TV actor Karan Tacker was in town recently for his friend's wedding. The good looking guy, who starred in shows like Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, seemed completely in awe of the city, during his first visit. "The entire ride from the airport to the city was so refreshing! Compared to Mumbai, Hyderabad's definitely cleaner and greener. I can't wait to explore the city and dig my teeth into delicacies!" says an excited Karan.

He will soon be hosting a show called Halla Bol, which will deal with sexual harassment faced by women. "The show is about the general problems women face everyday, such as eve teasing, molestation, etc. The aim of the show is to create awareness among women, that they don't need to be afraid to speak up," he explains. "The kind of news we see today makes us helpless. So it's good to be part of a system that's trying to do something. Maybe if more such shows come up, the government will finally provide our women their right to safety," shares Karan.
