An upcoming episode from Diya Aur Bati Hum has been inspired from former top cop Kiran Bedi's life. Lead actress Deepika will enact an incident from Ms Bedi's life when she jumps into a fire to save people. A source from the show told us, "The body double was ready for the shot but Deepika insisted on performing all the stunts herself." Deepika, on her part, said that she was very happy with audience reactions to her role so far. "Also this is something that Kiran Bedi did on her own so I was very motivated to do the same," Deepika said.
