RECAP : D3 Gang challenge the DANCING DEVILS for a face-off which ends in a tie. Rey faces Taani aka Tanisha, the DDs lead dancer in the tie-breaker round and loses the face- off.
CHAPTER 3
DREAM FOR ONE BUT NIGHTMARE FOR OTHER
On their way back from the club
K : Rey aap mujhe ghar drop kar denge, please?
R : Sure Kriya. Is me please bolne ki kya baat hai?
Kriya hugs Rey but Rey does not hug her. He was confused about his own feelings now. He dropped Kriya at her home and left for his home without noticing that Kriya was about to say something to him.
K : Rey... (notices that Rey had left already)... Universeji Rey ko kya ho gaya hai? Aaj face-off mai Rey us ladki ko dekh k kahan kho gaye the? Aise lag raha tha as if mai unke liye invisible ho gayi thi. Us ladki ko Rey se dur hi rakhiyega. Plz Universeji.
Here Rey is standing under the shower thinking about the face-off, especially about his masked rival.
R : Aaj mai kaise haar gaya? Kyu main dance pe concentrate nahi kar pa raha tha?
He closes his eyes and sighs. ( But aankh band kar lene se dil jo kehna chahta hai usse to nahi bhag sakte ! Par ye baat Rey ko kaun samjhaye? ) The moment his eyes were shut a face flashes in his mind. A pair of chocolaty brown eyes were staring at him from behind a mask. Unknowingly a smile lights up his face and he opens his eyes. Reality dawns on him when he notices his surroundings. His smile changes into a frown.
R : (frowning) WHAT THE HELL? Ye Ms. Tanisha mera peecha kyun nai chodti? Pehle wo mujhe dance me harati hai and abhi uski aankhein... (trails off to his dreamland)... uski aankhein ...jo uski har unkahi baatein express karti hai.(Again starts smiling) Jo 1 baar un ankhon me dub gaya (remembers the face-off when Taani had removed her hood and stared at Rey) fir jaise time ruk jata hai... (snaps back into reality when he hears his mobile ringing and shouts)...AND RIGHT NOW IS MAKING ME GO MAD !
He comes out of the shower, puts on a vest and a track pant and picks up the mobile. He sees there were 20 missed calls from Sharon, 15 missed calls from Swayam and 5 missed calls from Kriya. His eyes become wide in shock and he calls back Sharon.
R : Itne missed calls? Zarur kuch emergency hogi. Come on Sharon pick up the call!
Sharon was tensed about Rey and was again going to call Swayam when she sees Rey's call. As she picks up the call Rey starts bombarding her with questions.
R : Sharon tum thik to ho na? Kahin tumhari aur Swayam ki fir se ladai to nahi ho gayi? Tumne Swayam ko kya keh dia is baar? Ya Swayam ne tmhe kuch keh dia? Kahin Kriya ya Gang ne kuch nahi kaha tmhe? Aisi kya emergency aa gai jo tmhare n Swayam ke itne saare missed calls hai? Sharon kch bologi bhi ki nahi?
Sh : Ho gaya? Ab main bolun?
R : Haan ho gaya. Ab to batao kya hua?
Sh : Tum kahan the itni der se jo mere n Swayam ke calls nahi utha rahe the?
R : Ghar me hi tha! Actually shower le raha...
Sh : (cuts in between) Last 1 ghante se tum shower hi le rahe the?
R : 1 ghanta? You must be kidding!
Sh : Kidding my foot! Tumhe andaza bhi hai mai aur Swayam tumhare liye kitna tensed the? Face-off ke baad se you had that "LOST-IN-DREAMS" wala expression ! What's wrong with you Mr. Reyaansh Singhania?
R : (On hearing his full name he again trails back to his dreamland. Instead of Sharon's voice he hears Taani saying " NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE GIRL POWER Mr. REYAANSH SINGHANIA")
Sh : Rey? Hello? Rey are you there? (shouts) REY!
R : (Sharon's shout brings him back to reality) Ya Sharon.
Sh: (angrily) Rey I think you need to see a pshyciatrist! (and cuts the call)
R : Shar... (the call gets disconnected) Crap! Rey tomorrow Sharon's gonna kill you. But seriously What's wrong with me? (saying this he turns towards the mirror)
He suddenly notices that Tanni was standing behind him with her hand on his shoulder (just the way she was standing during the face-off). He immediately turns back but notices that he was alone in the room.
R : (to himself) Rey tu pagal ho gaya hai! Ab sawal ye nahi hai ki what's wrong with me (shakes his head in disapproval) but ye hai ki (says loudly) WHAT'S NOT WRONG WITH ME? Aankhein band karta hun to uska chehra nazar aata hai and aankhein kholta hun to... to wo puri ki puri nazar aati hai! (goes and washes his face again. He again imagines Taani's face just inches away from his. He moves his hand forward to caress her cheek but instead his hand touches the mirror and Taani's face fades away bringing Rey back from his trance) Mujhe so jana chahiye nahi to ye ladki mujhe mental asylum pahuncha degi!
Rey goes and lies down on the bed but sleep was far far away. All he could think was about the moments when he and Taani were just inches away from each other. He kept on tossing and turning on his bed unable to understand this new feeling. The electricity he had felt whenever he had touched Taani. He had felt as if there were butterflies in his stomach when Taani's face was so near to him. When she had came crashing down on his chest he had felt so complete. When she had kissed him he had felt as if he was in heaven where there were all sorts of beautiful flowers and rose petals brushing his cheek.
R : Main aisa kabhi Kriya ke saath nahi feel karta hun. Fir aaj Tanisha ke saath aisa kyu feel ho raha hai? Same maine New York me bhi feel kiya tha... (thinking about NY he slowly drifts off to sleep)
FLASHBACK
1 year ago in New York...
Rey had just parked his black BMW in the parking lot of the dance academy where his childhood friend was going to perform. He was just getting down from the car when he noticed a beautiful angel dressed in a red gown. She was having a problem as the zip up her gown's collar part.
R : May I?
The girl had instantly turned to face him but lost her balance and was about to fall when rey immediately held her waist with one hand. With the other hand he zipped up her gown.
R : It's a pretty mask you are wearing. (thinks : Wow! She has such beautiful eyes. ) May I know the name of the beautiful girl here? ( thinks : Is she also feeling the same electricity run through her veins, butterflies in her stomach? Is she also feeling as if time has stopped?)
Girl : (blushing) Tan...
The girl's intro was immediately cut in between by a guy who had reached the parking lot.
Guy : Reyaansh? Long time dude.
Immediately both of them snapped from their eyelock. Rey made the girl stand and both were feeling a bit awkward. The girl just smiled at Rey and immediately left from the parking lot.
R : (to himself) That smile could immediately give any guy a heart attack.
FLASHBACK ENDS
Rey suddenly sits upright in his bed and tries to find links between his NY encounter and Tanisha.
R : Kahin ye Tan hi to Tanisha nahi hai? Wo same mask, same aankhein, same killer smile... Ye coincidence to nahi ho sakta ! AB TO TMHARE BARE ME PATA LAGA KE HI RAHUNGA Ms. TANISHA MEHRA!

Here Taani was also tossing and turning in her bed. She was also having the same dream but it was more like a nightmare for her.
FLASHBACK CONTINUES
She had noticed a guy get down from his BMW.
TAANI'S GOWN
T : (to herself) What a show off ! (rolling her eyes. Suddenly she felt the gown getting lose at the collar and tries to zip it up again) Damn it !
Guy : May I?
Taani immediately turns but loses her balances and finds the guy's arm holding her at her waist.
T : (thinks : How dare he touch me?)
Guy : It's a pretty mask you are wearing. May I know the name of the beautiful girl here?
T : (thinks : seems a gentleman. starts blushing) Tan...
She hears some other guy call him Reyaansh. She felt quite awkward but still managed to give him a smile and left from there. After her performance
T : Di, Jiju aap yahi wait karo main car leke aati hu.
Rithvik : Tan tab tak main Asha ko samne wale park me ghuma ke lata hu.
T : OK. See you guys in a minute. ( Usse kya pata tha ki wo akhiri baar apne Di aur Jiju ko dekh rahi thi.)
Taani was about to enter the parking lot when she notices that Rey's Black BMW was leaving from the parking lot in high speed.
T : Seems Mr. reyaansh ko rash driving pasand hai. ( suddenly she hears screams and screeching of tires which makes her turn back. As soon as she turns a scream escapes from her mouth ) DI !!! JIJU!!!
FLASHBACK ENDS
She wakes from her sleep and sits upright in the bed sweating profusely. Tears were escaping from her eyes.
T : Tumne mujhse mere Di aur Jiju ko alag kar diya. Iska badla to main le ke rahungi Reyaansh! Jitna main tadpi hu utna hi main tumhe bhi tadpaungi...
PRECAP : Rey tries to find out more about Tanisha. Kriya tries to divert Rey's attention from Tanisha. A clue about the real killer.
NOTE : Pata hai it's not satisfactory. Is liye no discrimination between eggs and rotten tomatoes. Jo marna hai maro. Niche like button hai wo to zarur marna. And please leave me your precious comments. Criticism is always welcome. Kya pasand nahi aaya ye bhi bata dena.
