Noble ones seek me for ignoble purposes in desperate time,
People who desperately miss their dear departed loved ones are noble people since they have a heart capable of love as opposed to someone like Voldy who would never find any use of resurrection stone since he wasn't capable of love and never loved anyone enough to miss them after death, if anything, he fears the dead since anyone he knew was dead was most likely to b his victim 😆.. however, bringing back the dead from afterlife to this world is an ignoble act since it borders on necromancy and is a serious violation of nature's rule ..no matter how much u miss the dead ones , u should accept the fact that they r at peace and move on..😊

Sure enough!.. if somebody uses the resurrection stone to bring someone back to life , they will definitely succeed , hence the "win" ..however, soon enough they will b fighting a loosing battle since the dead dont belong in this world, hence the "loose" ( we all know what happened to the second brother..dont we ?)

Voldy's reputation is illustrious , no doubt but he is known for all the wrong things, hence dubious/ questionable reputation.. when he turned the Gaunt's ring into a horcrux he had no idea what the ring really was ( ressurection stone, hallow) .. the only reason he saw the ring as a worthy candidate for his horcrux is that it was his wizarding family heirloom and reminded him of his wizarding ancestry.. thus he concealed his darkest secret "a part of his soul" in the ring..
Another one with an illustrious reputation did know me, yet his naivety surprised me.
Albus Dumbledore's reputation was illustrious, no explanations needed there.. moreover, when he approached the ring, unlike Voldy he was completely aware of what it was - a hallow now turned into a horcrux.. and yet Dumbledore made the terrible mistake of putting on the ring which cost him his life..y he did that even though he was perfectly aware of the ring's identity?.. wasn't properly explained..may b he was tempted again by his teenage hallow obsession n wanted to "possess" the ring..or may b it was just an error of judgement.. whatever it b, something like that was highly unexpected from someone like Dumbledore, hence the "surprise"..

After Voldy turned the ring into a horcrux, the identity of the ring tripled - a hallow, a family heirloom and now a horcrux too.. Voldy placed it under powerful magical concealment in the ruined Gaunt's house itself..the ring was left there for ages until Dumbledore finally came looking for it..
Finding me was a tedious task,for the chosen one was puzzled.
Well finding it was a tedious task for both Harry and Dumbledore ..even more so Harry since he knew the stone was hidden inside the snitch but had no way of opening it until the final revelation.. hence "the chosen one was puzzled"..
My origin remains shrouded in mystery,
Nobody knows for sure how the hallows came into existence..the tale of three brothers was just a fairy tale..the Peverells were of course the original owners of hallows..but did "death" himself gift it, was it just discovered or invented by them..nobody knows 4 sure..not even Dumbledore..
I have been passed through generations as an important part of history.
