Chapter 9

~Rawte Mansion~

9:00pm..

Neha n Jun were sitting in the garden n enjoying their cutting chai n chatting..Rahul was busy with a new project inside the house..

Neha - udya wahini ani mula mumbai etay..

[kal bhabhi aur bacche Mumbai aa rahe he]

Jun - pahile ka nahi sangitlas?

[why didn't u tell before? ]

Neha - mala aaj dupari sangitala..udya sakaali tyanha gheyala jayacha aahe..tumhi yenar ka?

[I was informed today noon..tomorrow morning I'm going to receive them..will u come?]

Jun - ho..thik aahe [yes..ok]

Neha -good night!

Jun - good night!

Jun's room

It was midnight but sleep was very far fron Jun's eyes..it had memories in his eyes..today he did not stop them from coming..

His mobile beeped n he read the msg..

Arjun! Aapko ek bahot zaroori baat batani he..jaldi ghar aana..

He replied..ha..jaldi aa jaunga..

He went home n after getting fresh he asked Roshni

Jun - Rosh! Kya baat he..aaj mujhe ghar jaldi kyu bulaaya?

Roshni - aapka promotion ho gaya he..

Jun - promotion?! par abhi tak promotion ka letter nahi aaya..sirf baat hui thi..wo bhi abhi huyi..tumhe kaise pata chala?

Roshni - he bhagwan! Mere pati sabko samjhate he..par itni si baat bhi nahi samjhe

Jun - Rosh..tum pehle mujhse baat karo..apne bhagwan se baad me baat karna..aur kya baat he..saaf-saaf kaho..

Roshni - wo koi aane wala he

Jun - koun? Sam? Tumne use kyu bulaaya?

Roshni - he bhagwan!

Jun - plz Roshni..apne bhagwan se nahi mujh se baat karo na..koun aa raha he aur kab?

Roshni - itni jaldi nahi..abhi to der he..

Jun - Roshni plz..paheliya mat bujhao..batao na..koun aane wala he?

Roshni - aapko papa aur mujhe mumma bulaane wale!

Jun - accha..[then realised what she said]kya? Iska matlab..me papa banne wala hu!! Oh Rosh! I'm so happy..so so happy..me tumhe bata nahi sakta ki me kitna khush hu..

[he lifts her in air in excitement n starts moving around the house happily]

Roshni - mujhe niche utaariye Arjun!

Jun - haan..oh sorry..wo meri exitement..me mein bhul gaya tha..

Some months later..

The babies were born..they were twins..a girl n a boy..

Roshni - Arjun..apne bachho ko god me nahi lenge?

Jun - [looked at the two angels]mujhe dar lag raha he..kitne chote he..me kaise..

Sam - kitna darpok he tu jun..ye le [goes to hold one of them but is stopped by Jun]

Jun - nahi..tu ruk..mere bacche he..pehle me uthaunga..tu baad me aana Sam..

[he then lifts his daughter n kisses her forehead gently n then does the same with his son]

Roshni - ab jaldi se meri pyaari nanad ko phone kijiye aur bataiye use ki wo bua ban gayi he..aur apne bhatije aur bhatiji ke liye naam soch kar rakhe..

Jun - haan..abhi phone karta hu..subah se 25 baar phone kar chuki he..jaldi nahi bataaya to poora ghar sar par utha legi..

It was the second anniversary of Arjun n Roshni

In the morning Neha came n took kids with her saying that they both should enjoy their anniversary alone..

He remembered how much arguments Neha had with Roshni in order to let her take kids with her..it was for the first time that Neha argued with Roshni..n also the last..Roshni was arguing that the kids were small still n they would not stay with her while Neha was in the complete mood of taking them with her..

At last Arjun stepped in n allowed Neha to take kids with her..Roshni wasn't pleased at all but she agreed as she had no choice a all..

he never regretted his decision..because he would have lost them too that day with his Roshni..

he again remembered Roshni being stabbed..

Morning..

Jun heard someone knocking the door he saw it was Neha..

Neha - aap abhi tak taiyaar nahi huye? Flight land ho jayegi..jaldi chaliye..

Jun - haan..tum gaadi nikaalo me aata hu..

Airport

Neha n Jun just reached the airport n the announcement was made that the flight from London has landed..

Neha - perfect timing!

Jun - haan wo to he! Waise agar thoda slow chalati to bhi hum pahuch hi jaate

Neha - thodi der intezaar karne me kya jaata he..waise bhi sabr ka fal mitha hota he..

There came Shyna with three kids..Sunny,Arni n Aryan

Kids immediately came running towards Neha shouting Sonuma!'n hugged her..she hugged them back n then both the kids started talking

Arni - sonuma..aapko pata he mene aapko bahot miss kiya

Aryan - ha..mene bhi sonuma

Neha - humne bhi aap dono ko bahot miss kiya

Arni n aryan - [together] sachhi!

Neha - mucchi!

Arjun was lost in dreams seeing his kids..he was seeing them after three long years

Abhi mujh mein kahin
Baaki thodi si hai zindagi
Jagi dhadkan nayi
Jaana zinda hoon main toh abhi

Kuch aisi lagan iss lamhe mein hai
Yeh lamha kahaan tha mera

Kids see Jun then ask Neha

Arni - sonuma..aap papa ko bhi saath lekar aayi?

Neha - haan beta..humne kaha tha na..

Both go to Jun

Ab hai saamne
Ishe chhuu loon zara
Marr jaaun ya jee loon zaraaa

Khushiyaan choom loon
Yaa ro loon zara
Marr jaaun ya jee loon zaraa

They both hug their dad..

Hoo abhi mujh mein kahin
Baaki thodi si hai zindagi

Hoo... dhoop mein jalte hue tann koo
Chhaya pedh ki mil gayi
Roothe bacche ki hansi jaise
Phuslane se phir khil gayi
Kuch aisa hi ab mehsoos dil ko ho raha hai
Barson ke puraane zakhmon pe marham laga sa hai

Kuch esa rehaam hai,
Iss lamhe mein hai
Ye lamha kahaan tha meraa

Jun smiled then kissed his children

Ab hai saamne.. isse chhoo loon zara
Marr jaaun ya jee loo zara
Khushiyaan choom loon
Ya ro loon zara
Marr jaaun ya jee loon zara

He had tears in his eyes n was smiling..the kids got confused at this n asked him

Arni - papa..aap humse milkar khush nahi huye

Aryan - nahi..shayad papa ki aankh me kuch chala gaya hoga

Jun looked at them n smiled again

Dor se tooti patang jaisi
Thi yeh zindagaani meri
Aaj hoon kal ho mera na ho
Har din thi kahaani meri
Ek bandhan naya peeche seh ab mujhko bulaye
Aane wale kal ki kyun fikar mujhko kyun sataa jaaye

Ik aisi chubhan, iss lamhe mein hai
Yeh lamha kahaan tha mera
Ab hai saamne.. isse chhoo loon zara
Marr jaaun ya jee loon zara
Khushiyaan choom loon
Ya roh loon zara
Mar jaaun ya jee loon zara

Shy - ab ghar chalenge devarjee ya yahi rukne ka iraada he?

Jun - haan..wo..

Neha - rehne dijiye..pehle ghar chalte he..baaki baate ghar par hi kar lenge

All go home

~Rawte Mansion~

Neha - rukiye..bina aarti kiye aandar nahi..

Ramu kaka had already brought aarti thaali n Neha did aarti n brought them in

Neha - welcome home!aapke hi ghar me aapka swagat he bhabhi..

Shy - thank u nanad ji!

Ramu kaka - bahurani..andar aaiye..

All get inside the house

Neha - how was the trip sunny?

Sunny - tiring!

Neha - yes..so then just go n rest..see u in the evening! Ramu kaka..inhe inke kamre dikha dijiye..

Ramu kaka - ji didi ji..chalo baccho..

Sunny - ok come arni..aryan..

They three go with ramu kaka

Neha - bhabhi..aap bhi aaram kijiye..shaam ko milte he..hum abhi office jaakar aate he..haina bhaiya..

Jun - haan..chalo

Meanwhile in the ETF conference room

All r doing their paperworks n Sam is in his cabin so chatting is also going on

Ri - yaar aaj ye Neha dikhayi nahi de rahi..

Shree - Neha ya koi aur??

Ri - shree..

Ai - shree sahi keh raha he..waise Neha aaj half-day chutti par he..

Cho - Arjun sir pata nahi kyu nahi aaye..

Their teasing session went on for some-time but they saw Neha n Jun coming into the office..shree saw them first

Shree - ri..lo aa gaye..Neha aur Arjun Sir [stressing on Arjun sir]

Cho - waise sir aaj bahot khush lag rahe he..dekho smile bhi kar rahe he..

Ai - haan yaar..

Li - sab kaam karo warna phir se daant padegi

Neha went to the Conference room n Jun went to Sam's cabin

Conference room

Krn - are jungli billi..kahan se aa rahi he subah-subah?

Neha - sherni aur chuzo ko lene gaye the..

Krn - accha..ghar me chidiya ghar kholne ka plan he kya?

Neha - rats! Don't tell me that u don't know whom I was talking about!

Krn - ye code word me baat karegi to kise samajh ayega? Me antaryaami nahi hu!

Neha - u r a fool! Itni seedhi baat samajh nahi paaye!

Krn - me akela nahi..yahan jo bhi baithe he kisiko samajh nahi aaya ki tu kiski baat kar rahi he..

Neha looks at everyone having confused expressions on their faces

Neha - in logon ko nahi samajh aaya..maante he par tum kuch guess to karo rats!come on..guess something!

Krn - ok..let me try!..sherni aur chuze..[then something strikes his mind] kya!! Sach? Kya ye wo he jo me samajh raha hu?

Neha - ab batayega bhi!

Krn - [tells in her ears]Shyna di aur bacche aaye he?

Neha - finally..u guessed it correctly!

The rest of ETF team is still confused that what r these tom n jerry r talking about..they were going to ask but Sam n Jun stormed in the Conference room..now all had to do their paper work silently..their bosses had arrived!

Evening..

Sam calls the day off

~Rawte Mansion~

Neha, Karan, Sam n Jun at Rawte mansion

Shy welcomes them..

Shy - to aap sab aaj jaldi aa gaye..waise ye jaldi aane ke liye Neha ne hi kaha hoga haina?

Krn - di..aap ko kaise pata chala?

Neha - wo hamari bhabhi he! Isliye unhe sab pata hota he..!

Shy - [holds their ears]bas..ho gaya tum dono ka? Kabhi seedhe muh baat nahi kar sakte?

Krn - ahh di..bas..sorry..agli baar nahi karunga..plz di kaan haath me aa jayega..

Neha - ohh..bhabhi..hamare kaan ko baksh dijiye..uski koi galati nahi he!

[shy leaves their ears n there came the 3 kids..they stormed the room shouting]

Arni - dau![sunny]aapki turn he..aryan ko pakadna he..

Aryan - nahi dau! Arni ko pakdo..uski turn he..

Neha catches both arni n aryan..n they both start complaining

Arni - sonuma..not fair..aapne mujhe pakad liya..aryan ki turn thi

Aryan - nahi sonuma..arni ki hi turn thi..

Neha - accha..baad me khelna..pehle dekho koun aaya he..

Arni n aryan - [together looking at sam] uncle sam!

Krn - in dono ne to bhai ko pizza bana diya!

Sam glared at Krn but before he could say anything kids came to him n he hugged them!

Then kids also hugged Krn .. by that time Rahul also reached home..

Rahul - are bhai..kya baat he..saara pyaar apne maamu ke liye? Chachu bhi khade he..aa jao!

Arni n aryan - [together] owl chachu! [they cant pronounce rahul properly yet so owl]

Krn - bhai ko pizza aur rahul ko ullu bana diya..very good..lage raho mere baccho!

Jun - ye tere bacche kab se ho gaye?

Krn - wo..jiju..wo..

Jun - wo ke aage bhi to kuch bolo..abhi to bahot bol rahe the..ab kya hua?

Shy - accha..ab sab haath-muh dho lijiye..me khana lagati hu..

All go to freshen up n then have dinner together..then spend some time with kids n then Sam n Karan leave to their homes

All r tired n go off to sleep but kids r one strike saying that they'd be sleeping with Neha n not before hearing a story from their dad!

So jun has no escape but to tell them a story..he tells it n before he completes it he sees that the kids n Neha had already slept..he stops telling the story n gets up when Neha says

Neha - bhaiya..goshta purna tar kara [kahaani poori to kijiye..]

Jun - tu jhopli nahis? [tum soyi nahi?]

Neha - nahi..itkya lavkar nahi..aata tar he dogha parat uthtil jar aangai geet nahi aikavli tar..mhanun itkya lavkar nahi jhopu shakat..tumhi goshta purna kara.. [nahi..itni jaldi nahi..abhi ye dono phir se uth jayenge agar lori nahi sunaayi..isliye itni jaldi nahi so sakte..aap kahaani poori kijiye..]

Jun completes the story n then Neha sings a lullaby for the kids..jun notices that when Neha sings the lullaby the kids smile in their sleep as if they r attentively listening to her..

Neha - aata jhopun jaa..[now go off to sleep]good night!

Jun - good night!
