Aastha was settled down well once again in Shlok Agnihotri's life. Though this time the situation and her role was changed completely. This time she was a mother... she was a care taker of her own son. She was not bound anymore with Shlok tactics. She was feeling free and happy. She knew that he was trying hard to throw her out but she was well prepared and mentally strong enough to fight against him.
Alaap told to everyone that her mother came back. He was extremely happy. Nimay taught him very nicely about his plan to reunite them. Nimay knew that Alaap was the chain who could bring them along once again. He taught him each and every possible way for bringing them together as much as possible.
He was the little child who could not understand many things between them but he was very bright child and he could feel one thing that his parents didn't live normal like other children's parents and that was the main thing which he discussed with Nimay when he came to meet him and Aastha.
"Baba I want to know something?"He asked in his innocent and sweet voice. Nimay saw him with question mark
"Yes dear what do you want to know?" he asked politely.
"Like other mom and papa why do my mummy and buddy not live in one room?" he asked with all his childish tactics. Nimay smiled at his question. He asked very simple question but he knew that it was very tough to answer.
"Dear do you want that they should live together?" he asked instead of reply.
"Yes I saw in movies that all parents live together in one room..." he replied so cutely. Nimay kissed his forehead
"Then you have to make some efforts for that because your buddy and mummy don't want to even see each other so first you have to develop a friendship between them. I will tell you what you have to do for that." He tried to make him understand as he was just 5 years old.
"Baba I will do anything what you say" Alaap agreed easily.
"That's like a good boy..." Nimay happily said and kissed his cheeks.

"Bro... Listen I am taking out Alaap with me and today he will be stay with me at my home..." Nimay called Shlok and informed him. Shlok agreed because he also didn't want that Alaap become attach to Aastha much.
"It would be better if he stay away from her..." he thought in his mind.
On the other end, Nimay smirked because his plan became successful and Shlok had been caught in his trap so easily. He cheered up with Alaap and winked at him with winning style.
"but baba what will happen to mummy..." Alaap asked innocently when Nimay acted tensed
"Hmmm that is the problem but don't worry ... do you believe on your super baba ...?" he asked naughtily with something fishy shining in his eyes.

Shlok came back late as he knew that Alaap was not there tonight. He was bit possessive about his privacy so when he sift to his own home, he hired only day servants. He hired just one servant for 24 hours. He never liked to night out due to Alaap so he didn't have any problem with his routine. Whenever he had needed to go to trip he always sent Alaap to Nimay's place because after all things he trusted on Nimay for his son.
The entire home was drowning full of darkness. The servant left for some work. Nimay told him that he gave him leave as Alaap was not here. He allowed him to leave without hearing his full talk as at the time He was in very hurry because of schedule meeting.
It seemed that none was present at the time. He opened the door with his keys. He was wondered where Aastha because she was supposed to be in home. He looked his watch to see the time. It was 12 O'clock.
"May be she returned to her home..." a second thought came into his mind but in next moment he brushed it off
"No she is not such intelligent... she must be here..." he searched the light switches in dark. Once, he found the switches he tried to turn on the lights but he was left surprised that it was not working.
"How can it possible ...what the hell..." He fumed in mind. He called Aastha
" Aastha... Where are you???... oh Mrs. Care taker ..." he called her in his loud voice but he didn't get any reply.
He dialed her cell number. Her phone was ringing in her room. He carefully walked towards her room in dark with the help of his cell phone screen light.

She was in garden area. She was so scared due to dark as it was her biggest fear. Although she was fearless in front of people but as like everyone she also had some phobia on her own. She always became frightened due to dark. She was walking here and there. The servant left for some work.
She was anxiously waiting for Shlok or anyone else so that she could go inside in her room. Shlok looked everywhere inside the house for her. Suddenly he remembered that she had become scared from dark always. A smile appeared on his lips to think about the incident.
Shlok was working on his laptop and she was as usually busy in her daily routine of book reading. After their marriage Shlok had got to know many things about her like she always read before going to sleep. Even now he knew that she like adventurous and mysterious fantasy books. They were busy with their work when suddenly lights were gone.
"Oh what the hell..." Shlok fumed.
Aastha who became frighten throw her book in other side and jumped on the bed hurriedly and clutched his arms in fear. She buried her face in his arm while he was clueless on this sudden happening
"Oye... Jane Eyre what happened...?" he muttered "why are you behaving like a scared witch..." he asked in harsh tone.
"It is so dark...I am so scared..." she clinched his arm tightly. He smiled cunningly on this
"Oh really... you are screed ... I am wondered you are scared... I don't believe that anything can scare you..." he mocked her when she looked in his eyes. He could felt the fear in her hazel eyes.
"you know I am very happy to see you like this but anyway just relax and wait here I am going to see what happen to the lights..." he said her and tried to remove her hand. She became panic
"No you cannot leave me alone here in dark... I also come with you..." she said in frightened tone and got up quickly from the bed with him.
He held her hand in his hand and walked towards the door when they collide with each other due to dark and he held her in his strong arm. He took the support of nearest wall and pinned her to the wall still holding her in his arms.
He looked at his face and suddenly he felt something strange as she closed his eyes tightly. He gazed her constantly unknowingly when suddenly light came back and took them back in reality. He jerked her immediately and moved.
Shlok came out from her room and saw her in garden. He quickly walked towards her as he knew that she must be frightened. He called her "Aastha... Are you ok..."
She heard his voice and turned. She found her standing in front of her and she ran and hugged him hurriedly.
"Thank god... you are here..." she murmured while Shlok was dumbstruck on her sudden action.
