Last Part

Astha was sitting in her room waiting for Shlok to call...but two days had passed, not even a single call...this was for the first time in last ten years, when he didn't call her otherwise not for even a single day Shlok missed to call her...

In free days, long hours and in busy schedule, may be just for few minutes, but never ever he missed to call her...thinking she was getting restless...hope everything is fine with Shlok...

Finally she decided to go to Anjali...

Chachi... She shouted entering the hall...

Astha, come beta, I was about to call you...i need your help today...

Ok chachi, but first tell me, did you received shlok's call in last two days? She spoke worriedly...

Ya, just half an hour before... But why? Anjali asked...

Nothing, but he didn't call me for last three days...i was worried is everything fine...Astha spoke in a bit angry tone, if he can call here why not to me?

Ya, he is completely fine...actually his exams are going to finish after two days and he is going to Singapore for ten days...Anjali smiled...

Singapore? Astha spoke in sad mood...ok...may be due to exams, he could not call me...she spoke but her face was clearly stating his sadness...

If he didn't call you, then why don't you call him? Anjali smiled...

I called him but he didn't receive my call even...anyways leave it, yes, you were saying you had a work for me...

Oh ya, I forgot, Anjali smiled...Please get the guest rooms and Shlok's room cleaned...

But why? Astha was surprised...

Actually some of Varad's friends are coming here for his engagement tomorrow, so for their stay...

But why shlok's room? Astha shouted...no way... will get guest rooms cleaned...but no one will stay in his room.. if required , some persons may stay at our guest room...ok? Astha declared...

Ok baba, as you wish, I know how possessive you are for him and his belongings... Anjali smiled...

But chachi... Shlok is not coming for Varad bhai's engagement even? Astha was almost in tears...

He wanted to come but his trip... Anjali made a puppy face...

Ya, now his trip is more important than bhai's happiness...Astha spoke angrily...anyway, I am going to get rooms settled from maid...saying she went to kitchen to call servant for cleaning...

Ok Astha, please get shlok's room clean too...nobody will stay there but that should be clean too na, as its function t home...and moreover did you select your dress? Anjali spoke...

No chachi, still not...I was too busy in shopping for Varad bhai and sojal bhabhi..you know...

Ya I knew, this will be your reply, come sit with me...and Anjali handed her two bags...Astha opened them and was surprised...Chachi...all this? This is the same, I had tried in showroom... You purchased it for me?

It was a beautiful golden and red Lehnga with matching jewelry and footwear...

More beautiful than sojal bhabhi even? Astha chided Anjali...

Chachi, ab gar shlok ki call ayi na, tell him, no need to call me... Astha spoke with a puppy face...

What's the benefit...Astha thought...for whom should I get ready? When he is not here...but she jerked the thought away, she knew, her sadness will make all sad today...

Yes mom, don't know why I am feeling something very good is on the way... Astha smiled...

Chachi, I will check florist, I had asked him to arrange flowers in every room...

Ya, I don't need to worry till my sweetie is there but did you arranged flowers in shlok's rooms too?

Within one hour, complete room was decorated with flowers...and she sent florist to hall...

Beautiful...Astha smiled seeing the room...if Shlok would be there, he would have loved his room today... Astha smiled to herself...

But if he doesn't like jasmine and lily. Someone spoke form backside...

He loves these flowers only...Astha spoke without looking at back and settling flowers in the window...

May be his choice would have changed with time...

No, I know my Shlok better..Astha spoke angrily ad who are you to decide what he likes or not? She turned back and was shocked to see a six feet smart, fair colored guy standing there smiling at her...she tried to recognize him...Sh...lok...whispering she turned immediately...

Am I dreaming or he is really here? She pinched herself tight...awe...she screamed slowly...

While Shlok slowly came near her standing on the back...still turning back from me? Now I am here, slap me tight and leave all your anger...he whispered in her ear... tears of happiness were flowing through her eyes...Shlok could listen her sobs...

He held her shoulders and turned her face towards him into his arms..., he moved his hands to her face and cupped her face... Astha had closed her eyes denying to see him ...beautiful...he whispered...I didn't know, my Astha will be so beautiful than her pics...

Asthu, I am here...forever...for you only...please forgive me...open your eyes...saying he wiped her tears with his thumbs.

But you cheated me...you told me lies again and again...she spoke crying with closed eyes...why didn't you come even once I ten years?

You wanna listen na? ok...today I will tell you why did I go without meeting you, why didn't I came before...he smiled cupping her face...

Hum...she asked...

Just because... Shlok smiled...the day I was about to go , I knew, you are not just a friend, not a best friend, you are much more than that...you are my life... And how could I go away leaving my life in front of my eyes? So I told you lie...I didn't come here for ten long years...because i knew, once I come to you, then no promise, no plead will make me go back to US for my studies, nothing will make me go away from you again...and you wanted my study, my success...I didn't want to break your heart as well as my heart again and again...So I decided to take your anger instead of your heart break...It was not only you who was waiting for this day...it was me too waiting to see you badly...I love you Astha...

Listening Astha slowly opened her eyes with lot tears rolling over her face...and she found Shlok looking at her lovingly slowly her hands moved to shlok's back and without saying a single word, she placed her head on his chest crying her heart out...

Shlok too had tears...tears of happiness sin his eyes, he caressed Astha back slowly till her cries converted to slow sobs and he tightened his hug around her...

I Love you very much Astha... All the time in my life, it was just you... Shlok spoke placing his head on her head.

I Love you too Shlok... Astha spoke lovingly..

Listening Shlok hugged her tight...

OK, now I have another work, he spoke seriously...

Humm? Astha looked at him with shock...

Ab mujhe ek ghar bnana hai hamare liye, jis mein sab kuch pink hoga... Khub sare jhule honge aur tv pe just cartoons... He smiled at her naughtily...

Astha blushed on his response and punched him...Shlok, we are not kids now...

Oh ya, shlok smiled naughtily, I forgot ,we are not kids now...he winked at her and placed his lips on her

Astha was turning red at his action...but her feelings were also growing for him...slowly her hands moved from his back to his hair pulling him closer ...

Aye tujhe pyaar ka vaasta,Teri yaadein hai kuchh adhoori
Saans aadhi hai kuch hai poori,Aankhon mein hai kaisi ye nami

Few moments later he broke the kiss annd found Astha had turned red with shyness...seeing a smile appeared on his face and he pulled her for hug...I Love you so much Astha...

I love you too shlok..you know, how much I missed you...she spoke smiling...

I missed you too every moment with my each heartbeat, it was just you sweetheart...

Baahon mein le lo mujhe,Zara sapno mein apne basa
Mera mann, kehne laga,Paas aake na tu door jaa
Chhoone de, honth tere,Zara saanson mein apni basa aa...

And their moments broke when they found Varad smiling standing at the gate...Astha shyly treid to pull herself from Shlok but Shlok pulled her closer...no need to go away Astha, you belong to me only, forever...he smiled...

Ya baba, I know, she belongs to you only, but you are forgetting its my engagement. Come soon...

Varad smiled ...and chutki, now please don't get angry that no one told you about Shlok coming, it was just his plan to surprise you... Saying Varad left from there...

While Astha was giving angry looks to Shlok but he held his ears making puppy face...to which Astha smiled... Shlok pulled her again for hug taking to hall where party was going on...

Ladies and gentlemen, here we announce engagement of our elder son Varad with sojal... Niranjan announced, all clapped while Shlok was still standing there holding Astha's hand...

Suddenly when Niranjan announced, further we announce engagement of our younger son Shlok with love of his life Astha...

All clapped happily but Shlok and Astha were shocked...

Astha looked at Shlok with anger while he spoke...well this is surprise for me too sweetheart...

This was surprise from us for both of you... Anjali smiled... Now come here...she pulled them with her...

And Soon they were tied in a relation of lifetime...forever...
