Brilliant post, Candy and great question.👏

I found PaRud's softness yesterday a little unexpected this early into their acquaintance, because that's what it is - an acquaintance. Yet, they've shared extraordinary life and death moments, that have forged an intimacy. So they are in the strange situation of knowing too much about one aspect of one another and too little about the rest.

Paro's behaviour makes sense - because it's in line with her characterisation of calm, cool, dignified. It's Rudra's behaviour that's the jarring bit. Why did he react the way he did when he found out Paro's supposed to be his fianc. I would've expected at least one nasty crack from him. Or did the nastiness melt away at the sight of Paro's pain? What, I wonder, are the CVs up to.

My thoughts on the current scenario where queries and doubts like ...

"Is the equation between Rudra and Paro Changing"

" Isn't he supposed to be more animal like"

" How come Paro is all fine with the things going on"

" Shouldn't they hate each other...etc etc"

Rudra is not an Animal, he simply is not. He is just a guy with extremes and one hell of a patriot. He is Human enough... be it knowingly, unknowingly, manipulatively, streategically etc whatever methods he is applying Rudra is HUMAN...Be it him saving her from Goons, saving her when Varun tried to shoot her, decided that water would be given to keep her alive, fought to keep her alive in the hospital, gave her his clothes etc testifies that he is very much human...I can suggest that other as an example of ANIMAL but Rudra is not that and he is one male character or rather the ONLY male character from the NF Clan who actually qualifies with the whole "Layered Character" criteria. So he is defo not an animal as such atleast not now but a layered character.

With NF you can't be too sure of why the Gentleness with Paro...it could be a plan, could be genuine but you can't keep a finger on it for sure. 😊

Rudra is affected by Paro...she is beautiful, she is good at heart and she is the complete opposite of what he has been told about (Reg. Beautiful Women) and for a guy like Rudra who has seen his share of people, interacted with them much more when compared to Paro or others...he can assess people better. Not perfectly but better which is why when Paro keeps challenging him in her ways, he can't help it but be affected.

Same goes for Paro, she may hate BSD officers from the Bottom of her heart because of what she has heard and taught, but ever since Rudra saved her from the goons, she too has been affected by him. For Rudra she is just a witness, for Paro he is a Jallad, but they have been having an effect on each other since their first interaction and if you are affected by another, there is pretty much nothing you can do than to shrug it off and occasionally give in.😉

Paro's angle I have to say that the makers are messing up a tad bit and needs to keep a hold before it gets out of hand (Just my POV) But I can still give them the benefit of doubt in this context. Here Paro is on her own; everybody else is busy writing her life and as such Paro is not somebody who knows to take the reins of her life into her own hand. Yes, She has vowed to not bow before Rudra's Jallad ways but from that VOW to actually get it done will be a hard path for her. Her culture, traditions, upbringing etc never permitted her to think for herself, and now she has this whole new life ...I can see why she would have problems.

Regarding the PaRud Moments: I think the PaRud moments are just to keep the viewers hooked the show. For those viewers who want nothing to do with story, other characters etc who are just interested in the lead jodi and just love to see eye-locks, trip-fall and catch sequences.

Baring a small minority who see the show in totality for the acting, story, direction, backstory, action, romance etc even if they have favs in the show. I can bet that a major portion of the viewers watch the show for the filmy romance.Having said that LOVE on TV has always been stereotypical they will have eye-locks, dupatta's flying, trip-fall and catch etc take any show for example they have the same stuff only treatment is different. Plus at the end of the day it's always business -ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS. TRP's do matter, and these are the very things that bring in TRP's. 😊

Paro is basically a warm-hearted person. So it looks like she is softening towards Rudra, when in fact, she is being herself and conducting herself with as much grace and dignity as possible. They are in close quaters a lot now so she might see the man in the uniform and get over the BSD phobia.

For Rudra, attraction comes easily because she is a beautiful , charming girl and he is not blind to it. His problem is of trust, which he doesn't offer anyone other than his dad. So unless Paro earns his trust, he won't admit his feelings no matter how hopelessly in love he falls.

Her heart is more open to love and he doesn't believe in the concept of love. The equation will change slowly but surely.

she will try to hide n try to stay away or ran away may be
not sure
there will be long fight n passion n attraction n pain n confusion for both of them will come before they fall
