GH- we still have time...in business, things happened in the last mins...just wait and watch...

                with that GH entered the office...and directly went to her cabin...her PA enters the cabin and gives her the fine she wants and sits there waiting for instructions ...

            Both were in deep discussion and GH was looking into the file when  GH's secretory enters ... "pinky plz bring me a coffee " said GH  knowing very well that it would be her secretary only...

          "here you go mam," said pinky..."plz call me geet pinky, "said GH in tied voice... (yes ladies and gentlemen you are right GH is Geet Handa)..."ok geet... you want something else" ask pinky...

           "yup... call a meeting of H.O.D's...  tell them to come with the results that I ask," said geet finally looking up..." ok," said pinky and go from there... geet and PA continue their little discussion... 

         after some time PA took leave and go to the conference room to check arrangements of a meeting which is going to held there...geet relax for some time... office phone ring geet pick it up ...  it was from pinky her secretory...who inform her that meeting is arranged and it is going to held after 5 min... "ok" said geet and cut the call...

IN CONFERENCE ROOM OF EASSER 

    Everyone is waiting for Mr.Oberoi and  GH ... this meeting is confidential...  In this meeting, only H.O.D's are invited and strict instructions are given to other employees not to be near the conference room... 

           Mr.Oberoi and GH come into the conference room everyone stands up... Mr.Oberoi and GH move and sit on 2 respective head chairs... others also take their respective seats... 

         "Everything is ready" ask GH looking at H.O.D's... "yes mam" they all said in union... geet turn toward Mr.Oberoi and said "Sir, I still want you to think again"... "i have no doubt on your strategy and capability of every employee of this company...and i know how much it matters to you "said Mr.Oberoi giving his final decision...

         Geet faces others and said, "Ok everyone... as we have decided we are going to take over Kapoor industries next day"... "GH why we need to wait for next day?... we can do it now and stop everyone from defaming the management of EASSER" ask the H.O.D of finance department Mr. Rajat...

          Geet smiled and said "if we disclose this now then Kapoor's will try to stop it and i don't want this to happen... tomorrow we will have all the legal rights to take over and they will not be able to do anything," said GH... 

          "GH what will you do with the Kapoor industries... all know EASSER don't believe in takeovers " ask Mr. Sharma H.O.D of Project Management... "We will not make it part of EASSER and the only option we have is Auction," said Geet finally answering the question which many wanted to ask... 

     "It will be interesting to see the Kapoor industries finally facing take over," said Mr.Oberoi " yup finally," said Geet with a smirk... one by one H.O.D's present their presentation and they continue their discussion and Mr.Oberoi and GH did the minor changes in the plan... 

       "Make sure nobody has any clue about this takeover, not even other employees... any problem discuss now... no discussion on phone or through messages not even through mails" said Geet in strict voice..." yes mam" said all and with that, they end the meeting...

NEXT DAY...

Media Reporters outside the bridge hotel where the most of the final takeovers and auctions take place...reporters are busy collecting the top headlines for their news-channels...

they are not interested in takeover... they just want t get the high TRP for their channels...

1 Reporter  - today is the big day for Kapoor industries... who is going to add one more name in their take over the list...and this is a bad day for EASSER company who never believe in the concept of takeover is facing this situation...

2 reporter - Kapoor industries (KI)  is famous for forced takeovers and this is also a hostile takeover...

3 reporter - KI had persuaded enough shareholders to replace the management with a new one which will approve take over... 

( NOTE - This is one of the processes of a hostile take over... I hope it's clear)

4 reporter - As we have seen yesterday... Mr.Oberoi and GH look quite confident to stop the takeover... let see if they are able to stop this hostile takeover...

2 reporter - today all the legal formalities will be done... final decisions will be taken...

1 reporter - only 15 mins are left... Many big business personalities will be attending this...

4 reporter - if the take over takes place... chances of the auction are their...

3 reporter Mr. Maan Singh Khurana, Mr.Arjun Singhania are also going to attend it...

IN CONFERENCE ROOM OF HOTEL BRIDGE

 only 10 mins are left for the start of the function... business persons are busy meeting one another... one side Mr.Kapoor is busy in discussion with his son and lawyer. The other side Mr.Oberoi is busy his employee's lawyer... all are looking for GH who has still not come... as its already the time ... the host of the auction make an announcement and tell everyone to take their places ...some media reporters are also allowed to attend it...

   Mr.Kapoor and Mr.Oberoi go on the stage with their lawyers and the legal process started... 

          Mr.Kapoor get shocked when his lawyer shows him the contents of file presented by EASSER company which shows that EASSER has quietly purchased enough stock on the open market of some other company that has increase market capitalization of EASSER and not only that they have also able to buy back its 1% recently acquired stocks ... which clearly indicate there will not takeover for EASSER...

         The final shock comes when GH comes on the stage and presents one more file to Mr.Kapoor and lawyer which represents the legal document of EASSER's "creeping tender offer" takeover on Kapoor Industries ... when host make the announcement of the auction of KI all were shocked ... 

      Mr.Oberoi make announce that EASSER is not interested in adding any company in them so they are going to auction their recently added company KI... 

      One more person is shocked  Mr.Maan Singh Khurana ... for him, reason are not professional but the personal one...  his eyes are only on one girl... who refuse to glance at him...  he had last seen her 5 years ago... 

     Once he used to call her " jaan", "love","Shona", "mishty" but he no more has the same right...  blame it on his family, the society in which he lives or his fate (taqdeer) ... he blames it on himself... he is not strong enough to fight for his love ... he is very rich but money failed to buy him his love ... he knows she knows very well about his presence and can easily feel his eyes on her ...
