Hello guys, new member here ..I m hoping to be a part of this marvelous Sphinx family, although I should warn you I am a terrible Sphinx..😆.. you ll know when you read my first riddle here, anybody who has read HP at least once will be able to answer the riddle in first attempt itself( if not, there must b something wrong with my riddle.. 😆) ..I haven't mastered the skill of clever and rhyming words like other members here..so I am hoping you will make an exception for me and not throw me out for my poor sphinx skills.. 😆..anyways something is better than nothing.. so here it is :

For ages I lay forgotten,even though my identity tripled.

Finding me was a tedious task,for the chosen one was puzzled.

My origin remains shrouded in mystery,

I have been passed through generations as an important part of history.
