Chapter 14:New journey

( Part A )

The second she felt like she would fall down she felt a comforting hand on her back.She peeked from side and saw her worried husband rubbing her back and supporting her shoulder.

At that moment she felt just couldn't help but feel good that he is there with her.She couldn't think about her anger,Ego or Hurt she just could see her loving husband and his care for her.

She felt little churning and exhaustion took over her body.He helped her in washing her face and then wiped it lovingly with the whole attention and care of world.She looked at him with half open eyes and couldn't help but little smile forming on her lips.

But he was too worried and busy to notice that.

He held her with his one hand on her waist and the other one around her knees and scooped her in his arms and then marched away from room.

He made her sleep properly on bed and then shouted for his Mom and friends from his room only.And then without thinking of time he called the doctor at 10 pm.And the poor doctor had the toughest time to explain him about pregnancy sickness.After only 100% assurance from doctor he calmed a bit and then started asking her about Taani's medicines.

Sudha and Swaron came running to their room to look about the matter.They were hell worried for Taani's health and the way Rey shouted for them gave them bad ideas about her or Yash's health.

But as they came inside they saw a worried Rey pacing in room talking to doctor on phone and Taani and Yash sleeping on bed giggling silently over Rey's condition.

Rey who was busy talking to doctor turned around when he heard some faint sound of giggles.And what he saw made his eyes pop out from its socket.

There Taani and Yash were lying on bed and were giggling looking at his direction.Taani stopped as soon as she felt him glaring her but Yash oblivious to whole situation continued his giggled.

Taani:"Shhh..Yashu chup or else he will scold us both"

She said trying to stop Yash but he continued giggling and rolled over her side breaking into a heartly childish laughter.

Yashu:"ni"

He said pulling her kurta to climb on her stomach.His favorate place for resting.

Taani:"Ani nahi Yashu.Taani...T---aaa---nnn---iii"

She tried to correct her little monster while the other big one was still giving them angry looks.

Rey:"Thanks doctor.I'll call you later "

He chucked the call and marched towards his crazy wife and her new found companion.

Sudha:"What happened,Reyaansh.Why are you looking so worried?"

Sudha asked her son breaking his killer looks towards her daughter in law and poor Yash.

Taani:"Mom I don't want to eat these green vegetables .I want to eat Aloo-puri"

Taani said before Rey could utter even a word about her health.She doesn't want Sudha to get worried over such small thing.But her stupid husband loves to exaggerate things .

Rey gave her a look of Are-you-serious but she didn't gave him his desired reply look.She just continued giving Sudha her puppy looks.

Sudha:"Okay,Beta.You wait I'll just make it with my own hands.Till then you have some juice"

She handed her the juice glass and after keeping a comforting hand on her head she marched outside along with SwaRon.

Rey gave her a Unbelievable look and settled himself on couch with his laptop and some files.

He started going through his files but his mind definetely far far away from the digits and alphabets of file.

Subconciously he was checking Taani and Yash again and again.

He was really amazed with changes in her mood.First she was not feeling well,then she started smiling even in her semi-concious state and then all of a sudden her unwellness dissappeared and she started giggling with Yash.And now from past twenty minutes they both are playing different kinds of games inside the premises of their bed only.

They are hiding under the duvet as if its the best place to play some stupid childish game.

They both rolling on bed laughing on a stupid joke cracked by Taani.

Actually Taani is laughing and that tiny-winy monster is trying to follow the actions of his Ani.

She is talking to him like he understands everything she is saying.

And right at the moment as he raised his eyes to look at them he saw the beautiful picture of them lying on bed.

Yash was lying flat on his stomach on her upper body and was trying to eat her mangalsutra,the only jewelllery on her body.And she was narrating some old tale of her life to him and in between stopping him from licking her mangalsutra.

He could not help the faint smile appearing on his lips.But the ache in his heart just grew as he saw them.

Would she also play with our baby like this?

Yes,The answer was undoubtdely yes.

Would She allow to play with our Baby?Will I be present in their perfect picture?

The mere thought created the turmoil in his heart.

Rey marched out from his room muttering something under his breadth.He was hell angry on his BFF's for their little not-so good act.They both decided on their own about their new sleeping arrangement.

All because of that lil devil.He doesn't want to leave his Ani's side and that's why that devils mom is sleeping with Taani in her room and he is forced sleep with his BFF Swayam.

Bloody hell don't they have anything to do.Why can't they leave that lil devil with Mom and do romance or something privately.But his non-romantic friends wants to miss this golden opporutunity and also make him suffer also.Could't they understand that he can't sleep without looking at his beautiful wife's face.

Sharon was sitting beside Taani on bed and lulling Yash to sleep while Taani was finishing her beloved Aloo-puri which Sudha made for her only.After that Sharon gave her medicines as strictly instructed by Taani's caring husband.

Sharon was deep into sleep when she felt little movement beside her.Being the protective mother she is she checked Yash but he was sleeping soundlessly.Then her gaze fell on Taani.Taani went outside in small balcony attached with her ground floor room which was parted with a glass door and opened through balcony into vast garden of Singhania Mansion.

She sat down there on stairs of balcony and started gazing stars silently.Sharon followed her there and sat beside her.

Sharon:"Neend nahi aa rahi?"

She asked gazing at stars.Taani looked at her as she acknowledged Sharon's presence and then shook her head in denial.

Sharon:"You can tell me what's bothering you"

Sharon said looking at Taani.She saw the way Taani stiffened on her question but than again relaxed.

Taani:"I don't know what's bothering me so How am I supposed to tell you?I am really confused with the way I am feeling"

She said with a faint sadness and confusion in her voice.

Sharon:"Is it related to Rey?"

She asked keeping a hand on Taani's shoulder.

Taani didn't replied anything for long.She neither accepted nor denied Sharon's assumption.

Sharon:"You know you are just like Swayam"

She said looking towards the flowers blooming in garden.Taani looked at her for explination and then Sharon continued when she was assured that she has all the attention of Taani.

Sharon:"You know it took me half of our college life to accept the fact that I've fallen for him.And he,He just knew since beginning.I don't know how he realised it but he just knew it since eternity.And I was the one in denial.I tried everything to stay from him.I screamed,cried,thretened ,hurted him but he always loved me.I was always the tough one to handle.Just like Rey.It took Rey hell lot of a time to accept his feelings for you but you just knew what you felt for him.For you his happiness mattered the most.He threw tantrums,tried to hurt you.He pushed you away from himself but like a magnet you always got pulled towards him.You gave him the love he craved for.You bear all the pain and in return just loved him unconditionally.And now you are in denial that you don't love him but we both know that you do.You always did and you always will love him."

Taani looked at Sharon as tears threatened to fall from her eyes.She just couldn't understand why Sharon was saying all this but it felt like Sharon was showing her the mirror.The true fact of her life which she is denying from so long.

Taani:"I can't forgive him Sharon.I...I waant to..but I just can't."

She said choking on her own tears.Sharon squezzed her hand to give her strength.

Sharon:"Why?"

Sharon asked just one word simple question but Taani was lacking to answer that.She didn't knew why.But she was just not able to forgive him.

Taani:"Everytime I try to forgive him his words comes back to me.His hurting words are haunting me day and night.The memories of our hurtful days are stopping me from forgiving him.It hurts,Sharon.Bahut dard hota hai,Its hurts so much when you want to forget those days but just can't"

Swayam:"Then replace her all bad memories with good ones"

Swayam said to his friend as they both were sitting on terrace gazing the stars.Both having a sleepless night without their respective wives.

Rey:"How?"

Rey asked in confusion.He couldn't get even a word of his friend.

Swayam:"You gave her lot of a pain dude.But now its time to show her your love.You always hurt her but its time to heal her wounds.Just try to replace all her bad memories with new ones.Make her believe that you have changed,for good.Repeat the six months of your life but this time shower her with love instead of hatred.Only then she'll be able to forgive you."

He said putting some sense in his senseless friends useless brain.

Rey:"But what if she already stopped loving me?"

He said with a lump in his throat.He just could not even think of something like this.It took him hell time to realise her importance but now he just could not afford to lose her.

Swayam:"No,She didn't and She won't ever"

Swayam said with a confidence in his tone.Rey looked at him with hopeful eyes.

Swayam:"Sharon is just like you.Stubborn,aggressive.It took her half of my life to accept that she loves me.She slapped me...I've lost count how many times.She insulted me,threatened me,hurt me.But I never stopped loving her.Hell I just couldn't.I had no control over myself and the same case is with Taani.She wants to hate you but it's not in her hands.She just can't stop loving you ever.And I can see this clearly in her eyes.What do you why she fights with you even on silliest matters?"

He looked at Rey but Rey was just blank to answer anything.

Swayam:"She fights with you because she wants your attention.She shows you that she hates you but she doesn't.Did she ever avoided you in these two months?"

Swayam asked him again.This time realization was dawning Rey also.

Rey:"No"

He replied surprised with the fact that she never avoided him.She fought with him,cursed him,bad-mouthed him but never ever avoided his presence.

Swayam:"You know when Me and Sharon forgets Yash in our work then he starts screaming,crying to just get our attention.Taani is just behaving like Yash right now.She fights with you to bring out any reaction from your side.In six months of your marriage you just gave her pain so now she wants to give you that pain back.But her heart is not allowing her to do so.She wants to hurt you but the same time she loves you.She is just testing your patience.She believes that if she continues fighting with you then one day you'll stop loving her.And then her belief would win.She has made an concept in her mind that one day you'll stop your pretense of love and then again she'll be left heart broken."

Swayam explained to Rey patiently.

Rey:"She thinks I'll leave her once again.I'll throw her out again.She...she doesn't...she doesn't trust me"

Sharon:"You can't spend your whole life like this.You'll have to decide,Taani.You have to trust him for this"

Sharon said wiping the tears which were flowing through Taani's eyes.

Taani:"I...I..can't"

She replied trying to not choke on her words again.The pain in her heart was growing with each passing second.

Sharon:"But you have to.Not for me,or Mom,or even your Baby.You have to decide for yourself.For your and Rey's life.Taani you believes that he don't love you.But what if he really do.Then you'll be left with just regret.You'll curse yourself whole life that If you'd have given a chance then you guys might have been together.Living happily.Just regret Taani.And trust me its the worst feeling of world.You can bear hurt but not regret.So,Please give him,give yourself,give your relation a last chance"

Rey:"I won't leave her,Swayam.If she wants to test my love then let it be like this.I'll pass her every test.I'll love her till my last breadth.I'll make her trust me once again"

~

Taani:"I'll give him a chance,Sharon.I'll give our relation a one more chance.I just hope I won't regret giving him this last chance.I wish he succeeds in winning my trust"
