Hm no! Actually it was like both of us were playing a game where we said HP characters' names in turns and both of us thought about the guy in the portrait but didn't know his name. So we came and looked it up in wiki, that's it!

Actually the part about Harry's best friend calling the person mental gave it away. I actually remembered Ron telling Harry that Cadogan was a mental!

Well guys, may I give a very simple one now? Here goes..

I had a lover, and a friend
And the days we had were joyous to no ends.
But then dark times came and valiantly we fought
But my heart will be broken, we had foreseen not.
