Arnav stared at her "You have a lot of explaining to do"
"Um...well-"
"No lies!" Arnav said firmly "I knew you were lying last night.Just stop lying and come out with the truth"
Khushi hesitated.She glanced at the child sleeping on the bed and looked at him "Can we talk somewhere else"
"Lead the way"
Khushi nodded.Arnav followed her downstairs to what seemed like the living room.Khushi turned towards him "I know you must be really confused and all and-"
"Just tell me the truth"
Khushi gulped "I-I am not what I seem to be" she said hesitantly.
"What do you mean?"
Khushi looked away "I don't know if I should be telling you..."
"Are you in some kind of trouble?"
Khushi looked at him "I-I don't know I could tell you..it's complicated"
"I am willing to help"
"Why? We only know each other for a few days"
"I don't know.It's just..I feel I can trust you and am willing to help you"
Khushi stared at him "Are you serious?" Arnav nodded "You promise to help no matter how complicated it is?" Arnav nodded again.She sighed "Can we go some other place so I can tell you and even prove to you"
"Prove to me? What do you mean?" She didn't say anything and just stared at him.He sighed "Okay then"
Khushi gave a small smile "Wait a minute" she said and ran up the stairs to the room they had come from.After a few minutes she came back "I just told Priya that I was going out"
"Priya?"
"My sister and her husband's daughter"
Arnav nodded "Don't you want to take her with you?"
"I would but she doesn't like going there.She's tired anyways and will hopefully stay asleep"
Arnav nodded a bit unsure "Okay then"

Following Khushi's instructions,Arnav drove and parked in the parking of a small hospital "Why are we at a hospital?" he asked.
"This is where my secret lives" she said.
Arnav looked at her confused 'Why is she so mysterious?' he couldn't help wonder.He was about to look away when he noticed her sari "Hey,isn't that the same sari you wore yesterday"
Khushi nodded "Yeah"
Before he could ask any further questions,she made her way inside the hospital.He followed her to room 126.He looked at her confused when she stopped.He followed her gaze and was shocked when he saw an exact duplicate of her on the stretcher "I-Is she your twin?" he asked.
The nurse beside Khushi's duplicate who was checking her heartbeats looked at him "Excuse me?"
"Oh I am talking to her" Arnav said pointing at Khushi.
The nurse stared at him as if he had gone crazy "Who? There's nobody beside you"
"What are you talking about?" Arnav began to think the nurse had gone blind if she couldn't see a woman right next to him.Khushi held Arnav's hand grabbing his attention.She lead him to a mirror and gestured him to look into it.Arnav did as he was told and widened his eyes.He could only see himself,not her.He glanced at her and then back at the mirror confirming she was invisible.The nurse had long gone thinking he had gone mad "What the" Arnav said "What the hell is going on?"
"That's me" Khushi said pointing at Khushi who was on the bed asleep.
"If that's you,then who are yo-What do you mean?"
Khushi pressed her lips together "Other than Priya,only you can see me,feel me,hear me...and help me...earlier remember you saw a shadow of a girl on the wall" Arnav nodded "That was a manikin I have been using to get rid of people"
"Wait why can I only see you? Why not anybody else?"
Khushi shrugged "I don't why you can see me but I do know why others can't see me"
"Why not"
"Because I am a soul.Not a ghost or a spirit.A soul.A living soul and I need your help to save me from Doctor Milan Soal"
