FIVE MONTHS LATER
It was middle of the night and Riddhima was awake due to the back pain... Its been a while and Riddhima didn't feel to wake up Armaan... A month ago, Ananya left saying to inform her if they need her help... She went to settle everything and to come back in another month... Ananya said she would be with Riddhima till her delivery and after that too... Armaan was so glad that his mother wants to be with them and her grandchild...
On the other side, Billy call everyday three times to check on his daughter in law and grandchild...
Its been few days that Riddhima had started to get the pain and she had talk Dr.Kriti about it... She said maybe she was gaining and it put pressure to hold it... Dr.Kriti said she could take sometimes off from work or Riddhima can take half day off if she don't feel good... Riddhima was glad that Dr.Kriti don't ask her to take bed rest because baby was growing healthy all the thanks to her loving husband, parents and friends who always will be by her side to see if she needs anything or any help...
So it was another night that Riddhima was waken up by the pain and she was trying to bear the pain but it was increasing... Riddhima didn't want to wake up Armaan so she moves out from the bed slowly not disturbing Armaan sleep... She moves out from the room to get something to eat to divert her mind from the pain which she was feeling on her back...
'Baby...' Riddhima said caring her little baby belly as she felt movement inside...
She knows because she was walking, it may have woken the baby too as she knows baby would be sleeping while the mother sleep and wake up when mother wakes...
Riddhima slowly make her way downstairs to the kitchen and got near the fridge searching what Armaan had got for her... As she was in no mood to have any sweet things early so without having anything usual ice cream or chocolates like every night, Riddhima got her favorite ice cream tub and move to the counter taking a spoon from the carboard...
Riddhima sit on the counter as it was her habit, whenever she come late night to she always jump on the counter and enjoy her craving...
The moment Riddhima took the first big bite of her favorite ice cream in her mouth, she close her eyes enjoying it melt in her mouth... It was her way of enjoying every bite of her favorite ice that too slowly...
Riddhima forget about her pain as she was so lost enjoying her ice cream... Riddhima didn't know how long she was sitting enjoying her ice cream and when she look down at her ice cream tub, she saw it was empty... She pouted as it was the last tub of ice cream and she wants more of it...
Riddhima heard someone laugh and look towards the door to see Armaan standing resting his body on the door frame... He was shanking his head and Riddhima knew he was laughing seeing Riddhima pouting as her ice cream was empty... Riddhima deep her pout, looking with her big innocent eyes to Armaan who control his laugh and move towards her...
Riddhima kept the empty ice cream tub and Armaan came towards her standing in between her legs... Armaan bend down kissing her pouted lips and Riddhima smile as she touch her forehead against Armaan forehead... Armaan hands were around her waist on back rubbing softly...
Riddhima close her eyes feeling Armaan rubbing her back and her pains were getting relief with his touch... They stay like that for sometimes and when Armaan felt now she would feel less pain, he move out looking at her face... Riddhima open her eyes smiling knowing how well Armaan understand her...
'Itna dard ho rahi ti toh mujhe utaya kyun nehi...' Armaan asked as still his one hand was on her back rubbing slowly...
'U was so tired Armaan... How can I wake u... Waise bhi tumhe subah duty pe jaana hai...' Riddhima said...
'Phir bhi Basket... Itni der tak kyun sehen rahi ti yeh dard koh...
U know very well u wouldn't feel relief if I don't rubbed it like this...' Armaan said...
Riddhima rest her head on Armaan shoulder because she don't have any other answer to his question... It was true Riddhima didn't want to wake him at this time of the night but it was also true that in 10 to 15mins the pain will go if Armaan rub it like that...
'I think tumhe kal araam karna chahiyeh... Main Dr.Kriti koh bol dungi aur hospital jaate waqt tumhe Mom ke paas chod dungi...' Armaan said...
'Lekin Armaan... Tumhe pata haina kitna kaam rehti hai... Aur ab Nikki bhi zyada din aa nehi paati uski tabiyyat kharab hone ki wajahse...' Riddhima said...
'Mujhe abhi bhi yaakin nehi ho raha hai Nikki bhi pregnant hai...' Armaan said...
Riddhima smile hearing Armaan and she was also surprise when she came to know Nikki was exxpecting... Its was Muskaan blabbering Nikki being moody and always low... Neither she wants to eat and always get tired easily... As Riddhima was already 4months pregnant at the moment, she doubt it was happening maybe she was in the same situation... So she drag her to the path lab to get her blood test done...
FLASH BACK START
After Nikki gave blood for the test, Riddhima and Nikki went to cafe to have something as Riddhima was feeling hungry... Riddhima baby belly started to show up and she was almost 4months and half pregnant... Whenever any of them see Riddhima around, they touch her belly to feel the baby move...
Riddhima didn't say anyone not to touch and feel because most of the time its Armaan who would be doing that saying he wants to feel their baby move and kick... Armaan never think where they are at the moment or not...
Riddhima was enjoying her extra cheeze sandwich and chocolate milkshake... Nikki was there just to give company to Riddhima as others were busy in their respective duties and Nikki was free for sometimes as she had to go her rounds in 10mins... Riddhima got free time for her food as usual and Nikki was happy to see how Riddhima was enjoying her food...
'Kasam se Nikki... Yeh sandwich bohot tasty hai... Tum bhi ek baar taste toh karo...' Riddhima said munching her sandwich and linking the cheese which was on her fingers...
Nikki check the time as she sit watching Riddhima enjoy her food... Nikki was not really feeling to have anything... Riddhima was watching her expression as Nikki keep checking time and not giving any attention to what Riddhima was saying...
After Riddhima finished her food, she check the time and thought it would be good to have a talk with Nikki... So as she got a little time left, she thought it would be good talk with Nikki...
'Nikki...' Riddhima touch Nikki shoulder snapping her back to reality...
'Hah, hogayi tumhari... Chalo chalte hai...' Nikki said and try to get up...
Riddhima knows Nikki was trying to escape but she knows Nikki will need to face the truth one day... Riddhima remember Nikki saying that Abhi was still not ready for their own child... Was this the reason Nikki was behaving so wired...
Before Nikki could move, Riddhima hold her hand and make her sit back... Nikki didn't try to move again knowing Riddhima wouldn't let her go easily when she wants to talk with her...
'Nikki, kiya huva hai... Kuch problem hai toh tum mujhse share karte ho...' Riddhima said softly...
'Kuch bhi nehi hai Ridzy... Mujhe rounds pe jaana hai...' Nikki said...
'Nikki, hum sab dekh rahi hoon tumhe kuch din se khoye khoyeh rehte ho... Mood off, low and khana bhi tik se nehi khaate... Hamesha tired and all... What happen...' Riddhima asked...
'What do u think Ridzy... Tumhe nehi pata what all this symptoms means?' Nikki asked...
'Matlab tum...' Riddhima was shocked to know that Nikki already knows about this...
Nikki was sitting with her head lower looking at her hands... As she was playing with mobile which was on her hand, Riddhima felt the sadness in her voice...
'Haan Ridzy... I m pregnant but...' Nikki stop not getting the word to say...
'But what Nikki... Aaj maine jab tumhe test ke liyeh le gayi, tab kyun tumne kuch nehi kaha...
Aise kiya baat hai jo tum yeh sab sabse chupa rahi ho...' Riddhima asked...
Nikki didn't say anything and just keep sitting with her head low... Riddhima try to look at her face and try to understand what she was thinking... Riddhima try to understand why Nikki was so upset about this when she should be happy... Then she remember again, once Nikki saying that Abhi was still not ready for baby...
'Nikki, Abhi is still not...' Riddhima asked all of sudden...
Nikki who was trying to hold her tears hide her face and started to cry... Riddhima felt so bad for her and she hugs her trying to calm her down... Riddhima was rubbing her arm and back...
'Shhh Nikki... I m so sorry... But kiya tumne Abhi se baat ki isbaare main...' Riddhima asked softly...
Riddhima was glad that there was no one else other then her and Nikki in cafe at the moment because it was working time and everyone were busy in their works... Nikki shake her head saying no as she wipes her face...
Riddhima move away from her holding Nikki hands firmly... Nikki was sitting looking at her lap not wanting to look towards Riddhima... Riddhima understand how she must be feeling because before, Riddhima also had been hiding about her pregnancy from Armaan and others... Those few days she was carrying that bundle in her heart, how she try to hold it with so much pain only she knows...
'Nikki, main nehi jaanti Abhi bacche ke liyeh tayyar kyun nehi hai...
Lekin meri baat suno, tum ek baar Abhi se baat karo... Main jaanti hoon tum is bacche ke liyeh kitna wait kiya...
Abhi nehi chaahta ta issiliyeh tumne itni din tak kuch nehi kaha...
Shayad tum log ne is bacche ke liyeh plan nehi kiya lekin woh tumhari andar grow ho raha hai... Is nanhni si jaan koh koi bhi takleef mat dena... Try and talk Abhi before u take any decision Nikki...' Riddhima said ever so softly so that by mistake also no one would hear them...
'What if he...' Nikki try to say but her voice wasn't coming out...
Riddhima was having tears in her eyes seeing how badly Nikki was crying but she knows she had to be strong for Nikki... After Armaan, Riddhima was Nikki best friend and she knows how much Nikki trust her... When first Nikki realized she was in love with Abhi, Armaan and Abhi were enemies that time... Just because Abhi was there to take Sanjeevani from them, neither of them like him at the first place... But for the sake of Nikki and her love to Abhi, they accept Abhi because he help them in fund rising when Armaan met with the accident...
Riddhima knows Nikki were mentally very disturb at the moment because Abhi said he wasn't ready and now their baby was growing inside Nikki... But hearing the news, maybe Abhi's thought might change... Thats the only reason Riddhima wants Nikki to talk Abhi before she decide anything...
'Dekho Nikki... Meri taraf dekho...' Riddhima said cupping Nikki face in her palm and making her look towards her...
Nikki eyes were red due to crying and Riddhima wipes tears which was falling from her eyes...
'Nikki, what if he wasn't ready before...
If Abhi truly love u, after hearing this news he would be like those guy who will accept the truth without denying... Because if u r pregnant, its not only urs... Woh bhi zimmedaar hai isbaat ke liyeh...
If he don't want, he should be more careful right... Please don't think like this Nikki... Tum ek baar Abhi se baat karke dekho... Uske baad hum dekhenge hum kiya kar sakte hai okey...' Riddhima said...
Nikki didn't say anything for a while... Riddhima knows she will need time for everything... Riddhima check the time and their time was over 10mins ago... Riddhima make Nikki clean her face and giving a hug to her encouring and supporting that everything will be fine, they return to their duties...
THREE DAYS LATER
From last few days, Nikki behave was the same... Riddhima thought to ask but after thinking of possible reason Nikki might not get chance to Abhi, Riddhima thought to let her have as much time as she needs... Riddhima didn't tell Armaan about this even but she knows if she tell Armaan, Armaan would surely make a huge fight with Abhi... So Riddhima thought she would let Nikki handle the situation and she would keep quiet...
Riddhima was in her cabin checking some files as she was holding chocolate in her one hand... She had been in round hour ago and now she was resting in her cabin enjoying her favorite chocolate... An hour and half was left to lunch and Riddhima thought it would be better if she don't have anything heavy as Armaan will make sure she had in lunch time and wouldn't believe that she ate...
So, here Riddhima was enjoying her chocolate when suddenly the door open as Nikki run inside..
'Ridzy, Ridzy, Ridzy...' Nikki call her name as she has a big smile on her face...
Riddhima who was enjoying her chocolate got startled with Nikki sudden entry and she was about to throw her chocolate but she was glad she didn't leave it... Seeing Nikki happy face, hearing her happy voice Riddhima understood she must have talk to Abhi... Riddhima was right to think because Abhi just enter behind Nikki chuckling seeing his crazy wife...
'Araam se Nikki...' Riddhima said as Nikki turn her chair and hugging her while she was sitting...
'Thank u thank u thank u so much Ridzy... Tumne us din mujhse baat nehi ki hoti toh mujhe kabhi himmat nehi hote Abhi se baat karne ki... Thank u so much... U was so right Ridzy...
Abhi loves me a lot and he is as much as happy like me...' Nikki said moving away giving her best smile...
'Maine kahata na Nikki... Yeh guys bolte kuch aur hai aur karte kuch aur hai...
Jo hum sochte hai uske ulta karte hai..' Riddhima said standing and giving a hug to Nikki...
'Thank you Riddhima... Nikki ki saat dene ke liyeh...
Tum nehi hote toh pata nehi Nikki kiya karte...' Abhi said...
'Not a problem Dr.Modi... And congratulation both of you...' Riddhima said shaking hands with Abhi and giving a tight hug to Nikki...
'Thanks, Ab baaki sabko bata na hoga...' Nikki said...
'Aur hum aaj bata dete hai nehi toh maarne pe pure hospital main running race karwaenge yeh log...' Abhi said...
'That would be great... So hum lunch pe milenge okey..' Riddhima said...
Abhi and Nikki left thanking her and Riddhima keep saying it was nothing... She is Nikki best friend and she knows Nikki can't share those things with Armaan so she was glad to be by her side when she was in need of a friend and a shoulder to lean, pouring those emotions and feelings which was in her heart...
LUNCH TIME
Everyone was having their lunch as usual talking about the work and patient.. How the workload had been increase from few days but was glad to handle it without working extra hours to complete it... When they finished their lunch, waiter bring ice cream for everyone...
'Bhaiyya, yeh humne order nehi kiya...' Atul said...
'Yeh Dr.Abhimaniyu ne order diya hai...' Waiter said...
When waiter left, everyone look towards Abhi asking what was the treat for... Abhi look at Nikki who was already attacking her ice cream with Riddhima... Muskaan also didn't both to wait for any explaination...
'Good news hai toh muh meeta toh karwana chahiyeh na sabki...' Abhi said...
'Matlab...' Anjali asked...
'Matlab yehi hai, Armaan aur Riddhima ke baby ke saat ek aur add hone wala hai...' Abhi said...
'Wow, really... Lekin kiski?' Armaan asked...
'Ab treat main de raha hoon toh ofcourse mera aur Nikki ka hi hoga na...' Abhi said for Armaan stupid question...
Muskaan who was enjoying her ice cream slip some on her dress hearing Abhi saying this... Rahul, Atul and Armaan move to congratulate Abhi and Nikki while Anjali and Muskaan were sitting with shocked expression while Riddhima was busy enjoying her ice cream...
'Wow Nikki... Ab tum dono ke bacche bhi aajaenge... So good to hear...' Armaan said...
'Thanks Armaan...' Nikki said returning Armaan hug...
'Waise guys, ek baat mujhe samajh nehi aate...
Yeh girls hamesha aise baat sunke statue kyun hojate hai...' Rahul said as he took his seat next to Muskaan after congratulating Abhi and Nikki while Armaan and Atul also return to their seats...
Anjali and Muskaan were just sitting staring at Nikki, Riddhima was too busy enjoying her ice cream now was almost finished... Armaan look towards Riddhima and was suspense that she must have known about this before thats why she haven't react like others...
'Girls hai hi aise... Baat baat pe rona, hasna and statue hona... Gussa karna hoya kuch aur...
Hum chaahkar bhi un logo se barabar nehi kar sakte...' Armaan said...
'Sach main yaar... Yeh log ke mood swings...
Pregnant hone se pehle aise hai toh pregnant hone ke baad kaise hoga...
Waise humhe abhi experience nehi hai lekin Armaan, tum experience kar rahe ho na kuch months se...' Rahul said...
'Rahool, woh kiya haina... Basket mujhe itna tang nehi karte...
Woh toh main hoon hamesha use tang karta rehta hoon... Lekin ab use kab kiya chahiyeh, mujhe sab pata hota hai...' Armaan said putting his hand around Riddhima shoulder...
Riddhima gave him a sweet smile before taking his ice cream which was half melt now... Armaan smile seeing how Riddhima was taking his ice cream without asking and enjoy it...
'Lucky Ridzy, Armaan itne acche se jaante hai har choti choti baat related to her...' Nikki said...
'Haan aur yeh dono koh kiya kare... Dekho abhi bhi shock mode pe hai...' Atul said...
'Tum dono ke biwiya hai... Kuch karo...' Abhi said...
Rahul and Atul exchange look and next moment Rahul shouted near Muskaan ears... Muskaan shouted louder then Rahul which snap Anjali back from her shocked as others hide their ears...
'Abey gadhe, Aise koi chillate hai kiya...' Muskaan said hitting Rahul arm...
'Ab kiya kare chipkali, tum aise shock mode main bhootni lag rahi ti... Yaha pregnant ladies hai bacche main asar kiya toh...' Rahul said caring his arm...
'Rahul tumne mujhe chipkali aur Bhootni bola...' Muskaan said holding Rahul collar...
'Muski, relax... Rahul toh bas tumhe shocked mode se baahar laane ke liyeh chillaya...' Armaan said...
'Haan toh kiya huva Hero... Meri behre hojati toh...' Muskaan said...
'Woh toh tumhari chillane ke awaz sunke sab hojaenge...' Rahul said...
'Rahul tera problem kiya hai... Main shock main ti toh tera kiya jaata hai...' Muskaan said...
'Accha hota maine tujhe shocked mode main rehne diya hota...' Rahul said...
'Rahul tu...' Muskaan point her finger at him...
'Bas karo Dono...
Aur Niks tum... Kitni din se tum yeh baat jaan chuke ho...
And if I m not wrong Ridzy ne tumhari test karwayi ti right kuch din pehle... U said everything was normal...' Anjali said...
'Haan, sab normal toh hai...' Nikki said...
'Toh tab kyun nehi batayi u r expecting...' Muskaan asked ignoring Rahul...
Nikki look toward Riddhima who finished Armaan ice cream now... She was sitting with her head on Armaan shoulder as she put her both hand on her baby belly... Armaan has his one hand on her back rubbing it softly in circle...
'Di, ofcourse tab Abhi koh pata nehi ta issiliyeh Nikki ne nehi kaha...
Thats obvious na that if anyone of us is preg, hum pehle apne pati koh bataenge uske baad friends koh...' Riddhima said as it was not a big deal...
'Tumhe kaise pata... And Basket, u haven't react hearing about Nikki pregnancy...' Armaan said...
'Woh...' Riddhima look at Nikki for help...
'Kyunki Ridzy koh pehle se hi pate chalgaya...' Nikki said...
'What, but how...' Armaan asked...
'Actually Riddhima being the one who going through same situation, she understood I was worried about something...
So she came and talk... Aur woh toh meri best friend hai...' Nikki said giving a side hug...
'Aur main...' Armaan asked...
'Tu bhi hai Armaan but Riddhima understood before I said anything...' Nikki said...
'Phir toh Abhi se pehle Ridzy koh hi pata chala na...' Atul said...
'Ab main smart hoon toh kiya kar sakte hai...' Riddhima said...
'Haan woh mere saat rehke smart hogayi...' Armaan said...
'Oh please Armaan... Tum smart hota toh pata chalta Nikki was disturb from days...' Riddhima said...
Armaan and Riddhima started to bicker over who is more smarter then others while other enjoys smiling and thinking something wouldn't change ever...
FLASHBACK END
Riddhima trace were broken when she felt Armaan carried her off from the counter... Riddhima put her one hand around his neck while her other hand rested on his chest... Armaan hold her close to him and carefully took her to their room without slipping on the stairs...
Making Riddhima laid comfortably on bed with pillow on her back as Riddhima was on one side... Armaan move on his side facing Riddhima as Riddhima pull his hand and rest put is under her cheek... Armaan smile seeing this as his free hand rest on her baby belly... They slept like this with smile on their face...
NEXT DAY
Armaan got up before Riddhima... It was a routine now that Armaan wake up before her if she slept late night... Armaan knows she will be moody all day if he wake her up but he had to go hospital as he got a surgery... Seeing Riddhima sleeping cuddling to the comforter, Armaan didn't feel to wake her up... Armaan let her sleep while he got up and make breakfast, then after shower when he came out he saw Riddhima sitting holding her head...
'Basket...' Armaan call her as he move close to him sitting holding her free hand...
Riddhima who was sleepy look at Armaan smiling as Armaan care Riddhima face with his cold fingers... Riddhima hold Armaan hand while Armaan move close to her kissing her forehead... Riddhima smile widely when she felt Armaan lips connected to her skin...
'Tum itni jaldi kyun ut gayi... Tohdi der aur sojao...' Armaan asked caring her cheek with his thumb...
'Woh tum paas nehi ti toh neend khul gayi... Main breakfast bana deti hoon phir tayyar hojati hoon...' Riddhima said as she move her legs down from the bed...
'Tum tayyar hojao... Maine already breakfast bana diya...' Armaan said helping her to stand...
Riddhima pout hearing Armaan knowing she was again late to wake up... Its been happening from few days that Armaan makes breakfast almost every day now... Riddhima tell him wake her up but Armaan never wants to disturb her if she is in deep slumber...
Armaan kiss her pouted lips and went to get her dress and towel... Riddhima knows Armaan went to get her things so she stood waiting for him as she put her hair in to messy bun and put a clip to hold it together... Armaan came with cream salwar suit and towel...
AN HOUR LATER
Armaan was waiting for Riddhima to get ready while he was studying the case file... Riddhima just came out and was getting ready in front of the mirror... She was trying to zip her salwar but her hand was not reaching...
'Armaan...' Riddhima call him as she got tired struggling with it...
Armaan look to her as she try to reach the zip but she was unsuccessful... Riddhima back was reveal and once Armaan move his gaze towards her, he was lost seeing her bare back...
Riddhima who was trying to zip her salwar look at Armaan through the mirror and saw him staring at her without blinking his eyes... Riddhima felt heat on her cheeks and she move her gaze away from Armaan as she bit her lower lips to control herself as she felt goosebumps rise in her skin...
His one look at she was getting red like a tomato... Riddhima knows now Armaan wouldn't help her as he was too lost in her so she started to struggle with her zip again...
Armaan whose eyes were fixed on Riddhima bare back, move towards her leaving his files... He didn't know how much affect he has on Riddhima at the moment as his eyes weren't moving from her back...
Unknowingly, Armaan feet move taking him towards Riddhima... Riddhima who was busy trying to zip her salwar stop feeling Armaan close...
After all this months, still his present make her feel shiver from head to toe... Armaan move his hand up to her back, touching his fingers on her bare back... Riddhima close her eyes feeling his touch as shiver run down in her spine...
Armaan was so lost, he didn't know how long he had been staring her back... Slowly he moves his finger on her bare and felt she shiver... Armaan move his gaze towards the mirror to look at Riddhima who was standing with her eyes close... Her hair was move to one side leaving other shoulder bare...
Armaan move close kissing her neck and neckline as his one hand move around her waist resting it on her baby belly... Riddhima rest her hand on Armaan hand which was on his hand which was on her baby belly...
As soon Armaan move close to her leaving several kisses on her bare skin, he again started to lose himelf in her... Armaan move her salwar off from her shoulder making more access as he keeps leaving several kisses on her shoulder... His desire were making him want more of Riddhima at the moment, he took Riddhima soft skin in between his teeth leaving a bite... Riddhima moan in pleasure while Armaan care the spot with his tongue...
Armaan turn Riddhima in his hold, without giving any minute to Riddhima what was happen Armaan kiss her... Riddhima respond knowing this was coming as Armaan had been so lost in her...
They were so lost in each other, they didn't know they were getting late... Their moment was disturb when Riddhima felt baby kicking... Even Armaan felt the kick as her belly was touching his body...
They broke the kiss and laugh feeling their baby moving... Armaan rest his forehead against of Riddhima forehead... Riddhima took Armaan hand and place it on her belly as she kept her hand over his... After a while, Again baby kick and Armaan got his million dollar dimple smile on his face...
'This is one of the best thing happening in my life...' Armaan said as he keeps looking Riddhima small baby belly...
'I know... This is so amazing Armaan...' Riddhima said hugging him side way as he was still standing with his hand over her belly...
'Lets go and have something... Seems our baby is awake and hungry inside there...' Armaan said caring Riddhima belly...
'Galati tumhara hai Armaan... Kisne kaha romance karne koh...' Riddhima said pecking his chin before moving out...
'Aur kisne kaha tumhe itni khubsurat lagne koh har subah...' Armaan shot back which make Riddhima blush...
Armaan help Riddhima with her salwar zip and soon they were down to have breakfast... After breakfast, they left to Gupta house but Riddhima keep saying she was fine and she wants to go work... Armaan tell her to rest, she can go to work next day... Also Padma was very happy to know she was going to be there spending a day with her and Nani... They always complain that Riddhima didn't give them chance to pamper her but whenever Riddhima take a off day, she always go and stay with them...
IN GUPTA HOUSE
Padma and Nani welcome Riddhima happily as Armaan left from the door step saying he was getting late... Padma and Nani were happy to have Riddhima for a day and they had already plan so much to do... Shashank wasn't at home but Padma said he would be coming for lunch and she had invite Armaan too as Riddhima was will be with them...
Nani and Padma took Riddhima to Riddhima and Anjali old room... Making Riddhima sit comfortably on bed, they sit either side of her talking about her days and about the baby... Riddhima was happy to see none dying love in their eyes for her and smiles on their face...
Around 10, Padma got juice and sandwich for Riddhima who happy had because she was staving already by then... Nani went to temple saying she needs to do Pooja and it was Padma and Riddhima now in home...
'Riddhima, tumhari feet swollen hai tohda...
Main oil le ke aati hoon, massage de dungi toh araam miljaenge... Nehi toh baad main dard badjaenge...' Padma said as Riddhima finished her juice...
'Ma, kuch bhi toh nehi... Mujhe bilkul bhi dard nehi horahi...' Riddhima said...
'Abhi nehi ho raha hoga lekin baad main badgaye toh bohot dard hoga Riddhima... Tum ek minute beito, main aa rahi hoon...' Padma said leaving her in the room...
Riddhima was getting bored sitting there, she wants to go out but she knows Padma wouldn't let her... Nani asked Padma to let her rest after she eat something which means she was not to leave her room without a nap...
Padma soon came with oil and sit near her feet placing Riddhima feet on her lap she started to massage her feet...
Riddhima smile seeing how much Padma was taking care of her...
'Ma, when u was expecting me, aapko bhi aise swollen huvi..' Riddhima asked...
'Haan Riddhima... Lekin mujhe isse zyada huvi... Pata hai, main sandel bhi nehi pehen paati dard ke wajahse...
Issiliyeh main zyada waqt ghar pe rehti hoon, bas doctor ke paas jaane ke liyeh baahar jaati hoon...' Padma says...
'Sabko hota hai kiya aise...' Riddhima asked...
'Nehi, sabko nehi... Pregnancy main sabke saat same nehi hote... Kuch logo koh zyada problem hoti hai, kuch logo koh kam aur kuch logo toh araam se woh months spend karte hai...' Padma said...
'Aapko kaise pata...' Riddhima asked...
Padma smile hearing Riddhima question... Padma shake her head knowing she must have forget that once she was nurse in Sanjeevani hospital... Padma was done with massage so she carefully place Riddhima feet on a pillow...
'Kyunki main bhi ek nurse ti Riddhima... Bhulgaye kiya...' Padma said wipping her hands in a towel...
Riddhima bit her tongue realizing how stupid she was to forget that her mother was a nurse once... Padma smile seeing Riddhima cute action and pat her cheek kissing her forehead...
'Ab tum araam karo... Main lunch banane jaa rahi hoon...' Padma said making her laid down comfortably with pillows around her...
'Pata hai Ma.. Mujhe aisa lag raha hai ab phirse main bacchi bangayi...
Armaan bhi issi tarah pillows rakte hai mere paas...' Riddhima said...
'Tum ho toh abhi bhi meri bacchi na... Bacche kitna bhi badi kyun na ho... Un logo ke bacche kyun na ho, ma baap ke liyeh hamesha wohi choti si pyari si gudiya hi rahenge...' Padma said caring Riddhima hair...
'Love u Ma...' Riddhima said...
'Love u too Riddhima...' Padma said kissing her forehead again and Riddhima close her eyes with a small on her face...
LUNCH TIME
Armaan and Shashank came home to joins with Padma, Nani and Riddhima for lunch... As Padma let Riddhima sleep, Riddhima was still enjoying her nap in her room... Nani came after sometimes Padma started to make lunch and all this while both ladies were in kitchen making some nice food for Riddhima and Armaan...
Sharp 1, Shashank and Armaan came... Padma welcome them asking to move directly to dinning area... They were so busy discussing about a case, they didn't realized that Riddhima wasn't around until Padma asked them to stop talking and start lunch...
Armaan look around when Padma started to serve and Nani was sitting with them... Seeing Armaan searching for Riddhima, Padma and Nani smile knowing his love for Riddhima haven't change a bit from years of being in love with each other...
'Riddhima so rahi hai... Woh ek doh gante pehle sogayi ti... Abhi tak uti nehi...
Maine socha use ab acche se neend nehi aate toh sone dete hai...' Padma said...
'Woh tik haina Mom... Dard toh nehi huva use...' Armaan asked...
'Nehi Armaan, woh tik hai...
Mujhe lagta hai woh dard issiliyeh hoti hai woh bohot busy rehti hai... Acche se rest karenge toh tik rahenge...' Padma said...
'Main Dr.Kriti se kehne usko ek week ki chutti arrange karti hoon...' Shashank said...
'Dad, Riddhima kabhi nehi maanenge...Aaj bhi keh rahi ti use hospital jaana hai...
Lekin puri raat nehi soye toh maine jaane nehi diya...' Armaan said...
'Shashank, Armaan... Mujhe lagta hai Riddhima koh mana nehi karna chahiyeh... Is haalat main use khush rakhna chahiyeh... Jo woh karna chaahte hai, karne doh... Bas humhe uska khayal rakhna padega...' Nani said...
'Haan Shashank... Use aise din bar ghar pe rakhenge toh use accha nehi lagega...
Pata haina woh apne kaam kitna mann laga ke karte hai...
Bas beech beech main use rest karna chahiyeh, phir koi problem nehi hoga...' Padma said...
'Tik hai, aap dono koh yehi tik lagti hai toh Riddhima koh hum kaise rokhe...' Shashank said...
'Woh rokhengi bhi nehi Dad... Bohot ziddi hai...' Armaan said...
After lunch, Armaan went to check if Riddhima was awake or not... As he enter, he saw his angel sleeping with a sweet smile on her face... Some hairs were coming on her face making her frown in between as it was tickling and disturbing her... Armaan move close to her sitting on the bed...
He knows Padma mom was right in letting her sleep as much as she wants because hardly Riddhima sleep peacefully now a days... And seeing that relax expression of hers, Armaan knew she was sleeping peacefully...
Armaan knows how much he wants to be with her at the moment, he can't because he had to report back to duty... Abhi had day a off due to Nikki being sick and vomiting so they were short of three senior doctors... Armaan was glad that Dr.Kriti didn't say anything when he inform her she was not well and wouldn't be reporting to duty...
Others were busy handling extra works so Armaan knows he had to reach soon...
Armaan look at Riddhima moving the hairs away from her face to get a good view of her beautiful face... Caring her cheeks softly with back of his hand, Armaan bend down kissing her forehead... Knowing it would be difficult for him to leave once she is awake, Armaan whisper 'I love you Basket' and left letting his wife sleep...
TWO HOURS LATER
When Riddhima didn't wake up, Padma went to call her and saw her still sleeping peacefully... But she knows it has been more then four hours Riddhima haven't had anything and she needs to take her medicine too...
So Padma got food for her and wake her up not startling her... Riddhima who was need of more sleep keep saying she will wake up after ten minutes... But Padma knows she will not so she said she will let her sleep after she had good and medicine...
By the time Riddhima finished her food and took medicine, her sleep had vanished... She check the time and it was almost three... She didn't know she had been sleeping this long...
'Ma, Armaan lunch ke liyeh aaya ta???' Riddhima asked...
'Haan woh dono aaye ta... Tum so rahi ti toh hum main se kissi ne tumhe utayi nehi...
U need rest baccha... Humhe pata hai tumhe easily neend nehi aate aajkal so we let u sleep as much as u want... Lekin bohot der se tumne kuch khayi nehi aur medicine bhi lena ta toh maine tumhe utadiya...' Padma said...
'Ma, pehle uta dete... Main aap sakbe saat lunch karte...' Riddhima said...
'Koi baat nehi, tum aur Armaan dinner karke jaana...
Aur kal se, tum dono hospital jaane se pehle yaha aakhe breakfast karke jaana... Jab tak Ananya nehi aate, tum dono ke khane ki zimmedaari meri...' Padma said...
'Mom, we will manage na... Aap chinta kyun kar rahe ho...' Riddhima said..
'Chinta toh hogi na baccha... Maine keh diya na... Bas...
Sunday koh tum khud bana lena working days main main banaungi...' Padma said...
'Aap nehi maanenge na...' Riddhima said with a cute pout...
'Bilkul nehi... Tum ziddi hai toh main bhi tumhari ma hoon... Main bhi ziddi hoon okey...' Padma said...
Riddhima smile and hugs Padma thanking her for being there with her when she needs her the most... Padma kiss her forehead and ask if she wants to go out for a walk... Padma knows she will be getting bored so thought to take her for a short walk... Hearing this, Riddhima quickly got ready and soon both ladies were out from the house to walk around the near by park...
