Chapter 63
I would like to clear a few things that you all seem so confused about. Did Lord Arnav recognize the creature in the forest to be the transformed General? Obviously yes. Does Lord Arnav and Lady Anjali know that the General is cursed? Yes. Is the curse of the General linked to the Raizadas? The curse is not linked to them. Why is the General hell bent on having Kushi? Because he believes her to be the cure for his curse for reasons only he alone knows. Is the General's curse linked with Lordy's curse? Their curses are not linked. Any more questions in this line that will not hamper with the suspense of the story, I will gladly answer! So ask questions, in the Inn or in the Cottage but I will be giving answers only in the Cottage (coz I don't want to end my FF threads so fast) so its best you come there and ask me. Like I said, all my readers and Comrades are welcome to join the Cottage. You don't have to stay there, you can just peep in. Wish a happy "Rabba Ve," sip a little of your favorite beverage served there and then leave if you feel like it or stay to learn and love Arhasia and its Tale to its fullest!

Oh and just to add a picture to this "wordy" post. I was watching one of Katy Perry's Videos and froze my screen at a picture that reminded me of certain someone in the Tale. Anyone can guess? There is only ONE right answer.

Chapter One Hundred Twenty Three: Talks and Thoughts
Lady Anjali sat in her bed drinking her morning tea while she watched the dust in the air sparkle in the stream of sunlight that flitted through the window beside the bed.
Smiling to herself, she placed the emptied cup onto the bedside table and then leaned back, her head resting against the headboard.
A knock sounded on her door and she called out gently, "Come in, Chotey."
The door opened and the said person walked in and appraised her.
Dressed in her pale rose nightgown, his sister looked heavenly and her eyes shone seeing her brother stand before her.
He shut the door and walked towards the bed and then sat next to her, "How are you this morning, Di?"
"Warm and cheery as every morning, Chotey," replied his sister with a smile.
"You look radiant today," he beamed at her.
"There is reason for it now," she blushed and placed her hand gently on her abdomen. Her brother nodded and then his expression turned serious.
His sister saw this and the hand she had placed on her waist, she lifted to caress his cheek, "What worries my Little One?"
He closed his eyes and remained in her touch, "You are all I have, Di."
She frowned, "It is a known fact and yet you speak of it now. Why?"
He opened his eyes and looked at her, "I fear, Di, that the child may be-"
"CHOTEY!" she drew her hand away, hurt at heart.
"No, Di," he explained, grabbing her withdrawn hand, "I just...it is possible since Brother-in-law is-"
Lady Anjali's gaze was firm when she interjected, "Curses are not hereditary. It is called upon oneself by the folly of one's own actions."
This time it was Lord Arnav's turn to frown, "I did not act foolishly to get cursed."
"Every thoughtless action on the spur of anger is a foolish one."
"Di!" he stood up, "Don't get started on me."
Lady Anjali's eyes began to fill but her voice remained determined, "You started this with your hypothesis on my child being cursed."
Lord Arnav sank back into the bed and drew his sister into a repenting embrace, "I didn't mean to hurt you. I was worried for the child as it is special to me as it is to you."
His sister caressed the back of his head, "I know my Little One. You care and worry for me like no other."
"We have only each other," he said sadly.
"We had," stressed his sister. He understood why she had said so but she continued, "Now I have a husband and this child too. I am not alone like how I used to be."
He frowned and drew away from the embrace, sensing where his sister was going with this twist in the topic, "Well, I prefer living this lonely life than be attached to ties I do not want to make."
"So you say," said Lady Anjali, her eyes glinting with mischief, "But remember this, Chotey: what you lack is what you need."
"You can do nothing to change what I uphold, Di," he stated and stood up, "I'm late already listening to your sly advices. The Industry awaits."
And with that he left the room and his sister smiled at the closed door through which he'd gone, "The Industry waits for you, Chotey? Well I say, a girl waits for you and you will not keep her waiting as long as I am you sister."
