sam:-riya..dekho unhone gurentee ke arnav ki custody tumhe hi milegi..par it requires some time..(riya's face again cover with sadness again)..but ya..he is trying..ke woh court se permission le sake ke tum atleast one time in a week arnav ko mil sakho..

sam:-yes riya..jald hi tum arnav se mil sakogi..n that too with court order..aur fir rawte tumhe nahi rok payega usse milane ke liye..

sam:-riya..meine commissioner sir se tumhari joining ki bare me baat ki he..he wants to meet u..but..

Meeting with commissioner :-

Sam,arjun n riya are sitting in cabin with commissioner..

Sam:-sir..i think..riya ab etf firse join kar sakti he..so..??

Commissioner:-well Rathod..n I want to ask to you also riya..do u both think ke riya ko iss waqt sach me etf join karni chahiye..

Sam(confidently):-yes sir..i am dam sure..she is an assets of my team..

Commissioner nodded as he is convinced..n about to say something..

Commissioner once look to riya..n again arjun..

The trio get out of commissioner's cabin.arjun started walking towards suv..riya marched towards him angrily..

Riya's eyes filled with tears..

Arjun:-tum field work toh kya..arnav ki dekhbhal bhi thik se nahi kar sakti..

Riya(angrily):-arjun..

Arjun:-tell me agar mein arnav ki custody tumhe de du..toh tum usse lekar kaha jaogi..?apne mom dad ke ghar..?unhone toh pehale hi tumhe ghar se nikaldiya he..fir kiske ghar..??rathod ke ghar zindagi bhar rahogi..???agar suppose ghar tumne manage kar bhi liya..toh arnav ke future ka kya..??yaha tum khud abhi thik se job nahi kar paa rahi ho..kaha se laogi paise..?kaise puri karogi usaki har zarurat..?kaise usaki education dogi..?aur agar ye sab kar bhi liya..toh kya arnav ko ek secure life de paogi..???kya usake baba ke pyar ki kami puri kar paogi..??

Riya just keep looking arjun..

Arjun:-isse accha he ke arnav mere sath rahe hamesha..i can give him everything he wants..i can give him better n secure future..i can give him best education n best facilities..he will get all his father's love..

Riya:-n what about mother..?dont he want his mother' love..?

Arjun(smrik):-mother..??now roshni is there to love him as mother..i am going to marry her as soon as our divorce get sanctioned by court..

Riya's heart broke into pieces..

Arjun:-so its better riya..ke tum etf mein aane ka khyal apne dil se nikal do..n its better ke tum arnav ki coustody bhul jao..kyo ki woh mere sath jyada happy rahega..

Riya is felling shattered..

At the same time sam come he just hear last words of arjun..

Sam(angrily):-rawte..apni bakwas band karo..

Arjun(looking to riya):-lo aa gaya..rathod..pata nahi tumhara bhagwan har baar rathod ko hi tumhare liye kyo bhej deta he..

Sam(more angrily):-shut up rawte..

Arjun strugged off..n leave from there..

Sam look to riya..she is looking totlly shattered..

Sam:-riyaaa..

Riya look to sam with hurt eyes..n leave from there..she immigiately take cab n leave..

Sam run behind her but missed her..he started calling on her phone..but it swich off..he call shree n ask him to find her..

It become evening ..still they are searching for her..sam want to yell on arjun..n want to told him all this happened because of him..but he tries to calm himself..as he wanted to find riy first..

Finally shree get clue..n they all (sam,aayesha,choree only..they don't tell arjun or rosh about riya)find her..she was sitting on a bench alone..sam signal all that he will talk to her..all stay away from some distance to her..sam goes close to her..n sit besides her..

Sam(in soft voice);-riya..chalo.ghar chalete he..

Riya don't talk to him for almost 2-3 minutes neighter get up to leave..

After sometime she spoke..

Riya:-he is right..

Sam look to her puzzle..

Riya:-arjun is right..

Sam(angrily):-riya..ye kya keh rahi ho..??

Riya:-aur mein kab settled hougi sir..??shayad kabhi nahi..??aaj jis position pe arjun he uss position pe pahochte..pahochte muze salo lag jayege..aur tab tak arnav ka kya..?jab tak mein settle nahi hougi tab tak arnav ka kya..?mein toh har pal struggle kar lungi sir..but arnav..??mere sath woh bhi struggle karega..??kya mein usako har woh cheez de paugi jis ki usse zarurat he..?kya mein usako woh accha secure future de paugi..??nahi na..??

Sam:-riya..have confidence on urself..i know..jo kuch bhi inn dino hua he..isase tumhara confidence lose hona jayas he..par fir bhi vishvas rakho khud par..u can do everything..u can give every happiness to arnav..

Riya:-agar suppose mein usse sab de bhi du..toh kya mein usse usake baba ka pyar de sakugi..??

Sam keep looking her..he don't know how to answer her now..

Riya:-jis tarah arjun apne life mein aage badh chukka he..mere liye impossible he uss tarah aage badana..mein ab kisi pe utana trust nahi kar sakti jitana arjun pe kiya tha..mein fir se pyar nahi kar sakti..mein fir se kisi se shadi nahi kar sakti..woh jagah meri life mein koi nahi le sakta..fir..mein arnav ko ek maa ka pyar toh de sakhugi par baba ka pyar nahi..

Sam:-rawte bhi toh usse sirf baap ka pyar de sakta he..woh usse maa ka pyar kaise dega..

Riya:-he said roshni mam..

Sam:roshni..???come on riya..??tumhe lagata he roshni arnav se tumhare itana pyar kar sakhegi..??jo ladki sirf khud se pyar karti ho..woh kisi aur ke bte ko apna maan sakhegi..??

Riya:-par arnav ka future toh secure rahega..he will get everything he wants...he will get best future with arjun..not with me..

Sam:-riya..iss waqt tum bahot depressed ho issliye aisa..

Riya:-sir..plz kya aap lawyer se meri baat karwayege plz..?I want to take back arnav's custody's case..

Riya(in depressed tone):-I have taken my decision sir..

She sign the papers that she is giving custody of arnav to arjun..

He give call her..but she don't react as if she has become deaf..

He stop car infront of her..n get down..but she still walking..

She stop when she almost collaps on him..

Her trance get broke..she look towards him..

He was looking with lots of care..n almost teary..

She immigiately hug him..n completely broke down in his arms..

Sam(wisper):-riya...?

Riya(mutter):-mar gayi sir..mar gayi riya..aapke samne sirf ek zinda lash he ab..

She started crying..

Sam hug her tightly..tears rolled down from his eyes..
