2 States collected a very good 14.50 crore nett over its second weekend which is slightly better than Jai Ho which is the highest second weekend grosser of the year before 2 States with around 14 crore nett.
The ten day figure of 2 States is 73 crore nett approx and the film has a shot at a lifetime total of 100 crore nett with the third week being the key. The second week figures of Jai Ho were around 21.50 crore nett so 2 States should surpass that and be around 81-82 crore nett in two weeks.
If the film fails to reach the 100 crore nett mark it will be due to the North as for the content of the film, North should have been best but it has underperformed while Mumbai and South have fared best.
