Nice.. I don't think I have heard this guy or follow him at all, thanks for sharing.. =).. dr...evil got me hooked to Bart Baker and his parodies and I'm still raiding his uploads but I'll surely get back to normalcy soon. 😆

I saw this picture a few days on my FB and its made me stop and think for a bit longer

I have been on this diet for over a month now so I have cut back everything, except vegetables and water and a lil protein .. and then I have a binge meal at a restaurant, once a week. Now I have lost the weight I wanted to lose .. I am increasing protein and changing what I do at the gym.

My point is I am fortunate to be able to pick the food I want ... for whatever I want to do with my body. So when we go out and I see this big plate of food ... I have a hard time reconciling, my actions, and the fact that we are fortunate enough to eat whatever we want to eat.. not what we need to eat. I saw that picture on my 'binge' night.. I still ate but I feel slightly sick thinking about how the majority of the world eats whatever they have out of necessity.. and I eat out of want.
