Chapter 3
"Hey guyz! Kya chal raha hai..??" Ayesha asked will seating beside Sakshi.
"Are Ayesha, idhar koi toh kisi ki wait kar raha hai" Shree said in a teasing tone, and hi-fi chotu.
"Hey specky" said a voice from behind
Shree turned around "don't call me that" he said
All laughed at the usual duo. At that time are two super cop entered in office.
"ye kya hora hai idhar..??" Rathod asked to them, Arjun just shook his head.
"Sorry sir" All said together. "good morning"
"good morning" Rathod replied and Arjun just gave his usual nod and left for his cabin.
"hash baach gye" exclaimed shree and Chotu.
"haye aaj Arjun kafi hot lag raha hai nah" said Sakshi in her dreamy voice.
All other looked at her and shook their head with a disbelief look at her. at same time Rathod came out of his cabin.
"Team, in conference room in 5 minutes" he said and turned to Shree "Shree jaake Rawte ko bola ke leke aao" he said and went to conference room.
All left for the room and Shree knock Arjun's cabins door.
"Sir, Rathod sir ne, conference room me bolaya hai" Shree told Arjun.
"tum jao me aata ho" Arjun said and stood up to go to conference room.
All settled down in conference room. Shree and Chotu were seating together and Sakshi and Ayesha together. Rathod was standing and Arjun was seating with his usual style and twilling his pen, with a I-Don't-Care-Look.
"Samer koi new case hai kya..??" asked Sakshi.
"Nhi, Sakshi new case nhi hai" Rathod spoke "So team abhi mujhe commissioner sir ka call aya tha, kal se hum eek new member join karne wali hai" Rathod told all.
As soon as Rathod said this Arjun face shoot up. Yes, he knew who is the new member. But still he maintains his I-Don't-Care-A-Damn look. Rathod just ignored him and continued
"She is going to join us as research specialist" Rathod said and all loked at each other.
"Research specialist, but sir uski kya zarorat hai..??" Asked Ayesha.
"No question, ye commissioner sir ka order hai and according to commissioner sir wo bohot aachi hai iss kaam me" Rathod said "And team abhi keliye koi case nhi hai so complete your paper work" Rathod said.
Arjun got up and left the conference room and Rathod too left.
"Guyz new member, kesi hogi wo..??" Chotu asked
"Kese bhi ho hot honi chaiye" Shree said and in returned got a glare from Liza
"Me coffee leke aati ho, tumlog ko chaiye..??" Ayesha asked and all noded and she left.
"Me Arjun ko cutting chai deke aati ho" Sakshi said and left the room before anyone could tease her.
In Arjun's cabin.
Arjun came to his cabin and sat on his seat. He was lost in his memory lane.
Arjun's POV
So finally wo bhi kal se join karegi hume. I hope wo mujhepe gussa nah ho. god Riya iss ladki ne mujhe pura change kiya. Joh admi ek dead life jiraha tha use wapis jeene me majboor kiya. Par Riya thi hi wesi. Riya Mukherjee, Meri Riya.I love u Riya

Arjun had a small smile on his face when he said I love you. He remembered his and her second meet.
Flash back
He was disturbed that day. The case which they have solved had brought some unpleasant memory in his mind. He went at the beach to calm down himself.
He was seating at a isolated part of the beach were hardly any people could be seen. He was looking at the waves of the sea and was imagining about Roshni.
At same time near the beach Riya was walking and that time she saw ETF SUV and in a second she recognized the SUV and she looked here and there and found the man who helped her day's before seating alone and looking at the waves.
God known when her leg started walking towards him and when she noticed that saw was ended up seating beside him and looking at the sea and settling glances of Arjun from her corner of her eyes.
Arjun left someone seating beside him and he recognized her in an instant but didn't looked at her. he knew that she was looking at her and for the first time after ages a small tear drop came out of his eyes and tickle down his cheeks. God know's why but he left relaxed seeing her seating beside him. That unusual right..??
Riya saw the small tear drop tickling down to his cheeks. It hurt her to see him weak. Yes! She knew there was some pain inside that eyes but she never knew but she wanted to know.
"khete hai, agar dukh kisi ke sat share kiya toh maan halka hojata hai" Riya said and look at him, "Aur kisi stranger ke saat bato toh aur aacha hota hai" she completed and looked at sea.
There was silent between them no one was speaking both were just staring at the sea water and the waves. Riya looked at Arjun he was still the same. So she thought he will not speak and she got up to leave. That's when she heard a voice.
"Riya" Arjun spoke and hold her wrist
Riya looked at him and thought so that day he heard my name' she looked at him he too looked at her. Riya again quietly settled herself beside him. And looked at him. Arjun left her wrist and again look at the waves.
"Kyu hum jise apnea apse bhi jada pyaar karte hai wo humse dur chala jata hai..??" Arjun asked her. she just kept staring at him.
"Roshni" Arjun said. To which Riya raised her eye brow as if asking who is she..??
And as if Arjun read her mind he said "Roshni, my late wife" and one more tear tickle down his eyes.
Riya was astonished first to hear that he was married and then she became sad when she got to know that she is dead. She know understood what that pain was. The pain was of losing his better half.
"use mere aankho ke same use maardiya" Arjun said and hugged Riya.
He don't know why but he left like doing that. Riya too hugged him back and rubbed his back to calm him down. Arjun broke the hug when he realized what he was doing. And said a quick sorry to which she gave her dimpled smiled as if telling it's okay.
Arjun looked at the waves and continued speaking "Sikander he killed her" and he told everything what all happened at that day.
At the end of the story Arjun was badly crying and Riya too was crying. She could feel the pain of losing be-loved in front of your eyes. She only kept her hand on his shoulder assuring him.
"You know Sam too thing that it was my mistake, he doesn't believe me" Arjun said for the first time looking at her.
It was his outburst after many years. till that time there was no one to listen him not even his best friend Sam. He was all alone. And today he got one who was willing to listen him. And that was what he was wanting right..??
Suddenly Arjun wiped his all tears and stopped crying and looked at the sky it was late. And then at Riya she was thinking something. But he was feeling light and more over happy that she didn't show him any sympatric looks to him. Arjun again masked hi feeling in his angry young man look and looked at Riya she was still thinking.
"Riya" he called her out, she looked at him "Thank you" Arjun said and smiled after ages.
Riya in returned just gave her dimple smile. She was happy that he thought that he could share his problem with her.
"Umm... friends..??" Riya asked slowing, as she know he don't want anyone with him but still don't know why she wanted to be always with him.
Arjun looked at her hand and then her face her face was damn innocent he had to admit it. Arjun shook his hand with her and smiled and she too smiled. Soon she thought to change the atmosphere.
"So..umm, aapka naam kya hai..??" Riya asked not knowing his name.
"Arjun" Arjun spoke and smiled at her.
"So Arjun, ab jab aap me re dost ho toh chalo, lets celebrate are friendship" Riya said in her bubbly voice.
"I hate parting" Arjun said blankly.
"are baba m saying let's go to my house, Kriya my sister must have also came with Rey, you will love them we will have talks and get to know about each other" Riya said Arjun was going to protest but Riya stopped and made him agree with her.
Flash Back End
Arjun POV
Bilkol pagal hai ye ladki, par pata nhi usme kya tha ki joh pane (pages) apne life ke kiske bhi saat share nhi kiya wo use dusri mulakat me hi kardiye. Riya ne mujhe wapis ek family dii Kriya jesi sweet sister, Rey jesa bhai and Riya wo toh sirf meri hai.
POV End
He was thinking about the two most important girl in his life one Roshe and another one Riya. He oath himself that he could able to keep safe Roshni but he will keep safe Riya for sure. He have promised this to him and Roshni.
He thought were broke by sakshi, which have mean time came inside the cabin with his cutting chai
"Arjun kidar khoye ho" Sakshi asked irritating Arjun, Arjun glare at her.
"ye lo tumhari chai layi ho" Sakshi said sweetly.
Arjun took the tea and sipped it and looked at Sakshi who was still standing there.
"Aur kuch..??" Arjun asked rudely "Miss Anand back to your work" Arjun almost shouted
"Khadus" Sakshi murmured and left the cabin.
"Pata nhi kal se kya hoga idhar" Arjun looked at the sky and sigh.
