Arnav nods and hugs Anjali. She too hugs him back. After a minute, she breaks the hug, kisses on his forehead and leaves the room.
Deciding to call Khushi and try to woo her, Arnav comes down. He sees everyone except Khushi and Shyam sitting in the hall and talking about something. He looks around to find Khushi. Suddenly he hears some noise coming from kitchen and understands that Khushi in the kitchen. Anjali sees him and nods her head indicating to go and talk to Khushi. As he was about to go kitchen, they hear a door bell. Arnav goes to open it and finds buaji and amma and bauji standing there. He invites them in. They come to the hall and greet everyone. As soon as Payal sees them, gets angry.
Payal: buaji, amma...why are you here?
Buaji: bitiya, we are here because..
Payal: cutting her in between... to insult Khushi by hurting her more with your filthy words right? Please buaji, amma leave her alone. I don't want her to get hurt anymore. She already is weak. Please do not bother her.
Khushi comes to hall as she hears the door bell and sees buaji and amma have come along with bauji. She sees Payal getting angry with them. She stops her saying further.
Khushi: aree..buaji, amma you guys came. How are you? saying this, she goes to them and hugs them.
Everyone sees her with surprised and shocked emotion on their face.
Payal: Khushi..
Khushi: jiji..I have called them here.
Payal: but Khushi don't you remember what they did to you?
Khushi: not being able to control her tears, she cries and goes to Payal...jiji I am sorry. Very soory, because of me you had to stay away from them. I didn't want to be a cause of your pain. I didn't realize in my anger and pain, that you would be missing them. I am really sorry. Because of me you decided to be mad and not talk to them. Please forgive them and talk to them. I don't want to be a cause of anyone else's pain. I am sorry.
Before Payal can replay, Khushi goes to amma and hugs her.
Khushi: I am sorry amma. I am really sorry. I hurt you. I shouldn't have said all those things to you that day. I am very sorry.
Amma: breaks the hug and caresses her face lovingly and says...no bitiya. I am sorry. It''s us who should be sorry, not you. You have made us realize how wrong we were and did unfair things to you since you were small. I am really sorry. Please forgive us.
Khushi: no amma. You are my amma like my amma and mumma. Please don't say like this. You have a right to scold me, hit me. Don;t say sorry to me. Khushi then, goes to buaji and hugs her tightly...I a sorry buaji. I am really sorry. Please forgive your titaliya. You know na your snaka devi. Buaji lovingly caresses her face and kisses on her forehead. Khushi then, turns to Payal and says, jiji please forgive me, forgive them.
Everyone in the hall had tears in their eyes seeing Khushi making up with her parents. They also realizes how she is blaming herself for making them away from Payal.
Not being able to take Khushi blaming on herself, he leaves form there.
After forgiveing and forgetting everone sits in the hall talking. Anjali notices Arnav is missing, she sends Khushi to go and look for him.
Anjali: princess..
Khushi: yes di...
Anjali: princess, did you see chote? where is he?
Khushi: I don;t know di..he was here a while ago.
Anjali: can you go and look for him as it's lunch time.
Khushi first hesitates, but nodes and goes to look for him as she doesn't want di to know about their fight.
Poolside...
Arnav comes to the poolside and cries out loud. He cannot take the memory of Khushi's painful eyes and her blaming herself for everything after his hurtful words. He gets angry and punches his right hand on the wall. He was about to punch second time, but stops by hearing a voice calling him. He turns to see Khushi standing in front of him.
Khushi: Arnavji..
Arnav: Khushi..he calls her name and comes close to her. He tries to hold her hand, but Khushi moves a little back. Arnav gets shocked and hurt.
Khushi: Arnavji...lunch is ready and everyone is waiting for you downstairs.
Arnav: Khushi..Khushi please forgive me. Please I am very very sorry for saying those hurtful words to you.
Khushi once again remembers those hurtful words last night and realization sticks to her mind. Thinking to herself:...DM. Did I force myself to him? She remembers her behavior toward him afteer his congession of him knowing the truth of Shyam. OMG..hay DM what if...before she think further, she is interrupts by Arnav.
Arnav: Khushi..Khushi please..Please...
Khushi wipes her tears and says...no Arnavji...no don't say sorry. It's okay it's not your fault. It's me who should say sorry. I should have be careful before you. I should not have forced myself on you. I forgot that you hugged me just to say sorry and I ...I thought the other way. Sorry for misunderstanding you and your intentions. I shouldn't have behave with you the way I did. I am sorry. From now on..I will make sure to satay away from you. I promise, I will not come near you or between you and di. I am sorry. Saying this she runs away from there crying bitterly.
Arnav realizes the depth of her pain and how his words have hurt her. He stands there and keeps staring at the direction from where Khushi ran away sobbing hard. He is shocked to see her talking this way. He realizes that she has taken his words literary on her heart. Noo...he cannt let her go this way. Not his love he got after many years. he won't her her safer and satay away from him. He thinks for a while and smirks through his tears and goes down wiping his tears.
At the dining table...
Anjali: princess, did you call chote?
Khushi: yes di..he said he is coming..
Anjali: alright ..
Just then, they see Arnav coming down to the dining table. He sits on his chair and looks at Khushi.
Arnav: Khushi, won't you serve lunch to you husband?
Khushi nods a little and goes to him to serve. Arnav sees her standing to the corner of the table, he grabs her hand looking sideways to make sure no one sees them. Khushi glares at him and tries to take her hand away form his grip. After lots of attempts, Arnav leaves her hand. Khushi goes to sit on her chair next to him without any choice and starts having her lunch.
After a while thinking of something, arnav purposely breaks the glass and hurts his right hand of palm. Blood oozes out from his plam. He winces in pain..
Arnav: ahhh..
everyone looks at his bleeding hand. Khushi quickly grabs his hand and starts to wipe the blood with her duppatta. Arnav's lips curve into a smile seeing her worried face. Anjali too smiles seeing this. Khushi realizes her actions, she calls out HP.
Khushi: HP..
HP: jiji bhabhi?
Khushi: go and get first aid box quickly.
HP goes and gets first aid box and hands it to Khushi. She was about to bandage his hand, but stops remembering his words...She looks at Anjali and says..di...can you bandage his hand, since my hands are dirty and I fear it may affect on his wounds. Anjali understands she is still hurt by his word and realizes that she is actually distancing herself away from Arnav. She looks at Arnav with tears and pain which tell him what have you done chote? Anjali looks at Khushi and nods her head and goes to Arnav and bandages his hand. Arnav too has tears in his eyes and gets up and leaves from there without saying a word.
Everyone gets confused by his behavior and looks at Anjali and Khushi who came back from kitchen washing her hands.

Here's my next update. I don't know if it makes sense or not as I am really confused what I wrote. So please read and comments and like the update.
