Part 15

Next morning everyone was ready on time for sagai...
Astha was nervous and worried tooo that how will shlok react to her joke...while shlok was tensed that what will be astha's decision about their relation...will she accept me with my mistakes or not????
Anjali tried to make him smile but she failed...but a smile appeared on her face seeing him like that...
Anjali thought to herself:bolta tha ke astha se shaadi hi nahi karni aur ab koi iss lardhkey ko dekhey tu kaisey astha ki aik haan ke liye tarap raha hai...
Soon agnihotri family reached astha's house...
She was looking breathtaking in her skyblue and silver lehenga but with her hair done nicely and proper make up and jewelry she was looking much much more beautiful...for a second shlok was again lost in her beauty but seeing her worried face ...he again got tensed...
Shlok:astha ko dekh kar lag raha hai ke un ka faisala na main hoga...
Heer,meher and muskaan all were teasing astha but she was standing quitely looking at shlok...
Avdhoot came to astha and whispered in her ear...
Avdhoot:astha tu ab tak yehi hai.. ab ja aur jaisa hum ne bola hai wo kar...
Astha:baba...please yeh mujhse nahi hoga na...
Avdhoot:tujhey karna hoga...ab jaldi ja...aur teri in saheliyon ko main sambhal loon ga...
Astha moved towards her room...and avdhoot send heer to call shlok...
Heer:shlok ji...astha aap se akeley main kuch baat karna chahti hai...
Shlok:kahan hain astha???...his face was becoming pale thinking about whats going to happen..
Heer:astha apney room main hai???...
Anjali:ja shlok mujhey umeed hai ke astha ka jawab haan hi hoga...
Shlok went to her room...she was standing close to her bed...when shlok knocked the door...
Aap ander aa jayiye shlok...shlok stepped inside...
Shlok:Tu astha aap ne kya faisala kiya hai???...he asked her when she was not saying anything...
Astha:main ne bohat socha iss barey main...par aap ki zindagi main koi aur lardhki hai shlok aap ne mujhse yeh baat pehley kyun chupai???...aap ko pehley hi batana chahiye tha ...kyun aap ne dhoka diya mujhey...she was having tears in her beautiful eyes...
Shlok moved closer to her...his heart was squeezing seeing tears in her eyes...
Shlok:I m sorry astha...main batana chahta tha but thori si dher hogayi...he said wiping her tears...
Astha:please shlok mat ayiye merey kareeb kyun ke main nahi maaf kar sakti aap ki ghalti ko...she said in anger...
Shlok was numb on seeing her behavior...as it was for the first time he saw her sooo angry...
Shlok:tu iss ka matlab aap ka jawab ...
Astha:haan shlok...main aap se koi rishta nahi rakhna chahti...merey nazdeek aik relation main trust hona bohat zaroori hai... par aap ne tu mera trust hi tor diya shlok...
Shlok was completely shattered hearing no from her...
Shlok was almost teary...''astha kya aap mujhey aik mauqa bhi nahi den sakti ...please???''...he said placing his hand on her shoulder...
Astha removed his hand from her shoulder...
Astha:please shlok mainey kaha na ke door hojayiye mujhse...main aap ko aur nahi bardhast kar sakti ...please chaley jayiye yahan sey...tears were flowing through her beautiful face...
Her every single rude word pricked his heart deeply...he left the room in guilt...
As he left ...astha said to herself...''i m sorry shlok''...aap ke aur merey ghar waley chahtey they ke main aap ko na bolun...but i am sorry ke main ne aap ko itna hurt kiya...

Shlok came downstairs...his face was telling that something big had happened...
Anjali,niranjan and avdhoot were standing together...and were enjoying his condition...
Niranjan:dekha...kaisey roni shurat ho gayi hai shlok ki...kehta tha keh village ki lardhki se shaadi nahi karni...
Anjali:theek keha aap ne ...ab tu astha issey na mili tu iss ka guzara tu muskil lagta hai...she whispered...
Avdhoot:niranjan yaar...tu pehla baap hai jo apney betey ko pareshan dekh kar aisey muskara raha hai...
Niranjan:iss ka aaj yeh sabaq seekhna zaroori hai...kisi ko tukrana kya hota hai...jab ke samney wala aik behad acha insaan ho...yeh aaj shlok ko achey se samajh aa gaya hoga...

Shlok came and stand next to them...
Shlok:avdhoot uncle...baba...aayi...main yeh sagai nahi kar sakta...
They acted as they were very shocked ...
In mean time astha also came there...
Avdhoot:yeh kya keh rahey ho shlok???...
Shlok looked astha with sad eyes...
Shlok:main yeh shaadi nahi kar sakta...kyun ke main astha ke layik nahi hoon...
Avdhoot:par tum aisa kyun keh rahey ho beta????...
Shlok:mujhse se aik ghalti hogayi hai uncle????...
Avdhoot:lekin beta aisa kya kiya hai tum ne???...

Shlok told about swati and avdhoot created a big fake drama that her daughter has decided right by rejecting him...and why he cheated her innocent daughter...making shlok more and more quilty...
Avdhoot:niranjan meri beti ki sagai tu zaroor ho gi...par terey betey se nahi bulkey uss se jissey main ne astha ke liye bohat pehley pasand kiya tha...woh aaj hamarey beech yahi hai ...
Shlok was sooo much quilty that he lowered his head ...but he was shocked and heartbroken...that he was avdhoot's second choice...and who is the lucky man to whom astha will be engaged...
Astha will be engaged to someone else ...even this thought made him mad...no i cannot see her with anyone else..and he started walking towards the door...when avdhoot hold his hand...
Avdhoot:niranjan yeh hai meri pasand...mera honey wala damad...
Shlok's eyes widened in surprise...
Avdhoot smiled aisey kya dekh rahey ho...sagai nahi karni meri astha se...and everyone started laughing...
Shlok:aap mazaq kar rahey haina merey saath???...
Avdhoot laughed...''arey mazaq tu ab tak horaha tha tumharey saath woh bhi tumharey aayi baba ke kehney par''...
Anjali:kitna pareshan kiya tha na tu ne humein iss shaadi ke liye...tu aaj hisaab barabar hogaya shlok...
Shlok sighed in relief ...thank God yeh sab mazaq tha...a smile appeared on his face and his eyes immediately searched for astha who was a little shy and was staring the ground...
Shlok:yeh aap sab ne acha nahi kiya haan...meri jaan nikal di thi aap sab ne...
Heer:shlok ji...hamarey saath reh reh kar aap bhi shaitani karna seekh jao gey...
Shlok:tu aap sab hi shamil they mujhey uloo bananey main...he was smiling now...
Sojal:agar pehley boltey tu terey chehry pe aisi khushi tu na dekhney ko milti na...
Heer:ok ab bohat mazaq hogaya...jis kaam ke liye hum sab yahan hain woh tu kijiye...
Anjali:heer theek keh rahi hai...rasam shuru kartey hain...
Shlok and astha put rings in each others hand...they both were happy but astha was not showing it openly...and shlok was not able to hide it...all the time a big smile was playing on his face...
He was watching her every minute through the corner of his eyes...
and she was avoiding eye contact with him...

Everything went well...both families were busy with the guests...
Suddenly astha just vanished from there...
Shlok looked for her in his surroundings but she was nowhere to be seen...everyone was busy... finding it as a good chance to talk with her he slowly went upstairs to her room...even she was not there...
Finally he thought to check the terrace...

Astha was standing on the terrace watching the moon...and missing her aayi...
Astha:aayi kash aap aaj zinda hoti tu main aap ko bata pati ke main aaj kitni kush hoon...shayed baba theek kehtey hain ke main shlok ko pasand karney lagi hoon...par aaj jab main ne un par khussa kiya aur un se itney burey se baat ki tu mujhey bilkul acha nahi laga...
She was thinking all these things in her mind when shlok saw her on the terrace...
He slowly moved towards her...and she was completely unaware of his presence ...
He was standing just behind her ...his breath fanning her neck made her conscious...she turned ...and both lost in each other for a second...but as she realized that how close they are ..she immediately turned her face on the other side...
Astha:shlok...aap yahan kya kar rahein hain????...
Shlok was still behind her...making her heart beats louder and louder...
Shlok:kissi ne aaj mujh par bohat khussa kiya hai...tu main ussey mananey aaya hoon...he said with a smirk on his face...
Astha:i am sorry shlok ...yeh sab aapki aur meri family ka plan tha...i m really sorry...ke main ne aap se aisey baat ki...
Shlok:Astha...aap ne bhi un sab ka saath diya...mujhey aap se aisi umeed nahi thi...he slowly whispered in her ear... his lips almost touching her earings...
Astha:please shlok ...mujhey maaf kar dijiye...main aap ka dil nahi dukhana chahti thi...she said with little hesitancy...
Shlok:theek hai aap itna sorry keh rahi hain tu aap ko maaf kar deta hoon...jayiye kiya maaf aapko...
Astha:thanku shlok...agar aap mujhey maaf nahi kartey tu mujhey bilkul acha nahi lagta...thank u once again...
Shlok:u r always welcome astha...he smiled seiing her innocence...
Astha:humein neechey chalna chahiye sab wait kar rahey hoon gey...she was about to move when shlok placed his hands on either side of terrace wall trapping her between him and the wall...
She was little nervous and shy...
Astha:shlok yeh aap kya kar rahey????...
Shlok:kya kaha tha aap ne ke door ho jaon aap se...kareeb mat aayon aap ke...aap mujhey bardhast nahi kar sakti...he spoke while reducing the distance between them...
Astha was blushing now...her eyes were fixed on her hands...and a slight smile was playing on the corner of her lips...
Astha:shlok...sab hamara wait kar rahey hain...she hardly said in a low voice...
As shlok took one more step ...she turned her face towards the wall...her heartbeats quicken once again...
But his muscular body collided with hers...
Shlok:ab tu main jitna chahoon aap ke kareeb aa sakta hoon...yeh haq aaj khud aap ne muhey diya hai...he again whispered in her ear...

He could feel her breathing against his chest...''ab tu sari zindagi aap ko mujhey bardhast karna pardhey ga...janti hain na aap''...this time his lips touched her earlobe...instead of her earing...and she shivered on his touch...her cheeks were becoming red...
Astha:please shlok mujhey janey dijiye...she was wriggling in between his arms...when suddenly heer called her...''astha..kahan ho tum...anjali aunty tumhein bula rahi hain''...
Hearing heer's voice shlok removed his hands from the wall with naughtiness in his eyes ...and astha just ran from there with a smile on her face...
''Thank u sooo much astha...mujhey aik baar phir apnaney ke liye...main promise karta hoon ke aap ki zindagi ko khushiyon se bar doon ga''...he muttered while smiling...
