By making it short, we make it birdy cause by reading all the letters together, it becomes OWL which is a bird. Everyone usually use the word 'O.W.L.'

By big brother, I meant N.E.W.T (Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests) . They definitely are longer but not everyone take those tests.

But avoiding me would be

If you are a student at Hogwarts, you cannot avoid O.W.L because if you do, it's not possible that they will get a job in the wizarding world.
