She grabs a towel and goes to the take the shower.. Her cell rings again...She comes out in her bathrobe to check who it is.. She reads the caller name loudly.. RAGHAV SINGHANIA.. She turns off the sound and receives the call.. Raghav in a worried tone asks about the Sammy as he can't get through him from past 2 days.. She assures him not to worry as she has talked with Amar.. He has called from some landline number as they do not have network in the guest house where they have stayed and they will be back by tonight.. Raghav thanks her for the help and asks her whether she dig out all the information on the land.. She apologizes for not getting the time when he tells her not to bother as he has already told Sammy to do so before leaving.. He was just calling Sammy to know about Land only. She again apologizes sweetly for sending Sammy with Amar without realizing the importance of land for him but he cuts her out saying it's fine and he is sure the land will be ok as his brother in law also seems to be interested in it.. Kalpi asks in a surprised tone.. "U mean Prem Kapoor is going to bid as well." Raghav replies in affirmative and hangs the call saying he needs to get ready as only few hours left for the auction..

Raghav leaves in his car.. He leaves the window open as AC is not working.. He tells driver to drop him and take car for repairing.. Rags get a call.. He takes out his cellphone to receive it. It's a wrong number.. He fumes and keeps the phone on car seat.. The car stops at signal.. A girl comes to sell few flowers.. Rags refuses to buy but she forces him.. He turns around to tell her strictly to not disturb him... Meanwhile a bike stops near the car.. The rider was wearing a black jacket and black helmet.. He looks at Raghav arguing with the girl and takes the opportunity to steal his mobile.. The driver notices it but before he can grab them he rides away.. Driver screams.. "Sir.. He stole ur mobile.. " Rags look at him but till then he fled away. Rags tell driver to avoid as he wants to reach early and he will lodge complaint later.. Rags turn aound to look at the girl but she too has gone.. The signal turns green and they leave the place..

Auction starts.. Prem too arrives at the venue and sit parallel to Raghav.. He give Raghav a scary look and gestures that he is going to win today.. Raghav shows his thumb and smirks. Prem fumes on it.. The auction starts from 2 crores.. Prem tells 10 crores.. Raghav increases it by 2 crores.. Few more people to joins the bid..

Kalpi is in her car.. She gets a call from unknown number.. it's amar.. He tells her that they are calling from the city near guest house and Sammy wants to talk to her as he is not able to connect to Rags.. Kalpi talks to Sammy..

Sammy : Kalpana.. Do u know where Raghav is.. I have called him but his cell is switch off.. just now I called my man, he told me that this auction is a fraud.. The land which they are trying to sell is near sea and in 2 years it will be drawn.. They are just selling it for their profit..

Kalpi panics and informs Sammy that Raghav has already left for the auction.. She doesn't even know the venue.. Sammy gets worried and tells her to contact him anyhow as this deal may destroy Raghav. He has already spent a big money is her project and now if he purchases the land than he may have to sell his everything.. Kalpi assures him that she will do something..

Kalpi tells driver to take the car to Singhania mansion.. She reaches there.. Pakhi welcomes her with the hug but she tells her the issue and tells to call Prem as he is also there in the auction.. Pakhi calls Prem..

The auction has reached till 50 crores.. Now only Prem and Raghav are bidding against each other.. a man whispers.. "What this guys are doing.. This land is not worth 10 crores..". Prem's cell vibrates.. He whispers.. why Pakhi is calling me.. He disconnects the call when Pakhi sends him msg..

Kalpi asks Pakhi about the venue of the auction when she tells she doesn't know.. Kalpi suggests her to call Raghav's driver.. Pakhi calls him and get the address.. They rushes towards the venue which is just 20 minutes away from Pakhi's home.

The auction continues.. Prem reads the msg.. "This auction is a part of fraud.. Do not bid and stop Raghav also..." Prem smirks and bids.. 75 crores.. Rags looks at Prem's face.. The smirk on his face flares his anger.. He remembers his conversation with his legal and financial advisor..

Flashback

Raghav sitting with two man.. One is his legal advisor while other is finance expert.. He asks them about the total sum he can invest.

His financial advisor suggests, "Sir u have already taken money from market for ur previous projects.. Max loan u can take on basis of share is 55 crores.. If u go ahead than u may have to mortgage ur property.. Tha max loan u can get against them is 97 crores... So I would suggest u to bid only till 50 crores.."

Raghav remembers Prem taking sign on Pakhi's property and asks them whether do they know about Kapoors property..

Man replies.. "Sir I can't tell u the exact amount but according to market rumour.. U have already destroyed Kapoors and max he can bid is 80 crores.. that too including Pakhi mam's share"

Flashback Ends

Raghav yells "85 crores"

Pakhi and Kalpi reaches the venue.. They rushes towards the hall when they hears the auctioneer saying.. "85 crores 3 and the land goes to Mr. Singhania.."

Raghav gets happy while Prem laughs on him.. He glares at him in anger when he sees Pakhi and Kalpi approaching him.. He looks at them in tears and wonders when Kalpi tells him about the fraud. Raghav sits on the chair lifelessly.. Kalpi holds his hand and tells him to relax.. We will do something.. Pakhi looks at them angrily and goes to Prem.. all other people have left the room.. Pakhi yells, "Bhaiya, I msged u.. still u dint stop Raghav.. "

Prem : "Just like the way he dint stop the truck from hitting my father.. It's ur husband's fault..Do not yell at me.. I dint saw ur msg till his bid.. And when I did.. it was already late.. So get ur facts correct before screaming.. "

Prem leaves from there.. Pakhi looks at him going and whirls to looks at RagNa.. She gets jealous on seeing RagNA with each other.. She fumes in anger and keeps her hand on the chair.. The nail of the chair pierces her palm and bloods start oozing out but she doesn't feel it.. Kalpi notices the blood on chair and screams.."Pakhi". Pakhi too looks at the wound and hides it.. But Kalpi ties the hanky around her hand.. Rags who was watching them leaves silently.. Pakhi runs behind him leaving Kalpi alone.. Kalpi give a winning smile and calls someone..

"Awesome job.. I would like to meet u now.. See u tomorrow.. Bring Raghav's mobile with u.. I may get something important from that"
