For last 15 days Mrinalini daily went to hospital to check both Radhika and Dev, today also she went, only to find Radhika crying in her cabin room, she doesn't understand first, but when she found the reason, she can't help but be shocked. Dev got the memories of his old life back, but in that way he forgot his new life, that much was certain. She went to see him...
"Hey Mrin, what happened to you. You look so much old." Dev spoke very enthusiastically...
Mrinalini looked at him dumbstruck, every one call her Mrinu or mrinalini, but its only her Dev whom ever called her Mrin, no one even knows it , she went to him "D.P"
Dev grinned " Last time I checked , I don't have any dopple ganger, so it will be me only. Hey by the way I never remember us having such a big hospital in Vrindavan, is it Delhi? By the way when does Radhika beome a doctor, and whose that guy saying him self as my bro... Does arjun have any lost twin or what?'
Mrinalini sat beside him " What does you remember last?"
Dev rolled his eyes " Me and Radhika, we both are going in a boat and we have an accident.."
Mrinalini sighed " That happened 32 years back Dev"
Dev was shocked " What? Then how was I here as much as my very self. I mean a bit aged, but my boy doesn't feel like some 58 years old aged body"
Mrinalini closed her eyes " Dev you are just 31, so your body feels like a 30 yeats old body only"
Dev almost fainted, but he shook himself " Means..."
Just then one of the senior doctor came " Means you were a 31 year old man. So Mr.Dev how are you feeling now"
Dev shook his head " How will you feel, if some one said you that you just did a fast forward to 32 years in life, shall I call it my life, or some other life of mien... God, where's Radhs when I need her"
Doctor frowned , he examined him a bit asking him some questions and then frowned a bit, he looked at him " So what shall I deduce Dev, its some other life of you?"
Mrinalini sighed, and she looked at Doctor, he motioned her to come out, she followed him, to where Dev's parents are standing he spoke to them all at once " I think, Dev have some other memories, we never faced this condition here, but the condition have some documentations. Its purely luck that he was again born into same family. Any way, I warn you people not to say much shocking news to him. Mrs.Purohith, he turned to Mrinalini, Dev reacts positively to you, I guess you are one of the prominent member in his other life"
Mrinalini nodded " I am his sister in law"
Doctor nodded, " I suggest that if your family don't have any problems, you shall let Dev stay with you for duration. What say Hari. "
Hari nath nodded " I don't have any problem, but I want to have some role in my sons life."
Doctor nodded gravely " I can understand , but its not a regular consequence... So we can't say any thing. He can be discharged tomorrow, because his vital and all are completely fine."
They all nodded...
Rohan however asked doctor " Doctor, can you keep it discreet, if the word spreads there will be un wanted attention. We much prefer Dev not to become an experiment material"

They were in Dev's room in hospital and Mrinalini was trying to tell him about his relatives.. Dev atleast tried to acknowledge Hari and Chaya, he then asked Mrinalini " Am I married Bhabhs"
Chaya said " Yes Dev you are."
Dev looked at Mrinalini and asked " Please say its Radh, or else you know what will happen. If its any one else, I will kill my self. I don't care it is my own or not. You know we are soul mates and all... Please Mrin tell me its Radhs"
Rohan immediately intervened " Yes bro, its Radhs as you say"
Dev grinned " I know. it will be her who else, what ever life I will be in, I will always love her only. " Dev smiled...
Chaya and Hari looked at one other faces, they don't know who this Radhs is, they have half mind to scold Rohan, but seeing his glare they shut up. But seeing their son smile at name of that girl they can't help but sigh, its seven years since they saw such a smile from their son.
Dev paused and asked " Mrin, Radhs ran off before why?? "
Mrinalini sighed " Dev, its like you both are not in good terms now. She and you quarrelled. I mean the you of this life. Radhika doesn't remember her other life. so..."
Dev nodded sadly " I can understand even if its a bit confusing. Can I go and see her"
With out listening to their answer he got up from bed and went out...
Mrinalini was about to follow him but Rohan stopped her " Aunty! where are you going"
Mrinalini glared at him " Rohan, I obviously can't understand why in hell did you say that lie, I assume its for sake of Dev, but I am thinking of Radhika too... she don't know any of this. That girl is already broken down. Please... "
Rohan stopped her " If my one lie bring them both together, I don't have any problem with my lie. They both suffered enough. I don't know how Radhika is, but Dev became a life less body. I just want to stop his suffering. Today I came to know that, their relation ship is from many lives, I don't want to separate them. Do you know what? if he is any thing like my bro, then he would have killed himself, the next minute he knew he married some other one. So stop it. I am sure Radhika will understand"
Mrinalini nodded, she knew he was right, but chaya intervened " You don't have right to decide her life Rohan. We don't know that girl but who ever she is, you can't decide for her."
Rohan smiled at her "Believe me Maa, Radhika also would have chosen same. "

'Radhika was sitting in her cabin crying... She should know that she shouldn't show her weekness in this way, but thats what she felt at the moment Week. At the moment when she thought she will be dying, she said him that she loved him a lot, now she was fearing what will be the reaction, when she saw him sitting in his bed after 15 days, she was really happy, because she only knew how much time she sat out side the door of his room, seeing at him. But he spoke to her in some other way, he cared for her, he cupped her cheeks, Radhika can't bear it, can't bear the love which he was giving her in some shocked state knowing fully well that he will never love her like that. She waited all her life, to listen that word from him, she was still waiting for that, but this all pain her a lot. She can't accept it, knowing the fear that she will loose him one day.
she felt her self froze as some one hugged her from behind, she doesn't need to see the face, that touch was very familiar to her, it was Dev's touch. She tried to get her self away from his, but he pulled her more tighter and closer, now he leaned his head on her shoulder , She asked him " Mr. Purohith what are you doing here , you shouldn't be out from your bed. Now I don't need to tell you this. " He laughed as she babbled... " My dear, sweet wife, I know you are angry with me, but sad to tell you that I don't remember the reason for your kind info. But please remember that I love you. "
Radhika froze at those words, she turned back to him in shock and looked at him... He looked at her with so much love, he hugged her tight, " I am sorry Radhika, for what ever you are angry on me. I already lost you once,I can't lose you again. Now..."
Radhika was still in shock, she looked at Rohan who came there just then, he signalled her to play along, she get loose of him and asked him " What happened, you are behaving different..."
Dev chuckled and was about to say but Rohan interrupted " Its quite complicated Radhika, I mean, how shall I tell you, its like Bhai have some life before this one, and accident made him forget all the details of this life, and remember all the details of his previous life.Did I put it in correct. "
Radhika tried to conceal her shock, she frowned and asked him " If so, why does he remember me.."
Rohan chuckled " Its because, you were his fiance in his previous life, and when he asked us details, Maa said him that he was married, he got all agitated thinking he married with some one else, I relaxed him saying the truth."
Radhika's eyes narrowed dangerously " And whats that truth Mr. Purohith"
Rohan shrugged " Its that he married you. What else Mrs.Purohith"
Radhika let all her masks fall with this, however seeing Dev, she got them back immediately , she nodded to him and looked at Dev " So you are not my Dev"
He looked at her " I am always your Dev , Radhika. You may not remember it, but I am always!!!"
Radhika sighed and looked at him " Why did you say sorry to me"
" Rohan said me that we both are in some quarrel... I don't know why you and I quarrelled , I mean my other me. So I thought to apologise you."
Radhika glared at Rohan and made Dev sit " I am not angry on you Dev"
Dev nodded , " I also need to apologise my Radhika too. I pained her, I mean you a lot."
Radhika sat beside him " What happened"
Dev ran his fingers through his hair " I... you are my best friend, I promised to stay my whole life with you and never to pain you. But later I underwent an accident and I forgot all my memory. You happened to come into my life, and you helped me to get atleast a bit of them back, in that process I yelled at you, saying you are trying to betray me etc etc. Some things I saw immediately after my accident made me hate woman. That also didn't help me. But I must say this, I pained you a lot, but you are the woman I only ever loved. I am sorry for every thing I put you through. "
Radhika felt tears in her eyes , in a basic way, both her lives are mostly same... with some differences. Yet here she was, with this man loving her. But at the same time he was and wasn't the man she loved. All of a sudden she became wife of the person whom she ever loved. She don't know what to make of it. Dev shook her " Radhika, are you fine"
Radhika rubbed off the tears and nodded " Yes, I am fine Dev"
Dev looked at her and asked " Aren't you angry on me"
Radhika looked at him... she hugged him tightly " I will never be angry on you, please do remember that."
They both got out from their world, when Rohan coughed beside her " Radhika, Mom and Dad are waiting, we need to go."
Radhika's eyes widened " What?"
Rohan sighed help lessly " Look Radhika, Mom and Dad aren't angry on you, for leaving house. They understand every thing. Any way, you and Dev are not going to stay with us, you both are going to Vrindavan, to Mrinalini aunty's house."
Radhika frowned " Mrinu's house."
Dev smiled " You call her Mrinu now too... I would have hit my head if I heard you calling your sister Aunty. Truly... now I have to see my brother as some age old person..."
Radhika looked at him " What do you mean, saying Mrinu as my di.. And whose your brother"
Dev rolled his eyes " What do you think Radhika , You are Radhika Sharma before, and Mrin was your sister. And I am Dev Raj Purohith, Vivek's brother."
Radhika eyes opened wide in shock... " Means... I mean.. Mrinu said me some thing about her BIL and sister being soul.. soul mates. Are ... Are we that."
Dev grinned " Who else? Thats why, we both still get together in this birth too... We can't be separated in all lives we have Radhu"
Rohan's eyes widened listening this. He looked at Radhika , and seeing her in same state as him, he went back to his parents and Mrinalini.
Dev signalled her to move and they both followed him. Radhika heard of them from him, but she never met them, she was feeling a bit nervous, but she can't show it infront of Dev so she tried to curb it.
Chaya looked at the girl who came behind Dev, she thought the girl was beautiful, but unfortunately Radhika was wearing a green colour top with skin colour Leggin, that doesn't bode well with Chaya, she stood there uncertainly and Chaya made a face at her. Radhika sighed and let her gaze drop down again.
Hari observed the girl, unlike her wife he doesn't have any problems with her out fit and even if she was wearing a western outfit, her whole composure screamed of her Traditional ness, he found her endearing. She was hesitant, he doesn't like the idea that they all have to play a drama, and he even doesn't know how that girl will feel, but he decided to be silent and watch the interaction.
Radhika moved to Mrinalini who checked her from side " How is your leg now. "
Radhika smiled softly "Its fine Aunty"
Mrinalini nodded and she draped a hand around her as if in support and Radhika smiled again. Dev moved to her worriedly " What happen to your leg"
Radhika shrugged "Its nothing, I was discharged one week back, but still have a small sprain on my leg"
Dev glared at her " Then why did you come to work"
Radhika sighed " Already you were on bed, its not good to have the two busiest doctors to dissappear from hospital, and I am also bored at home"
Rohan spoke from beside "Don't think your self so high dear"
Radhika smirked at him " No , I doesn't think of my self big, obviously the phone calls I got asking to attend the hospital speak of it all"
Rohan smirked back shaking his head. But Chaya spoke " You can't speak that disrespectingly, Rohan is elder than you"
Radhika looked at her softly "I didn't mean any disrespect, He also knows it . we are just bantering"
Dev's eyes narrowed at this, he doesn't found nothing disrespect in Radhika's words, she just gave back a retort, Dev can't help but wonder how Chaya would have taken his Radhika.
Hari smiled and spoke to her " Radhika I think you should rest"
Radhika smied uncertainly "No, Actually I have some good amount of work today. Any way I am leaving to my room. Mrinu di, will you come?"
Mrinu shook his head "No Radhika, I need to go, have a lot of work to do"
Radhika nodded and she left.

Radhika sighed, as she looked at Dev who was sitting beside her, apparently, the man decided that he will stay in her room and watch her as she examine many patients. Now its uncomfortable for Radhika, who have a habit, of being alone with her patient when she was examining them. He smiled sheepishly " I am sorry, if I make you feel uncomfortable, I am just trying to get adjusted to you. "
Radhika nodded, and she pressed the bell asking for next patient,but when door opened, she smiled as it was Pran standing there along with RK. Radhika was surprised to see RK, as he left to US for some concert, however he hugged her, " How are you Radhs"
Radhika smiled savouring the brotherly hug of RK, she smiled " I am fine Rishu, don't worry... See perfectly fit, doing my job."
Pran hugged her "Mummy"
Radhika smiled as she lifted Pran into her arms " So Champ, why so early from school."
He smiled sheepishly " Rishu kaka took me"
She mock scowled at Rishabh, who made a hand gesture , however he turned to Dev and nodded to him " How are you feeling now Dev"
Radhika's smile evaporated next minute, as Dev looked at her confusingly, she came forward " Dev, its RK my sisters husband. Sister in meaning cousin sister. "
RK looked confused " What happened, don't tell me you got amnesia in a filmy style"
Radhika murmured " Its more complicated than that."
RK looked at her, she just glared at him asking him to be silent, then she looked at Dev, who was looking at Pran and her eyes widened , she spoke in a hurry " Dev,He's Pran. "
Dev smiled as he scooped up Pran and asked her " Why didn't you tell me about our son."
RK almost shouted " What???"
However Radhika stopped him effectively, and spoke to Dev " I will tell you every thing later okay. Hey Rishu by the way, I need leave for an uncertain period, is it possible, or shall I resign my job"
RK sighed " As long as you have answers its possible," Radhika nodded but again added "Make one for Dev too. "
RK nodded as he left out, and Dev asked her " Why?"
Radhika spoke as she looked at some case sheet, nurse brought her " RK is the chair man of this hospital we are working. Any way, are you in for a trip to Vrindavan"
Dev got excited " Wow... Ammaji,Dadima,Mom ,dad, Kaaka,Kaaki, Vivek,Birju.Nandu. It will be really interesting. I can play billiards with Birju" but his face fell immediately " They all should have been very old if Mrinalini was any thing to go by. "
Radhika came and sat beside him, she was relieved by the face that RK took Pran with him, she spoke to Dev " Dev, I won't say things are same there, I am like a family friend to Mrinalini, we both have been neighbours for some time. Her daughter being my senior and all, I know about happenings in Vrindavan. The things changed a lot, its not like the same as it used to be. Your death and death of your Radhika costed that family a lot, I don't know what I can do, as I don't have luck of remembering my life as you have. But may be you can enjoy with your family, and let them enjoy your presence." Dev nodded firmly, Radhika frowned, she used to explain like this to her Dev and mostly he used to listen to her, she smiled at the memory, she however continued " Dev, can I tell you a word"
Dev looked at her, she fidgeted for a while before she spoke " You know what Dev, your family in this life also love you a lot,I agree you have memories of some other life, but still you are their son, atleast physically, please don't treat them as strangers, I must say, your brother finds it very difficult. I won't ask you to be codling with them, but atleast don't treat them as strangers,they need their son at this stage of life." 'Already they were pained enough to see you as a life less limp' she added in her brain.
Dev stared at her, " I truly feared for a while,how you will be.You are different from her, yet you are same as her. I mean its difficult to explain"
Radhika smiled to him "I can understand it. But still you are different from my Dev, she smiled at memory. it felt good to call him her Dev. He laughed at her words and again became serious,she frowned. She very well understand he is delicate, she was threading carefully , but a sad Dev was one she never tolerated. She sighed as she remembered her college days where she resolve her self to not to talk to him, yet again calling him when she saw him tiny bit tired. She sighed getting out from her memories and asked " What happened Dev?"
Dev looked at her and asked " Radhika, when I woke up first I believed that I almost lost you, but I have you here. But every thing is changed. I don't know why fates are playing with us. We may be couple, but you coupled with other me, and me with other you. Don't you feel it awkward to be here with me."
Radhika's smiled faded, if only she can tell him... " I loved my Dev from his very inner soul. Yes you people are different, but Its that soul I loved stays inside you. When I loved him, in a way to say I loved you too. Its all a bit confusing, but my Dev thought me one thing, that is patience. Because of a tiny reason that he was having a tough phase in his life, or he has some altered memories, I won't leave him, and that includes me not leaving you too. Remember one thing, Radhika will always love Dev only, no matter what happens she won't leave him, especially when he needed her most"
Dev stared at her for a moment, his Radhika was good, mature girl, but she was so innocent and traditional. This girl was same, but still she spoke with knowledge, as if she suffered a lot in her life, what made her like this, he don't know. But he had a nagging feeling in his back of head that some how he was partially responsible for her suffering. He vowed himself that he will never let it befall on her again'
Radhika touched him, and carefully wrapped her arm around his as if seeing if he will jerk his arm away, Dev frowned, which wife will be that much alert around her husband. He swallowed a lump in his throat " Radhika I want to go back to home"
Radhika nodded, she asked him to stay there and went out.

Radhika came to Rohan glaring, " Now tell me Mr.Purohith, what made you see it fit that you lied your brother"
Chaya was sitting there crying, she also spoke out loud " Rohan, you are spoiling life of your brother and that girl too. For the gods sake your brother was already married."
Rohan remained silent, he continued to stare at Radhika, and she also didn't giving up with her glare. Hari who was watching all this intervened " Beti, I don't know your name before today. Truly I am sorry that you are involved in this mess, but can I speak with you for a minute"
Radhika was undecided , it was first time she was speaking with him if she dismissed her before talk, and from what Dev said he was a stern man, seeing how she doesn't have any experience with father figures she feared a bit, but she need to do it, her life was on verge of becoming a mess, she sighed and nodded to him to follow her. They went into the empty room, which actually belong to Dev. Radhika rubbed her hands as she went in and she stopped Hari who was about to speak. She went near the table and took out a pen camera from stand, then she went near the sofa and took a secret mike, she trashed them out of window and then spoke to Hari " Sorry sir, but I prefer it if no one can spy on us."
Hari nodded " I take it that you know my son well"
Radhika nodded " He's my senior in college. "
Hari looked at her " I don't know that every junior of Dev knows every thing about him"
Radhika sighed" Let me be frank with you Sir, I used to be Dev's friend, when he was in college. Thats how I know things."
He sat in a chair and chuckled " No need to call me sir, beti. ANy way, I may not be close to him, but I still know my son enough. His paronoia was a fact which was not known to all. Seeing that you know him, I assume that you understand him pretty well, looks like you both are close."
Radhika gave a dry chuckle " Uncle, I doesn't know him at all, Dev himself said me that once"
Hari nodded, " Seeing that he said you that tells me that you know him a lot, that Dev afforded to tell you that. But May I ask you a thing"
Radhika nodded, she doesn't know why but she felt at ease with the person...
Hari spoke to her " Are you in any way involved with Dev in past."
Radhika laughed so hard that she had tears in her eyes " Uncle we are best friends, best friends in a way that he understand what ever on my mind and I understand what ever present in his mind. But we are not lovers as you thought uncle. If I say you in Dev words, I am not his type"
Hari looked at her " Does that mean he is your type?"
Radhika blinked at him, he continued to speak " Tell me why you didn't marry yet Radhika"
"I didn't get that one person whom I love into my life . When I get him I will marry him"
"If so why you agree with this facade "
Radhika eyes were far off " Once up on a time , one persons said me that Relation ship once formed will not be severed till death. Considering how I truthfully formed a relation of friendship with your son, I has to help him in his times of need."
Hari chuckled " You speak a bit like my son"
Radhika smiled softly then, " I heard it from many people... "
Hari nodded " Beti, Can I ask you a question"
She can't help but feel happy listening to the word beti , she don't know why... " You called me Beti, that makes you equal as my father. You can ask me what ever you wish to ask"
Hari stared at her surprised, he can't help but notice how loving nature she has, if ever he knew of her before he would never have married Dev with other girl. He sighed as he resolved himself to ask " Would you marry my son?"
