". Pakhi takes Neetu upstairs. Doctor tells everyone to go out and she checks Neetu.. Pakhi is being called inside for some help.

Pakhi comes out tells them that Neetu is under some shock and they have to hospitalize for some tests.. Neetu is being in hospital for 15 days when her health deteriorated. Doctor tells them she has some mental illness due to which she is not able to remember anything.. Only thing she murmers is that "All was a lie.. It was not accident.. how u do this..". Pakhi tells doctor to shift mom to home and they will take her care..Prem agrees. Days were passing by but there was no improvement in Neetu's health.

One day he saw Pakhi slapping Neetu and yells at her but Pakhi cries bitterly and tells him that Neetu was trying to throw Pari from the balcony.. They look at baby's bad condition and Neetu was locked in a room..

Flashback ends..

Prem cries.. He looks at Neetu's pic and says sorry for sending her mental asylum but how could he let her harm herself.. He remembers the day Neetu was sent to asylum..

Flashback

Neetu was standing in her room.. Pakhi goes to give her fruits.. She was talking with her sweetly.. Prem passes by.. he looks at them and smiles seeing her sister taking her mother's care.. He turns around to go but hears Pakhi shouting.."Mom leave it.. u will get hurt.."

He looks at them and sees Neetu trying to cut her wrist and Pakhi struggling to stop it and take knife from her hand.. He rushes to them and throws the knife and hugs her mother.. Pakhi cries bitterly when he takes the decision that he will send mom to asylum. Pakhi tries to stop him.. She says she can't see her mother like this but her doesn't pay attention.. He calls sajeevan hospital and admits their mom there. Pakhi hugs him and cries.. He too sheds few tears but wipes them for Pakhi.. He assures her that mom will be fine and come to them one day but now he himself has lost the hope.

Raghav is still trying to find some solutions to his economical problem.. When Sammy enters the office and tells that "someone bought 60% shares of our company.. I tried to figure out the name but failed.. I guess we will have to call board meeting soon as now u only have 40% shares and that too u may have to sell for repaying the loans." Raghav panics.. He tells Sammy that 40% shares are not enough and he may have to declare himself as bankrupt. But sammy assures him that 40% will be enough and they will try to find some solution..

She remembers the day when she was running away from Raghav's home after seeing them on bed and met with an accident..

Flashback

She opens her eyes in the hospital and sees Prem standing there. She remembers the moment a car hit her and she managed to see the driver.. It was Prem.. She calls out his name "Prem". He holds her hand in concern and tells her not to get up. She is fine.. She just nods in agreement and remembers the incident of the day.. She tells Prem to take her to the chawl as she wants to meet her father and tell her that she is innocent. Prem gives her a confused look when she tells him the whole story that how her father got her pictures with Raghav and a report which says she aborted the child.. The bank statement which proves that Raghav transferred 1 crore to her account and the property papers of the chawl.. How her mother told him that she talked with Raghav and he accepted his mistakes and tells him that he is ready to move on.Than she tells him what she saw at Raghav's house and she was running from there when he hit him Prem hears all this in disgust and tells her that he will take her to the home.

Doctor arrives and tells them that they have to file a police complain as it's accident case. But Kalpi tells him that they have to go somewhere urgently and they will come back when Police will arrive.. Prem leaves his phone number there and tells to call them when Police comes.

They leave for the chawl where Kalpi sees her father burning her items and doing her shraadh.. She falls on the ground.. Prem hold her.. She asks how many hours passes.. Prem tells her that she was unconscious for 26 hours. She panics and tells.. she failed.. Prem takes her back in the car.. She weeps while crying.. Prem gets a call from the hospital.. He tells them that they have to go. Kalpi wipes her tears and says "I want revenge.. I want to destroy Raghav..". Prem stops her and replies, "No u can't.. she is my sister's hubby." Kalpi replies, "U have to help me else u will rot in jail.. I will tell cops that u tried to kill me for saving ur sister's house.". Prem has left with no choice and he agreed to help her.

He hid her athis farm house and made her documents to go out of india.. He lend her some amount to start her own business as KJ industries.. It was Prem's support which made Kalpi what she is today..

Flashback Ends

Prem tells Kalpi to sit but Kalpi again reminds them they are just partners and he is paying for his deeds.. But he tells her that he agreed to help her coz of the fear of going jail without any mistake but now she is with her coz he wants to punish Raghav for what he did to his parents.. Kalpi keeps her hand on his shoulder again, this time he doesn't move it and handover Ragahav's mobile to her. HE asks her how she managed to fool Rags.She remembers the day when She said Raghav to send Sammy with Amar.

Kalpi : This fake auction was held by her. She has purchased this land in 55 lakhs and than organized this auction.. I knew Rags will try to find about the land and hence I sent Sammy away from the city.I told Amar to put network jammers in guest house so that Sammy can't call anyone. Than I told Raghav to send Sammy with amar and that fooled complied.. I told u to steal Raghav's mobile..

Prem : Yes.. I gave money to that bike thief and his little sister.. They stole it on my insistence..

Kalpi : I just let Sammy's informer to know about land just on the time.. As per my plan.. Sammy called him before auction and can't reach Raghav.. Amar suggested him to call me and I instead of going to the venue wasted my time with Pakhi... but thanks to u.. U msged me the right time to enter and I told Pakhi to contact Raghav's driver..

Prem : On ur reply that u r coming back.. I placed the highest bid.. I knew that Raghav won't let me win and hence he placed the higher bid. And DOOM!! Awesome plan Kalpi..

Kalpi : I am still Kalpana for u.. Do not try to be frn with me..

Prem : Whether u agree or not.. We are frnz.. Hatred for Rags has bind us in a relation.
