Error: A mix-up of management hierarchy

Guys, I am so sorry... I messed up real bad. I have completely, totally and utterly messed up the management hierarchy. 

So, as far as the legal requirements go, a company with a certain paid-up capital is required to appoint at least one female director. So please ignore the mistakes and assume that Bella is on the board as a Chief Operating Officer since she is replacing someone. She was a senior executive previously as I have mentioned. 

I do NOT know if this is how it works but let's make it work.
