It was evening by now and RK was getting restless. He wanted to go and claim an answer from Madhu but he remembered how rudely she had behaved with him and even he had came back like that. Going back to her again and then the way she could be talking to him. He just sat there still not able to decide whether he should go to her or not.

After some time he saw Madhu passing by from that place. He looked at her wanting that she might just turn to him and at least smile at him. But it didnt seem she knew he was sitting there. But just then she turned to his side, and then she smiled. RK smiled back and just as he was about to stand to greet her, he saw Dipali coming fron behind him and going to meet her. He looked on as he saw Madhu talking to Dipali still smiling. He realised that she was smiling for Dipali. That hurt even more. She was behaving normally with Dipali but she was ignoring him. What had he done. Why was she behaving as if he wasnt there.

Some time back
Madhu after her shoot was sitting alone. She was feeling bad about how she had behaved with RK. What had he done. He was just eating with Dipali. It wasnt something that big. And she realiised that she need not behave like a complaining girlfriend. After all they are just friends. Its not like she loves him or something. So she had decided to go and talk to RK but then as she reached the entrance she saw Dipali's hand on his shoulder. And she had turned back fuming.

But that wasnt her concern now. What bothered her was her own behavior. She was confused why she was feeling this strange displeasure on seeing RK with Dipali. She was not some conservative village girl that she should feel like this. It was obvious that people would talk and chat and spend time. But then why she over reacted on seeing RK with Dipali. She remembered Dipali laughing at RK's jokes and then again she felt a rage in herself. She remembered herself and RK laughing away. Why she thought that it was only her right to be his friend. Why she wanted to be the only one who laughs on RK's jokes.

At the end of her thinking session she came to the conclusion that she was being too close to RK which would mean harm to both her and RK. She might be feeling RK was special in her life but RK doesnt think that and it was clearly. It was normal for him to talk and joke. He behaved same with Dipali too. So that means she should just stay away from him to get her feelings under control.

So when she passed in front of RK she intentionally tried to ignore him. As that would let her also know if she held any importance for him.

RK saw her going away again. Everytime Madhu walked away from him made him feel so empty. He wanted her. He knew he loved her. But he also knew Madhu doesnt feel the same. He sighed and continued with what he was doing. He decided to talk to her when he would find it fitting.

Madhu carried on with her shoot. It was past midnight now and they were still having shoots. Madhu didnt know whether RK was still there and she was feeling this urge to go and check on him and this was making her feel even more mad at herself. Her wanting to be with RK was making her feel almost scared now. Even after seeing RK with that Dipali and realising that she might not be all that special to him but still she wanted to be with him.

Before she could decide whether she should go to meet RK or not. She saw him coming. She just stared at him as he emerged through the dark of the night. His white shirt made him almost glowing in that dark surroundings. She felt it was her illusion. How can somebody look so appealing in reality. And that glow he had in the dark couldnt be for real. Before she could even realise she was drooling over him. RK saw her staring at him with dreamy eyes and his lips twisted into the sexy smirk of his. Which made Madhu almost gasp for breath. All these reactions of Madhu made RK smirk even more. He understood that definitely he has an effect on her which maybe even she might not realise.

He came close to her and stood in front of her. He snapped his fingers infront of her eyes. And Madhu shook out of her dreamland. She gasped in shock as she realised that it was not a dream and she had been drooling over the real RK that too infront of him.
"Looks like I have quite an effect " he said still smirking.
Madhu cursed herself and moreover that smirk which was making her tingly all through her body. Why does it have to be there.
" You are a bad boy..." she said glaring at him trying to divert the topic from her drooling fiasco.
" What have I done?" he said exasperated.

Madhu took a deep breath in relief as she realised that she was successful. " Its been a full day and you have been running around everywhere except here..." she complained.

"I came to you... You were the one who kicked me away... " he said in an angry tone now.

" I said I want to be alone doesnt mean you have to leave me alone like that" she said glaring at him even more.

"When has the meaning of 'Leave me alone' changed?" he said glaring at her even more.

" It changed this morning... Specially for you..." she scoffs back at him.

RK just kept on glaring at her and she too returned it back. Soon the were having a glaring competition. They both stared angrily n each other's eyes. Madhu's eyes started to well up as she was not able to hold herself back anymore. Staying away from RK the whole day that too both of them ignoring each other intentionally made her feel disconsolate.
"I'll not let you win Madhu... " he said it still furious not knowing himself whether he said that for this staring competition or for the way Madhu had been behaving.


" But you know what... I want you to win..." she said and closed her eyes breaking the eye lock.

RK looked at her shocked. What was she... What goes on in her mind he couldnt understand.

Madhu regained herself and controlled the tears that were threatening her. " So you want me to loose?" Madhu asked him in a soft voice. Her eyes didn't have that same anger that was there a few minutes back.

" How can you even think that? " he came out of his trance and looked at her with eyes full of concern.

Madhu just smiled at him. " Now tell me why were you ignoring me the whole day?" he asked her wanting to know the answer...

Madhu turned her gaze in front of her and started to walk. RK too walked beside her.

" Dont ignore me yet again... I want an answer... " he said with a firm voice.

Madhu was lost in thoughts. She didnt know the answer herself. What she wanted was not clear to even herself. " I thought I was unnecessarily sticking around you.. " she said laughing faintly.

" What??? What you thought" RK exclaimed not believing his ears. " I am the one all the time running behind you.. and you are saying you dont want to stick around..." he looks at her with an angry face.

Madhu grinned at him cheekily. She felt this unexplainable joy being scolded by RK. Nobody had the guts to talk to her like that and she had always cherished that. But today RK scolding him was making her feel overjoyed.

" I am asking you something... and you are giving me your teeth show?" he looked at her with narrowed eyes.

" This is so exciting..." she shrieked like a child.

RK looked at her with a bewildered expression. "Are you real? I am shouting here and you are finding it exciting... "

"Nobody has scolded me since years..." she said in wide eyed excitement.

RK just stared her. A smile crept his lips. He shook his head at her sillyness. " You are cute" he said and unknowingly pinched her nose.

Madhu felt a current in her body. " Do you know you just pinched Madhubala's nose..?" Madhu said acting angry.

" Nope... I pinched Madhu's nose... " he said winking at her. "Are you having another shoot?" he asked her.

" Nope... its already 2 now... " she said non chalantly.

"okay... come lets drop you home..." he said as he held her hand and took her out of the studio.

Madhu just stared at him leading her way, she felt a bliss, she felt like she can go anywhere like that.

@GOODLUCKANGEL Thats what happened with me na... RK was not to fall in love so soon... I thought of something but while writing it all came through like this... So ultimately Dipz character is reduced so much...
