"Darr lag raha hai maan" told geet in between her cries. "Geet" whispered maan. "Maan, kya mai achi jeevan saathi ban paungi. Agar mai tumko kabhi hurt kiya tho aur gusse mei tum par chillayi tho. Agar tum gusse mei mujhko chodkar chale gaye tho mera kya hoga" told geet feeling confused. She doesn't know why she is feeling like that, today she is missing her parents to the core. There is no one to tell her how to behave in a family and with husband. She is feeling confused, she knows her maan never leaves her but some confusions are eating up her brain. Maan caressed her hair and waited for her to calm down. "Geet, chup hojao. Jaise tum soch rahi ho aisa kuch nahi hoga" told maan kissing her hair. Geet looked at him, her face filled with tears. His heart pierced seeing her in this state; he wiped her tears nodding in a no. "What happened geet? Why you are talking like this? Kisi ne tumko kuch kaha kya?" asked maan. "No nothing happened, I just got scared thinking all these things" told geet. Maan smiled at his innocent yet strong geet, he made geet sit beside him and took her hands in his. "Just be with me geet I need nothing more than that. No problem will touch us till you are with me. And whatever you told is nothing geet, I can't be angry on my geet and leaving you can never happen in my wildest dreams also geet" told maan. Geet looked at him and asked "Sachi" "Muchi" answered maan. He wiped her tears and told "Now stop crying or else I will get angry" he looked at her with fake anger. Geet rested her head on his shoulder and told "You are not angry I know, unnecessarily I started crying" "Waise why on earth you were thinking all this non-sense" asked maan. "I don't know, this thought came in my mind and I was tensed and scared. And I thought to share it with you" told geet. "Can I come inside if you are done with your romance" asked dev knocking the door. "Shut up and some dev" shouted back geet. "Bro, someone came to meet you" told dev. "I am coming" told maan. Geet and maan got up, while maan walked towards the hall. "Hiii bro" wished the person who came to meet maan. "Sit" told maan seriously. "Mom told you wanted to meet me" he told tensed. "Where were you from one week?" asked maan not giving damn to his words. "Wo I... I mean Bro ac... actu.. Actually i..." he fumbled. "Answer me krish" asked maan seriously. "I went out with my friends" told krish in one go. "You didn't think that you should inform about it to your mom" asked maan holding his hands over his chest. "No I mean..." he scratched his head not knowing what to say. "I am waiting" told maan. "She won't allow me if I tell her" finally he opened his mouth. "Shame on you krish, do you even know how worried aunty was? She tried to call you but you don't have a minute time for your mom. For you, friends and your enjoyment is important. There your mom is living and doing everything for you and here you don't have a minute time for her" shouted maan angrily. He hung his head low and mumbled a sorry. "Just go from here" told maan annoyingly. "Mom told she will come here in some time" told krish. Krish (Krishna), son of Dr. Ramya who checked meera in the hospital and aunt to maan. She is the one who is helped maan's mom and is treating her from past 10 years. Maan knew her from the time he came to Canada and she is the only one with whom maan share his pain. She is like a mother figure to maan and loves Krish as his brother. But sometimes he really gets angry with his irresponsible behavior.
Krish waited outside in garden for his mother to come and save him from his devil bro. Yes krish calls maan as devil bro. "Aaj ka din hi kharab hai, morning mom se class aur ab DB se. Hey mom ka kanhaji please save me today" prayed krish. "Hiii" wished geet who came out to see what krish is doing. Krish turned towards geet and is surprised to see her. "Hiii geet, when did you come? I don't know you are here?" told krish. "Do you know me?" asked geet. "Yes I know you and even dev, Maan bro told about you both" told krish. "Ohhh by the way what are you doing here? Come inside" told geet. "No way, DB is already angry on me I don't want to be the prey of his anger" told krish making sad face. "But what you did is also wrong right? You should inform about your trip to your mom" asked geet. Krish became sad and told sorry again. "Hey chill, don't worry. Promise your mother that from next time you won't do anything of this kind. Then I am sure she will be happy and accept your apologies too" told geet. "Really?" asked krish happily. "Yeah" told geet smiling at him. They chatted for sometime and geet found krish really nice but he is childish at the same time loves his DB and mom a lot. "Ok Friends?" asked krish and extended his hand. Geet smiled and shook hand with him.
Krish is waiting for his mother and is talking with dev, while geet went in search of maan as she knows he will be still angry. "Maan" called out geet entering into his room. There he is standing near the window looking outside. Geet took slow steps and hugged him from back and asked "Abi bhi gusse mei ho?" "No I am not" told maan. "Then what you are doing here?" asked geet. "Wanna see whether you come for me or else busy in talking with your new friend" answered maan. "You unnecessarily scolded him, he is nice but little irresponsible" told geet. "Hmmm I know" told maan and pulled her towards him, now geet is facing maan. "Hum kuch kaam adura chod diya tha subah" whispered maan. Geet looked at him with questioning eyes. Maan eyes towards her lips, geet followed his gaze and lowered her eye lashes feeling shy. "Maan chodo, koi ajayega" told geet trying to come out of his grip. Maan tightened his grip and pinned her to the wall. He brought his lips close to hers, geet shivered with the proximity and her nostrils filled with his cologne. He placed his lips on hers and tasted her. He bit her lips while geet opened her mouth. Geet is shocked with his sudden action at the same time enjoying the closeness. Her hands automatically rounded around his neck. He is exploring her secrets while his hands touched her bare skin sending shivers to her.
"Ummm" moaned geet. They were out of world and is lost in their own world. After like ages maan broke the kiss. He looked at her flushed face and kissed her forehead. Geet shied and hid her face in his chest. Maan hugged her tight feeling at peace. "We should go now, aunty might be coming" told maan. Geet nodded in a no and told "I don't want to go anywhere, I want to be with you like this forever" "Wo din bohot jald ayega geet" told maan. "Ek baat poochu mai tumse?" asked maan. Geet looked at him and nodded. "Will you marry me?" asked maan. Geet looked down, maan lifted her head with her chin and told "Look at me geet" Geet looked at maan with all her love and told "Yes maan" "Geet, due to some security reasons I want our marriage to happen immediately. He cupped her face and told "Jaan, we will have register marriage first after the problems are solved we will have a grand reception" Geet smiled and told "Jaisa tum thik samjho maan" "Thank you geet" smiled maan and hugged her tightly.
