PART 1 of 44

Pratigya stood in front of the bed holding their daughter she had a confused expression. Krishna was legs were sticking out as he was horizontally positioned.. slummed face down on the bed holding someone else's hand, none other than Reshmi, who was peering down on his back. No one saw her walk in.. she came and made her self visible to them.

"Reshmi?" she called Reshmi turned around and quickly got up. "Pratigya?" I thought I had locked the door...' her mind thought.

"what are you doing here.. in my room?" Reshmi quickly took her hand away..

Pratigya was about to say something but Pragati was becoming restless so she switched her to the other side rocking her but she wasn't settling. "Neend aree hai humari gudiya ko hmm?" she kissed her cheek.

"Just a minute" she took Pragati and laid her down in the palna.

"babu.." he slurred taking Reshmi's hand back in his. Reshmi couldn't help but relish the feeling.. Pratigya was busy with her baby.. but she could hear everything. "babu.. holi hai aur hum ess holi par.. and I know you love It when I pull your sari off and do that thing which you love.. he chuckled.. "babu why you not talking you know what thing that drives you crazy.." Pratigya eyes widened in embarrassment Krishna was saying things in too much details. She quickly got up and went over to them. Once Reshmi saw her coming she tried to make a distance.

"Krishna I'm not Pratigya" She looked at Pratigya and Krishna acting like the victim, she moved his hand and got up from the bed. "Krishna?" he heard her familiar sweet voice call his name. He turned around now lying on his back.

"Babu?" he said squinting, looking for Pratigya to Reshmi, "humra babu.". he said stretching his hand out to Pratigya.

"come to me" he said.. Pratigya looked at Reshmi.. "Shakti bhaiya is waiting for you outside" Reshmi nodded to her hint to leave the room, as she left Pratigya locked the door then turned back to Krishna who still had his hand out to her. "babu hold my hand ." he said looking at her. She sighed giving her hand.. "hmm. He hand her hand like he was going to greet her the western way, with his thumb holding her fingers tips down on his palm.

"Krishna why did you drink so much bhang that you have lost all senses?"

"hmm?" he said placing a kiss on her knuckles.

"no listen to me first " she said trying to pull her hand back.

"no you listen.." he pulled her forward and she fell on top of him. Her face angled in his neck, he covered her with his arms holding her in place. For a second she forgot their argument and just enjoyed his scent fill her nose. hmm he smells so good' she slowly lifted her head, with her chin resting on the dip of his neck. He turned his face side ways..their eyes were having a meeting.

"Babu.. your lips I just want to... he bought his face close to hers aiming to kiss her lips, she smiled shyly.

"no" she said placing a finger on his lips.

"what?" he said..

"that's right" she got up from lying to a sitting position, he immediately followed her lead sitting up too, but she got off the bed before he could grab her.

"take these tablets, it will help you sober up" she quickly handed them to him.. he looked at her with confusion.

"come on Krishna then we can do what you want but first have this for me.." she said pacifying him. He agreed and took the tablets with water.

"babu I've had, now come sit with me"

"ok Krishna I will be there in just a minute" he nodded and lied back on the bed... she quickly checked on their daughter she was fast asleep. She looked back to Krishna and he too was in dreamland. She smiled at his sleeping face, so sweet and innocent like a child. She leaned down to his level and kissed his temple, and gave his hair a quick loving stroke. "now beti and papa enjoy your sleep" she closed the curtains making it dark and left the room.

"Shakti bhai enjoying your first holi with your wife?" Shakti smiled holding Reshmi close. Pratigya squirted Krishna with rang and ran...

"Babu wait.. now I'm not intoxicated and I won't spare you now.." he said with a cheeky glint..he went to the table.. no more water pipes?' he looked under the table.

"Krishna here is one I found"

"thank you Reshmi" he took If from her. Pratigya saw Krishna had managed to find one..

"no Krishna.." he circulated her.. Krishna came close.

"now where are you going to hide huh?" he positioned the pipe.

Krishna no I said no" she said giggling..

"holi hai.." he said squirting her with the pipe water.. she felt the water touch her arm and hands, but it wasn't cooling it was burning her literally.

"ahhh.. Krishna its burning.. ahhh what is it acid??.. make it stop !" she shrieked in pain, he saw her skin flare up. "Pratigya!!" Krishna threw the pipe and ran to her side.

"Krishna.." she called loosing balance.

"I got you.. I got.." he said as she fell against his chest.he quickly put his arms around her.. cradling her " and sagged to the floor with her on his lap.. he blew on her arms to make the burning stop, but then the burning started to increase, she screamed in pain!!

"Reshmi! Hello.. he clicked his fingers at her. "your miles away.." she turned to him.

"Sorry I was just wondering where Pratigya and Krishna are"

"she's gone to get baba.." Reshmi smiled.

""that's right Pratigya, this plan won't fail and your dear hubby will be the one to hurt you" she took a pipe from the table. 10 minutes or so Pratigya came in the garden with Pragati.

"where is a baba?"

"he is still asleep, I don't think he is in a state to play, but you both enjoy your first holi after marriage na" she smiled and left before Reshmi could even make an excuse to keep Pratigya outside.

"that's fine too.. he said pulling Reshmi close to him. She faked a smile damn you Pratigya you ruined my plan again!'

Next morning.. Krishna woke up, he looked around his head was a little better all thanks to his wife's caring nature. Pratigya came out of the bathroom, she saw him awake but didn't say anything.

"Babu, holi aaj hai?"

"kya Krishna holi is gone.. it was yesterday and once again you ruined it by getting high!

"oh..." he said in confusion.

"hmm.. now go have a bath it's late" she said about to leave.

"what did I do?" he asked

" you know I thought this year would be different we would have fun no dramas.. but what was I thinking with you drama is always involved!"

"but..." he tried to explain but she left the room before he could.

Pratigya went into the kitchen. "good morning Pratigya".

"morning.. Reshmi" that's all she said otherwise there was silence in the kitchen maybe because Pesiya was there the whole time and what was on her mind she could not discuss with her around. Krishna rang up Ashok and asked what happened as Pratigya wasn't saying anything, he got his explanation and hung up the phone. I don't even remember wanting to drink bhang.. no wonder she is annoyed I ruined holi for her.. but no problem I will make it up to her today itself. He smiled to himself.

"babu come here.."

Krishna I'm busy what is it.. can't it wait?"

"not really" he grabbed her hand and took her from the kitchen, he didn't give her a chance to refuse him. Once they were in the room he closed the door behind them.

"ok.. what do you want from me"

"close your eyes.." he said.

"I'm not in a mood for games.." he ignored her comment, he bought a plate of rang and applied It on her cheeks

"happy holi babu"

"what is this.. Krishna holi was yesterday"

"I know but..

"and what you think by doing this you will recreate holi?.. it doesn't work that way" she wiped the colour off her cheeks.

"you still not forgiven me for yesterday?" she was silent.

"I... I think..."

"Pratigya" they were interrupted by the knock on the door. .

"that's it.. I've tried , I'm done trying" he placed the steel plate on the table with a loud bang that made her jump, she turned to him, she didn't expect him to feel this bad about it He unlocked the door.

"where are you going?"

"out" now she was feeling bad. He saw Pesiya and just ignored her.

"krish... she called.

" everything ok krishnabahu?"

"yes.. never mind that why did you call me?" Pesiya told her that Amma called both daughter in-laws to come to the hall. Amma spoke and Pratigya listened but her mind was elsewhere, shortly Krishna came back he saw all in the hall and then left for his room, Reshmi eyes followed his tracks. Pratigya had a feeling she didn't know whether to say anything or to just leave it..

"Ahem.. Reshmi I'm meaning to ask you something can you come with me once your free."

"ok, I'm free now what do you want to ask me"

"not here" she went into the store room and closed the door

"ok.. um.., what were you doing with my husband.. sorry that didn't sound right I mean Krishna was sleeping but you?.." she felt embarrassed to ask this question she kept looking down.

"oh Pratigya, you really think I have feelings for Krishna?" Pratigya looked up

"what no I.. didn't mean that

"Your right I do!" Pratigya was shocked to hear this, she thought it was in her head that Reshmi may have a crush on her hubby but.

"I'm sorry what, you Shakti right.. your husband?

"Shakti.. oh please he was just a way in so I could come and be closer to Krishna"

"Reshmi I get that you maybe have a crush on Krishna but that's all it is"

"That maybe so but seriously he could do a lot better than you"

"excuse me?"

"yeah I've seen the way you talk down to him, like he is some sort of lapdog, just because your educated you think your better than everybody else?."

"I don't have to listen to this"

"yes you do?" she said blocking the door.

"you see I love Krishna for who he is"

"you don't know who he is.. and neither do you know anything about our history together so I suggest you shut your mouth!" Reshmi laughed..

"let me tell you how solid your relationship is .. she took a pencil "Krishna and pratigya are like this" she snapped the pencil in half.

"weak..even almost had a divorce"

"How do you.." Has Reshmi been snooping in her history how did she know all this.

"Face it Pratigya your not good for him, he is so pure hearted and you treat him like your slave"

"no I don't.. and I don't have to listen to you, Krishna is my husband and I will be damned if I let you or anyone point a finger at my marriage!." Pratigya could've given Reshmi every justification of her love for Krishna but she didn't need to, she was confident of his love for her.

"fair enough I don't know, but what I do know it when I came into this house Krishna was siding with me mostly and it caused problems for you" Pratigya didn't say anything she knew what she was saying was true.

"what happened, no comeback comment.. cat caught your tongue?" Pratigya didn't have anything else to say, she left the storeroom quietly. She walked into the hall saw dadi and SS playing with Pragati, but she was a little fazed in her own thoughts. Reshmi saying was it true?.. am I really like that?, Krishna does he feel that?.. stop it Pratigya who the hell is Reshmi at the end of the day you know how much Krishna loves you.. she smiled and entered the room. Krishna was sitting on the bed checking his phone. He got up from the seat once he saw her lock the door, he was confused. how dare Reshmi make me question my marriage, me and Krishna are soild. She walked up to him, she saw his innocent look on his face.

"babu I'm sorry about.. her eyes met his soft gaze. Stop apologising Krishna her mind thought she was feeling bad as it is.

"I didn't"... he spoke and she grabbed his face, silencing him with a kiss. He was confused at her behaviour she released him meeting his eyes.

"your forgiven ok?" she said reassuring nodding at him.

"I love you Krishna" she kissed his lips again. "Babu I lub you too and I'm sor..

"Shhh" she placed her index finger to his already parted lips. Her breath hitched in her throat, at her own bold actions.

"no more talking.. just" her expression turned into a naughty one and Krishna mirrored her expression getting what she was saying, he pulled her close and latched his mouth on hers, their kisses became deep and fervent. "Krishna I want you... now" she whispered.. in his ear then hugged him tightly. He held her tightly it felt so good having her in arms, he pushed her hair to the side and kissed the side of her neck.. "Mmm" she sighed. Pressing her lips together.

He enjoyed her response and kissed the same spot again, then gently he unravelled her sari.. it fell to the ground, he lifted her out of it and off the ground placing her on the bed they continued to share passionate open mouth kisses.

"I know you love it when I kiss you here.." he kissed the side of her neck and she giggled.

"Krishna stop" she laughed. Whilst caressing his nape. they hadn't been close for sometime they were hugging and kissing in between exchanging sweet smiles.

Reshmi's plan failed good.

Now P knows the real reason why Reshmi married Shakti and her love for K. P will be more watchful around Reshmi to make sure she doesn't cause more problems for K.

The Kriya love scene was beautifully written 😳

The Precap 😲😲 NItin has been killed and K has been arrested. Don't think Ashok will help P. Wonder if this is Nitin's plan and he is still alive and framing K for his murder.

Krishna was getting ready for work.

"Babu pass me my phone" called Krishna as he did his shirt button stood in front of the mirror "Here you go" she placed it on the table "and let me do that" she removed his hands replacing it with her own as she fiddled with the buttons. He held her hands as she did this. "Suno?"

"Hmm" he replied

"come home early from work today"

"good mood after last night then?" he said cheekily, she looked up at him shyly but he was in a naughty mood and she knew that glint look in his eyes too well.

"ahem all done" she gave a quick pat on the shoulders. "aren't you getting late for work?" she said walking away.

"eh babu, he said whilst pulling by her soft wrists , she gasped when her back came against his chest. She knew he had a habit of doing this but it caught her by surprise every time.

TN HALL.

"Thank you for coming I hope we can move on from all the problems and start afresh you know what's been happening here and thank you for the second chance I'm ever so grateful and in your debt. Reshmi stood next to Shaki "This is Shakti bahu.. take her blessings both of you" Reshmi bowed down.

"happy married life to you both" she said.

"Pesiya where is kisnabahu and baba?"

"In their room I will just call them"

"yes hurry up!"

Kriya room

"I'm the boss so I don't have to give any reason if I get late" he gave her waist a squeeze.

"Ruko bauji!" SS still holding Pragati turned around to an angry Pratigya coming towards him.

"Bauji give me her" SS looked annoyed.

"Ka baba everytime your wife has to create problems" Shakti shook his head a her attitude.

"no!" she quickly took Pragati out of SS hands..

"ka, eh baba what's wrong with your wife?" Pratigya held her daughter upright, rubbing her head and supporting her back. SS looked at Krishna accusingly poor Krishna stood not really knowing what to say. Gurumaa looked at SS she was insulted enough.

"ee kisnabahu pagla gayi ho.ka?" said SS but the mother in Pratigya was only concerned about her daughter.

"kisnabahu yeh ka tarika hai?" dadi said getting up. All looked at Pratigya like she had lost it. She didn't say anything she turned around and went towards her room. Krishna was confused at her behaviour too.

"a ahem" SS cleared his throat. "Baba go see to your wife and bring her back after making her understand." Krishna nodded and left from there.

"You ok? hmm? you don't have to go to that woman, maa is here na?" she kissed her cheek. She heard the door click she knew it was Krishna and why he had come he shut the door.

"Babu.." she turned to him.

"Listen Krishna I don't want that woman anywhere near our daughter"

"why?"

"why? your really asking that. You know I didn't help her when she went to jail and now.. she wants something or she is back for revenge or.." Krishna chuckled.

"kya Krishna your finding this funny?"

"areey babu.. gurumaa has blessed all of us, me, shakti bhai and komaliya and we have turned out fine." Pratigya was silent.

"Krishna.. maybe she is after vengeance I refused her case and all of a sudden she is fine?" I'm worried what if she does some sort of black magic on her, if anything happens to my baby I will die"

"Babu I thought you don't believe in all this superstitious"

"I don't but I can't take any chance with her" she kissed her head followed by her cheek, she looked adorable in the red dress, her chubby cheeks were too cute.

"babu.. nothing will happen I would never let anyone harm a hair on her head" she nodded she knew Pragati was his world.

"Pragu come to papa" he said

"nai Krishna I don't want anything to happen to her"

"babu I'm not taking her out of the room I just wan to hold my baby."

"eh rajkumari" he said with his arms stretched out. She turned her head and smiled at her papa. Pratigya could feel her daughter bounce in the excitement of seeing him, she almost leaped out of her arms. She kissed her cheek and handed her to him.

"I think she is going to crawl very soon.. she can turned over by herself when I keep her on the bed."

he held her upright in front of him.

"is that right baby girl.. my gudiya is all ready to crawl?"

"say yes papa I'm going to crawl and be into everything just like my papa was when he was little.. that's right dadi told me" she laughed. Krishna looked at them both and smiled he eased the atmosphere in the room but outside was still tense. "babu I understand if your not comfortable with this I'm on your side" He switched Pragati from the front to the side.

"thanks Krishna for always understanding me" she hugged him. he held one hand around the waist whilst the other held Pragati. "always babu" he kissed her head.

Krishna walked into the hall.. "baba where is my potti?"

"she's gone to sleep"

and I'm getting late for work so.." he walked ahead.

"Baba! At least you should come and take her blessings" Krishna rolled his eyes and turned around. "Baba come here" Krishna was hesitant. "or you have lost faith in me too just like kisnabahu?"

"sala behooda bow down.. you have known her for years and she is no less than god" Krishna didn't want t argue and he was feeling a bit bad gurumaa always had the best intentions for him, he quickly shook his head "it's not like that gurumaa" and he took her blessings.

"Be happy always" she blessed him..

"see how good she is and then there is Kisnabahu who has no respect for her elders or...

"Your right even I don't understand her behaviour" Amma was puzzled.

"Sajjanbahu leave it and baba I know kisnabahu don't worry about her I know she is a little upset but I will get her on side, she's a mother and just protected over her child. Krishna nodded he didn't want to get in between all this.

"bauji I'm getting late see you in the evening" he left from the hall. Reshmi looked from the corner.. "why is Pratigya so angry with her.. I wonder what happened. I will must find out" she exited from the hall.

"Hey Krishna thanks for meeting me" Ashok said as he saw him come towards the park area. "no problem yaar what was urgent and couldn't wait?

"no I'm waiting for another friend of mine I need to give him something" Krishna was confused what friend was Ashok talking about.

"ok sure" Krishna checked his mobile then he looked ahead.

"Ashok sorry I'm late I had to run a errand" Krishna looked as the voice sounded to familiar.

"Nitinwa?"

"Oh Krishna?"

"oh what you both know each other?" Ashok acted like it was a surprise to him.

"hmmm" said Krishna he put his phone away.

"tum eeya par aur Ashok he is your friend?"

"yeah Krishna, but how do you know him"

"he stole my fianc" said Nitin

"oh.. as in Pratigya?" Ashok acted confused.

"watch your mouth I didn't steal anyone who didn't want to be stolen..Pratigya is my soulmate" Ashok looked at Nitin gave him the calm down look

"ok your right sorry Krishna.. it's been a long time we should move past this na?" Krishna was hesitant then asked.

"are you married?" Ashok was about to open his mouth.

"yes I am" Ashok shot Nitin a why are you lying look'

"see I have moved on so should we, Ashok is a really good friend and it would be good if we can get along"

"Yeah Nitin's right I mean he's married and your married everyone has moved on na so what do you say?" Krishna eyed Nitin carefully.

"that's great" said Nitin a little too quickly. "ahem I mean yeah we can maybe have a boys night out and catch up?"

"Nitin what's the hurry, when Krishna is ready he will let you know na" he patted Krishna on the shoulder.

"hmmm" he replied then his phone started to ring. "excuse me" he took it making a distance so he could hear.

"what yaar why the hurry?" said Ashok.

"Don't play innocent you know why and I'm done talking with her, I will get her attention this way and..

"sorry that was chandva I need to go restaurant now some problem that he can't solve"

"sure Krishna we will catch up soon" Krishna nodded to Nitin. Krishna went to leave then turned around.

"Nitinwa I just want to say sorry about you know everything that happened.. especially about getting you beaten up" Nitin fakes a smile.

"forget it Krishna it's in the past" Krishna nodded and headed for his car.. the car sped off.

"In the past my foot! I will never forget that humiliation he spat angrily.

"Calm down my friend" Ashok patted his shoulders "don't worry we will settle the scores very soon."

"Papa will be home soon" she placed her in the palna. Kisnabahu, may I come in?"

"Gurumaa what does she want ughh" she adjusted her hair tucking a strand behind her ear and opened the door.

"Kisnabahu can I please have a word?"

"now isn't a good time I just put her to sleep so..."

"it's ok we can go to my room come.." she held her hand. Pratigya hesitantly nodded her head. They went to her room and Reshmi followed behind.. the door closed but she stuck her ear at the door.

"I can understand that you are annoyed with me..you know sending my people from the ashram to help you and baba have a child and you went through all those tests"

"not just me Krishna was humiliated in the process, he spoke horribly to him and said we won't have a child."

"I apologise for his attitude and I realise even I'm in the wrong"

"no it's fine you don't need to you are older than me and have more life experience and the whole family respects you" Pratigya knew gurumaa was a very important person to the family. "and about your case" Gurumaa laughed in her deep manly voice that she has. "Kisnabahu I understand why you didn't help me and I realise that if I was in this situation I would've did the same thing" she smiled "and some time in prison has made things into perspective and it gave me time to think, I only want the best for sajjan's family and I would like to bless baba's daughter so she has a wonderful life ahead, but I understand if your not comfortable with it beta.. you think about what is best" she got up running loving hand over her head. "think about it hmm?" Pratigya nodded. Outside Reshmi quickly moved out of the way. Pratigya sat thinking. The door clicked.

"don't think too much you might lose a brain cell"

"Reshmi what do you want?"

"you know what or shall I say who I want" Pratigya got up from the bed. With a amused look on her face on how stupid this girl is.

"your pathetic, stop wasting your time and with this dumb fantasy you have of Krishna"

"won't be long before I make it a reality"

"your delusional and a waste of time to talk to.. ever thought what Shaktibhai would do to you if he found out?. men in this house excluding Krishna would skin you alive. .just keep that in mind" Pratigya walked off leaving Reshmi to think hard about what she said. "and you have only seen Krishna's nice side don't compel him to show his bad and another thing. Leave my Krishna alone! or mujhse bura koi na hoga samjhe?!" Before Reshmi could make a comeback comment Pratigya left the room.

"Pratigya you just showed me your scared of the competition but let me tell you one thing I will not back down so easily, If I can't make Krishna mine then my name isn't Reshmita!

Krishna came home he saw most people in the hall he didn't want to say anything so he went straight in the bedroom hoping thinks were better. He saw Pratigya sitting on the bed with Pragu in her lap.

"Babu everything ok?"

"Krishna when did you come" she got up with her.

"just now how are you I mean at home did anyone say anything, bauji or by the way guess who I met today ?"

"hold that thought today me and gurumaa we spoke and I've had time to think about it and there is something I need to do" she said.. "come.." she took Pragati out with her and into the hall with him in tow. Everyone became quiet when the three of them came towards her.

"Gurumaa here bless our baby" and without hesitation she gave her. "alle alle she looks just like kisnbahu" Krishna smiled at her.

"yeah after all my wife is the most beautiful woman in the world. Hearing this Reshmi wanted to gag. "Here may you all 3 be blessed with happiness always" Pratigya took her back.

"good you came to your senses kisnabahu" he couldn't help but have a dig at her. She nodded at SS.. "babu I'm going to go take a bath" Pratigya nodded to her husband, as he went and Pratigya sat down to talk to Amma, Reshmi left towards Kriya's room.

Gurumaa I've noticed after seeing baba's baby you acting strange"

"that's because Sajjan I had a feeling and it's not good I'm afraid kisnbahu is fooling you all"

Pratigya was shocked at what she was hearing and very confused.
