Part 15:

To say Armaan was on cloud nine was an understatement! Now that he was sure of shilpa's feelings, nothing else mattered. All he could see was her, all he could think about was shilpa and all he could dream of was her confession.

(Armaan imagines shilpa singing this to him)

Armaan talking to sid about her, but repeatedly glances back to where shilpa is checking the patients.

Armaan remembers all the beautiful moments he spent with shilpa both sad and the happy ones. He remembers how in his denial of his love for her made he hurt her.

He recalls how she unconsciously supported him emotionally and spiritually. He recalled how she established his faith in love again and taught him to trust and love again.

Armaan looks at her in the cafeteria and says to himself "Haye!! Who din kab aayege jab tum bhi mujhse kahogi ke tum meri ho…"

"Arre Shilpa, I am observing since morning… why are you smiling so much? Kya hua?" Muskaan asked her. They were in Riddhima's room, helping her get ready for the mehendi function.

"Haan… kya?" Shilpa came out of her trans.

Muskaan looked at her sharply, and then as if satisfied by what she had seen she smiled and asked

"Why are you smiling so much? You are literally grinning ear-to-ear. Kuch hua hai kya?"

"Abhi tak toh nahi, lekin ab ho jayega." Rahul entered along with Armaan and Atul.

"Tu!! Arre what are you guys doing here? You are not supposed to be in the house during the rasam. Wasn't Billy uncle supposed to take you guys out for clubbing or something?" Muskaan said.

"We've convinced dad that staying here and troubling you guys would be more fun." Armaan grinned.

"Irritating us you mean!! You guys can be really stupid and irresponsible, you know!!" Muskaan huffed.

"Chill Muskaan, there are friends too. It'll be fun to have them with us during mehendi." Riddhima said.

"Riddhima tum bhi!! "

"Bas!! Then its final, jab dulhan ko koi aitraaz nahi, toh now toh we'll definitely attend it!!!" Armaan grinned looking at Shilpa.

Just then Padma entered the room. "Riddhima beta, are you ready?"

"Yeah mom.."

"Arre Shilpa! Muskaan! Why aren't you guys ready yet? Don't you guys wanna put mehendi? Chalo hurry up and get ready both of you. "

"Muskaan tum mere kamre mein aa jao… you can change there." Shilpa offered.

"phir toh tum 2 ghanto ke pehle bahar nahi aane wali Shilpa, because Muskaan takes almost an hour to get ready" Rahul teased.

"Kya kaha kan khajure!! Teri toh main--"

"Muskaan, tum guest bedroom mein change karlo. And Shilpa beta, chalo hurry up. Riddhima ko mehendi tum hi pehle lagane wali ho." Padma said.

"Ji, aunty." And she hurried off to her room.

Shilpa was almost done getting ready. The only thing left was to pin up the dupatta of the lehenga on her blouse. But unfortunately for her, she couldn't reach behind her back to that particular spot.

"Damn… now what do I do? "

"Need some help?" a deep voice asked from behind her, she gasped and whirled.

"Armaan!! What are you doing here? How long have you been standing there?"

"I came here to tell you that Padma aunty is looking for you and I came here when you were struggling to pin your dupatta up. You want me to do it?"

"No I can manage thanks." Shilpa responded a little awkwardly.

She got back to pining it, rather trying to pin it up. Armaan smiled. When he had entered the room, and stopped. The impact of seeing Shilpa in that dress was too much for him to resist. She looked absolutely stunning and he couldn't wait to make her his.

Armaan made his way towards her and took the pin from her hands. Then he started to hold the dupatta in the other hand, but accidentally touched her back. Shilpa shivered, and not because of cold. Armaan started to pin the dress up when Shilpa gasped

"Kuch kuch ho raha hai Shilpa?" Armaan whispered against her ear lobe.

Lost in the sensations Shilpa nodded her head and sighed, "haan…"

… so lost was Shilpa in the intense emotions coursing through her that she didn't realize what she had admitted to…

Suddenly she looked up and seeing Armaan's victorious expression, blushed profusely and started to turn away from him, only to be pulled back smoothly into his arms. Armaan put his hands on her waist and pulled her closer to him. He started moving his fingers in small sensual circles on her waist lightly touching her stomach. She looked up at his face, and deeply into his eyes, her love for him reflected in her eyes. She flushed, the close proximity to Armaan bringing a new bout of feelings.

Armaan smiled as he looked at her, suddenly feeling very lucky to have found her when he had. He leaned closer to her, turning towards her cheek; he murmured "Mujhe bhi…"

Shilpa looked up at Armaan shocked to hear him confess his feelings so openly. As Armaan continued to stare at her, his love for her clearly evident in his eyes, he saw the expression on Shilpa's face changing from surprise to confusion to recognition and finally she gave him a shy smile full of love and lowered her lashes to conceal the depth of her happiness at his reaction. She disengaged herself from his arms and ran towards to door. Armaan let her go, his own emotions and male urges warning him that if he didn't let her go now, he would be in serious trouble. And Shilpa still needed time for what he had in mind.

Once Shilpa reached the door, she turned. She looked at Armaan and giving him one last loving look and cute smile she left.

"Oye Hoye…" Armaan whispered. "Ab toh pyaar ka confession bhi almost ho chukka hai. Jo main pata lagana chahta tha, who toh mujhe tumhari aakhon mein dikh hi gaya hai… Ab tum sirf meri ho Bracelet…only mine…" he smiled.

Precap:

"Armaan…" her voice broke, and it killed Armaan to see the pain and hurt in her eyes.

"You know what sucks about falling for a guy you know you're not right for… you fall anyway because…." She took a deep breath and continued. "Because you just hope that he might be different. I really was a fool wasn't I??" she gave self-deprecating laugh and walked away from there.
