Part 8 (Final Part)

Three days passed after the farewell rehearsal.

Sameer was still disturbed by Rocky's video. Every time he looked at Naina, he remembered his own confession.

Rocky, Happy, Munna, Pandit, and Aditya noticed the change.

At the college canteen...

Rocky placed his hand on Sameer's shoulder.

Rocky: "What are you waiting for?"

Sameer: "I'm scared."

Everyone looked at him.

Munna: "The Sameer Maheshwari who wasn't afraid of anyone is scared?"

Sameer: "Earlier I wasn't afraid because I had nothing to lose. Today I'm afraid because I may lose Naina forever."

Rocky smiled.

Rocky: "Congratulations! You've finally fallen in love."

Sameer smiled for the first time.

Sunaina's decision

The production company had selected Sunaina after the cultural competition.

She met Sameer in the college garden.

Sunaina: "I'm leaving for Mumbai next week."

Sameer smiled.

Sameer: "Congratulations. You always wanted this."

Sunaina: "Yes... but before leaving, I wanted to clear one thing."

Sameer looked at her.

Sunaina: "I loved you... but not as much as Naina does."

Sameer remained silent.

Sunaina: "Do you know why?"

Sameer shook his head.

Sunaina: "I started loving you after meeting you."

She smiled.

Sunaina: "But she has loved you since childhood."

Sameer lowered his eyes.

Sunaina: "Love isn't about who entered your life first. It's about who stayed with you every time."

She continued,

Sunaina: "Whenever you smiled, she smiled. Whenever you cried, she cried. Whenever you needed help, she was already there."

Sameer's eyes became moist.

Sunaina: "Go and bring her back before someone else does."

She hugged him warmly.

Sunaina: "Thank you for being an honest boyfriend."

Sameer: "Thank you... for making me realize whom I truly love."

They parted as good friends.

Munna and Swati

Meanwhile...

Munna was rehearsing for the farewell dance.

Swati accidentally dropped her books.

Munna immediately picked them up.

Swati: "Thank you."

Munna: "Can I ask you something?"

Swati: "Yes."

Munna: "Would you like to have tea with me after college?"

Swati smiled.

Swati: "Tea? No expensive restaurant?"

Munna: "I don't have Sameer's money."

Swati laughed.

Swati: "Good. I like simple people."

That evening...

Both sat at a roadside tea stall.

Munna nervously stirred his tea.

Munna: "I don't know fancy English. I don't know poetry."

Swati smiled.

Munna: "But whenever you smile, my whole day becomes beautiful."

Swati looked at him.

Swati: "You're the first boy who didn't try to impress me."

Munna scratched his head.

Munna: "Because I don't know how."

Swati extended her hand.

Swati: "Then don't learn. Just remain the way you are."

Munna happily held her hand.

Aditya and Tanvi

Aditya met Tanvi in the college library.

She was struggling to find a reference book.

Aditya silently brought the book from the top shelf.

Tanvi: "You remembered I needed this?"

Aditya: "You mentioned it yesterday."

Tanvi smiled.

Tanvi: "Nobody remembers such small things."

Aditya hesitated.

Aditya: "I remember everything about you."

She looked into his eyes.

Tanvi: "Including?"

Aditya: "You don't like coffee."

"You always keep two pens."

"You get nervous before presentations."

"And..."

He smiled.

"...you smile only with your eyes."

Tanvi blushed.

Tanvi: "You've been observing me a lot."

Aditya: "Because I like you."

Tanvi smiled.

Tanvi: "I like you too."

The librarian interrupted.

Librarian: "This is a library."

Both apologized together and laughed.

Pandit and Preeti

Outside the college...

Preeti struggled to start her scooter.

Pandit came running.

Pandit: "Move aside."

He tried kicking the scooter several times.

Nothing happened.

Preeti folded her arms.

Preeti: "Love Guru's disciple?"

Pandit smiled awkwardly.

Pandit: "Machines don't listen to lovers."

Preeti burst into laughter.

Finally, the scooter started.

Preeti: "Thank you."

Pandit hesitated.

Pandit: "Can I ask you something?"

Preeti: "Yes."

Pandit: "Can we start as friends?"

Preeti smiled warmly.

Preeti: "Friends."

They shook hands.

Rocky watched them from a distance.

Rocky: "Another success."

Happy laughed.

Happy: "Mr. Love Guru, you're improving."

That evening...

Rocky took Happy to the same canteen where he had once given ridiculous love advice.

He ordered two cups of tea.

Happy smiled.

Happy: "No flirting lessons today?"

Rocky laughed.

Rocky: "Earlier I thought love was a game."

He continued,

Rocky: "Then you entered my life."

Happy looked at him.

Rocky took out a simple silver ring.

Rocky: "I don't have a filmy dialogue."

He knelt.

Rocky: "Will you marry me after we settle in our careers?"

Happy became emotional.

Happy: "Yes."

Everyone in the canteen clapped.

The Farewell

The farewell ceremony finally began.

Students wore elegant traditional outfits.

Photographs were being clicked everywhere.

The Principal addressed everyone.

Principal: "Friendships made in college last forever. Never forget where your journey began."

Everyone applauded.

Suddenly...

Pandit whispered to Sameer.

Pandit: "Naina is leaving."

Sameer turned around.

He saw Naina walking towards the college gate with Anand, Bela, Preeti and Arjun.

Anand had received another transfer order.

The family was leaving that evening.

Sameer started running.

The Confession

Naina stood beside the taxi.

She looked at the college building one last time.

Tears filled her eyes.

Suddenly...

A familiar voice echoed.

"Naina!"

She turned around.

Sameer stood there, completely out of breath.

Everyone followed behind him.

Sunaina.

Rocky.

Happy.

Munna.

Swati.

Pandit.

Preeti.

Aditya.

Tanvi.

Kartik.

The entire college gathered.

Sameer slowly walked towards Naina.

He folded his hands.

Everyone became silent.

Sameer: "Can I speak today... without anyone interrupting me?"

Naina nodded.

Sameer looked into her eyes.

Sameer: "I spent my whole life running after beautiful faces."

He smiled sadly.

Sameer: "I thought love meant style... popularity... attraction."

He looked at Sunaina.

Sameer: "Thank you for teaching me the difference."

Sunaina smiled proudly.

Sameer looked back at Naina.

Sameer: "When everyone laughed at you, you never changed yourself."

"You wrote my notes."

"You saved me from punishment."

"You kept Karwa Chauth for me."

"You stood by me when I didn't even deserve your friendship."

His voice trembled.

Sameer: "I kept searching for love everywhere..."

"...while it was quietly sitting beside me since childhood."

Naina couldn't control her tears.

Sameer: "I don't deserve someone like you."

He slowly knelt on one knee.

Everyone watched emotionally.

Sameer: "But if you can forgive my stupidity..."

"...will you spend your life with me?"

Silence.

Naina slowly walked towards him.

She lifted him.

Naina: "Do you know why I never stopped loving you?"

Sameer looked at her.

Naina: "Because somewhere in my heart... I knew my Sameer would return."

She held his face gently.

Naina: "I love you."

Sameer smiled through tears.

"I love you too... forever."

He embraced her tightly.

The entire college erupted into applause.
